    Good design very contemporary.

If they change the blinder of the windows, I might consider to recommend it to other users. It's nice design room, but I was awake as soon as sun arise...

Great location. We were allowed to check in early and store our bags after. The guy (Julian) could not have been more helpful - would highly recommend it.

No bottle opener! Few flies in the kitchen on arrival but otherwise it was spotless.

Walking distance to all the sights and shops. Out of the way enough not to be disturbed by the nightlife.

Apartments floors and sofa could have been cleaner .but overall great accommodation.

Over all I like the apartment, even though I didn't get the apartment I was confirmed with. Location is very good. Key collection was very easy. Kitchen facilities was below average.

Price is too expensive for such apartment.

    The bed was comfy

Shambolic nightmare of epic proportion into one at 12.30 and the other would be ready shortly after and I could have the keys to both. With my We stayed at the Onety-One apartments in Cambridge, run by Nobleo, which, according to its website offers ‘a 5 star premium self-catering apartment business providing short daily or longer term rentals with much more than exceptional style’. That description alone makes me tempted to report them to the advertising standards authority. We paid nearly £500 for a two-bedroom apartment when my partner and I went to Cambridge for a wedding. I booked in January via booking.com and the entire amount was deducted on booking. At the same time I requested a parking space – booking.com advertises it as having private parking but if you read the (very) small print, you will note that this can just be requested, not guaranteed. I did this via booking.com. Two weeks before, I tried to contact the apartment to confirm check in time and parking. Five messages and a week later, they still hadn’t returned my call. Eventually, the week of the booking, I called booking.com and explained my difficulties They managed to get through and after booking.com informing them that I was trying to get through, so did I. I spoke to a surly man, who rudely informed me that parking could not be had, but I could pay £20 to park in a car park five minutes’ walk from the building. I agreed to this and as requested, emailed Nobleo and authorised them to charge the credit card I had given on booking. At the same time, when I asked to check in at 3pm sharp (given I had a wedding rehearsal at 4.30), I was told equally rudely that as ‘everyone’ wanted to check in at 3pm, I would probably have to wait as they had numerous buildings in Cambridge. This wasn’t good enough and I said so. Eventually, the ‘gentleman’ grudgingly agreed that if I called them at noon on Friday, they would tell me when I could check in and it would be before my wedding rehearsal.

being a walk away from the city centre and boating hire and reataurants

the bed could have been bigger and the kitchen didn't have a frying pan and a small pan and in this hot weather an electric fan.

Location, modern, easy to find, clean.

Paid Car parking is 5 minutes walk if unlucky to get a free spot outside the apartment. Better if bedrooms had blackout or even room darkening blinds. No hair dryer.

    Great location and facilities.

No air conditioning and extremely hot in the studio apartment as it faces the sun all day. Fan should be provided at least.

Very comfortable and conveniently located near Grafton shopping centre within walking distance to the heart of Cambridge and good bus service.

No office contact number We missed that they would be meeting us at a sustain time to give us our keys. A bit confusing but a very helpful chamber maid phoned the office and got them to come out and let us in so it ended well

The quietness. The comfort. The facilities. The free wi fi.

The lack of car parking. The poor lighting. Light bulbs needing to be replaced.

The present window curtains should be replaced with a nice cloth curtains. Bcoz of bad curtains there is no privacy and the room is bright due to street lights nearby. The bed is horrible, makes so much sound even if you turn from one side to another.

    Neat and nicely furnished.

Staff arrived late for check in and the room we were meant to have did not have a working washing machine. We had to park our car in the shopping centre and pay 24 pounds for overnight parking because there was absolutely no vacant car spaces down the alley and the car park at the back was closed for repairs. The staff member then went through the entire complex looking for a washing machine which actually worked, sometimes opening rooms which were already occupied by someone in her desperation to find one. The lift was so tiny it was very claustrophobic. We ended up in a studio apartment rather than a one bedroom apartment we had already paid for and we are still waiting for our refund. The blinds were not adequate as they were paper thin and let a lot of light into the bedroom. The walls and floors were also thin so not much noise insulation from neighbours. Not a great experience for us.

The size of the apartment was good and it was well appointed and everything was new.

The apartment we booked was not the one we were eventually given. It was right opposite student accommodation and was noisy in the evenings and through the night.

Comfortable, modern, clean. check in procedure a bit unusual because I had to ring half hour before I was due to arrive but otherwise easy and pleasant. Equally suitable for longer stays in Cambridge. Also, central location makes this building a good choice in my opinion.
