The room was very clean with a nice balcony and good views. A good location with easy parking. Very quite street so a good night sleep is a big bonus compared with some other hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast was of good quality.

Greeted warmley by owner and shown to our room, he checked everything was working alright, in the room and explained how things worked. The hotel was small and very clean and all equipment was to a high standard. The room was cleaned every day and coffee and tea tray was refilled each day. Even though we were only there 5 days towels were changed. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Village has a nice friendlt pub and there is a resturant if you want to eat near by. Owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. Made our stay very relaxing.

Delightful BnB in the middle of Cornwall and a great base from which to explore the region. My 3 kids and I stayed at Orchard Manor for a week and were made most welcome at this very relaxed place. Smashing.

The room was very spacious with a lovely lay out, great full english breakfast, a balcony to relax and enjoy the counryside view and very friendly owner and housekeeper.

Freindly Staff, quite chatty, and a good breakfast and they took into account any special rerquests we had.

Friendly staff who are very happy to help you. Poor access. Any guest will need to be able to manage a fairly steep staircase to get to the rooms. Also parking is mainly on the road.
