Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Indigo restaurant, overlooking the bar, was excellent. This is a very stylish hotel with a good vibe !

I was very impressed by the staff, no matter the time or interaction, they were extremely polite, friendly and professional. I usually decide on a return visit depending on the service, and at One Aldwych it was impeccable.

Everything was perfect. The room service food (24/7) was excellent! The staff are superb. The rooms are large and comfortable. While free the Internet was often quite sluggish, but still quite useable.

Staff were particularly fantastic. Hotel quietly ran exceptionally and efficiently. Nothing too much trouble. Great location for theatreland. Clean modern and 5 star comfort to be recommended by a family who travels worldwide and stays at the best places. Certainly ranks up there with the best.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel we were made very welcome.The staff were really helpful and courteous.It was my husband's birthday and they had arranged special gifts in our room.Our room was very comfortable and the decor was of a very high standard.When we arrived back at our room in the evening staff had replenished our complimentary fruit, drawn curtains and left slippers.Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and will definitely be returning.

The whole experience was magnificent apart from being charged twice for our stay. The check out was polite etc but there were clearly a few technical problems- a pity aa every other aspect was excellent.

Location was ideal and room was as expected with interesting views . Staff very helpful A few negatives no tea/coffee in room so we couldn't lie in. Breakfast took way too long and quite confused on what we were able to have. Get a buffet system installed. After all the wait we paid almost 50 pounds for two unimpressive plates and options won't be caught next time plenty of oprions nearby that will serve better for less

Polite, friendly staff in excellently located hotel. Room sizes a tad small but comfort, facilites, staff etc more than made up for this. Would definitely recommend this hotel and intend to stay here again next time am in London.

Stayed at One Aldwytch during a weekend break . From the moment I arrived until I left the staff were both helpful & courteous. The hotel itself is in a great location, very modern, spotlessy clean, and very comfortable. Everything is done tomake your stay a relaxing treat. I would definitely recommend One Aldwytch.

The hotel has an excellent location and a great spa. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, we were even guided to our room and got some explanation about all the features in the room. We had expected our executive room to be a little more spacious. But this was compensated by the twice daily cleaning of the room.

The staff was great, the comfort of the room and bathroom awesome, location excellent, stylish lobby, beautiful pool, and I don't even swim. The lobby could have complimentary water all day, and complimentary coffee to go in the morning

Good facilities & comfort in the room. Service at breakfast was very poor. Also water pored out from under the shower screen turning the tiled floor into a paddling pool - no matter what we tried. Decision to recommend is marginal but for what we paid....

Great pool and lobby bar. Staff are very helpful. Central location. I had booked 2 rooms but the hotel had only one booking so we had to wait for another room to be found. It was the room size below the one I had booked but we were given free drinks at the bar whilst waiting for the room to be sorted plus free breakfast so the hotel redeemed itself. Coffee making facilities in the rooms would be good. I would have preferred a buffet breakfast to the a la carte breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. A bottle of champagne and strawberries were delivered to our room because we told the staff we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Check in was advertised as 2pm, but on arriving at 2.30pm our room was not ready.

Realy nice hotel, good cocktails Room was to hot (>20 C), temperature could not be adjusted. Service at breakfast was a mess. There were at least five staff waiting on round 25 guests, despite this ratio they got it all wrong (badly organised)
