Location, comfort and value for money
Super clean, bright and modern. Two night stay in 403, in the center of all the action. Well designed room.
White natural material such as wood reminding classy beach side good quality good style clean cosy smart. Beautiful bathroom.
Noise early in the morning as located in central London so not much to do about it deliveries from restaurants and garbage collection
Very stylish, clean, well laid out. Reception staff were friendly and approachable and very helpful.
More for a couple? Bath and shower in bedroom, no facility for twin beds and expensive given no breakfast included.
Easy access from tube. Very close to several theaters and wide ranging choice of diverse restaurants.
Just off Leicester Square, an easy walk to Covent Garden, Soho and the theatres.
Location, cleanliness and size of room.
No tea and coffee in room
Staff very friendly and helpful
Sat eve - fire alarm went off twice - were prepared to evacuate room - nobody seemed to know what was going on - main st very noisy - early hours of Sat morning - much disturbed sleep
Location was perfect, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but no noise at all. We had a lovely room on the 4th floor. Will definitely return!
Location of the hotel. The room was small but very comfortable, modern and clean. Didn't want for anything.
Due to its location it gets really loud at night, if you're a heavy sleeper you should be fine, but if not you might wake up a couple of times.. Wasn't a dealbreaker though..
I liked the shower and bath. And I liked the pretty tiles in the bathroom. I liked the smell of the toiletries. I liked the purple lights from outside our window at night. It was extremely tranquil and a very peaceful stay. It was beautifully situated in the town centre so there was lots to do at only a stones throw away but was great to come back to a calm hotel room. The ambiance of One Leicester Street was perfect, feeling like a secret hide away to come back to. The decor was minimalistic but stylish- it didn't feel like a hotel, but a country get away! I also liked how friendly the staff were without being too pushy or present on my stay.
I stayed in the their only suit but breakfast wasn't included in the deal or ordered in any deal, but could of had it in the morning if I wanted. There wasn't a plug near the mirror so made drying your hair somewhat of a challenge! I am an avid coffee drinker and was only offered 3 types of tea- but it looked beautifully presented all the same. Upon arrival, they froze some money as a safety measure which I understood. I would have appreciated a warning beforehand however, perhaps when booking the room.
I had a very nice stay in One Leicester Street hotel. It is nicely decorated, modern and comfortable. Despite being central it is very quiet so I had a good night sleep.
The last day the hot water was not working. It was just mildly warm. The receptionist was very kind and treated me to breakfast in compensation. That was a nice gesture so I will go back again next time.
Guy at reception 'o'neill' I think his name was, he was so helpful.. Went out of his way to help us find places! Great location aswell :) definetly be returning
Bright room. Clean room. Air-conditioning. Location in relation to theatre district.
No direct vehicle access, requiring a walk over 100 yards with luggage to get to front door. No privacy with open plan bathroom to the bedroom. Mattress was not comfortable. Safe was not intuitive to use and no instructions provided.
Great location Easy check in Clean Good products
That they held £100 on my card and didn't tell me this would happen, the money is held for 1 week even though we paid cash on arrival for 2 nights.
O'Neil the receptionist. Very engaging and helpful. The location was great and relatively quiet.
When booking online from Hong Kong, there wasn't an early check in option even if you were willing to pay more. However O'Neil managed to get me a room at 10 a.m. Rather than 3pm which I really appreciated. Also the wi-fi was very patchy.
The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. When I am back in London I will be staying here again.
A boutique hotel, great location, pleasant reception, excellent room and bath, would want to stay in that particular room if at all possible. Price and value for money is really good.
Lobby small and dark, no place to sit and wait if necessary
Bathroom products great!
No proper tea...only herbal!
The location is perfect with a vast choice of places to eat and drink right on your doorstep, plus both Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square are just a few minutes walk away. The room was more than adequate with a fantastically comfortable bed and a nice big flat screen TV. The staff were all really friendly and chatty. For price and location we couldn't fault it.
Room 204: - Small and friendly hotel - Nicely styled rooms - Friendly helpful staff - Excellent location for China Town/Leicester Square
Room 204: - Pointless shower curtain - Looked a bit 'worn' - Permanent smell from the Chinese restaurants - Too warm (couldn't open windows due to smell & noise)
Loved the room, quieter than expected even though we were in Central London the night life is busy all around but we just enjoyed the atmosphere and great location.
Wifi could have been better I couldn't get it to connect but 3G was very good anyway. However I didn't seek advice, I'm sure the helpful staff would have sorted it in no time.
Clean, modern, comfortable bed
We couldn't check in until 4.30pm which was a problem as we'd been travelling since 4am. The staff kept telling us to come back in half an hour. This is much more suitable for a couple spending a single night rather than a hotel.
You must tell all future guestsd that your front door faces Lisle Street in Chinatown.
Location was fantastic, staff all very friendly. Room was a great size for London standards. Wifi when it worked was good.
Wifi service wasn't very reliable would say you had service but wouldn't connect. Continually had to try and log in/out to try and get service.
