I liked the whole atmosphere. The proprietors went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The breakfast was way beyond my expectations. Superb. I could not have been happier with my stay
Genuine hospitality. Caring and helpful service. The best B&B ever.
- The house and garden are just beautifully decorated, enormously comfortable and cosy, and located in a very quiet spot - The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful, giving us brilliant recommendations for dinner and walking trips - The surrounding landscape and the whole of High Weald AONB are simply wonderful, adding to the nice experience
Nothing at all!
This is a lovely B & B, beautifully furnished and immaculately kept. The kind owners furnish excellent information, are extremely helpful, and exude friendliness without being intrusive. The food was ample, exquisite, and cooked to order. The owners went out of their way to accommodate special needs owing to food and environmental allergies and also recommended outstanding area restaurants and attractions. Such a delightful stay we had!
The setting is delightful and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices which were changed on different mornings. The owners could not have been more helpful.
Loved our room, hot shower, delicious breakfast, very welcoming and helpful hosts..... a FANTASTIC place to stay
..everything was so good there is nothing we didn't like!
My late arrival wasn't a problem. booked me into the local Pub for a late meal, which was excellent, with use of a discount card most unexpected. Very Comfortable accommodation and nice touches like free Tea & Coffee in the room with a flask of cold milk. Good choice of hot and cold breakfast.
Nothing to dislike.
location of property is excellent, we could not be more pleased with our choice of B&B would be very happy to return. Lovely hosts, fab breakfast , great place - some lovely pubs nearby &near to all we wanted to see.
Friendly hosts; very good breakfast with good choice, nicely presented with attention to detail. We highly recommend to book the (optional) evening meal; the food Chef Debbie prepares is EXCELLENT!! This B&B is convenient located to visit many N.T. houses & garden.
Close to n/t properties. FRIENDLY OWNERS. QUIET LOCATION. CLEAN. GREAT BREAKFAST INCLUDED.
Just about everything, Orchard Way was like a home from home. Debbie and Steve were very friendly. Our room had lovely views onto front and back gardens. Debbie prepared special treats for guests' breakfast.
Only small niggle was finding it on a dark wet night after a long journey
Warm, friendly welcome with tea and cake. Large, comfortable room with nice view of garden and spacious bathroom. Generous, high quality breakfast. Debbie is a very competent cook and she prepared a superb three course dinner for us. Good location with plenty of very interesting places to visit nearby.
Everything . Wifi best in lounge and not bedroom.
The room was well furnished with every comfort provided. Lovely en suite with powerful shower and luxurious towels. Bed comfortable. A nice touch was the home made biscuits on the hospitality tray. The choice at breakfast was good and well cooked. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home.
I experienced some disturbance from a nearby, unoccupied bedroom, which sounded like a TV coming on during the night. This was apparently a technical glitch, which the owners, once informed, were looking into as a matter of urgency. To their credit, they did give me a discount when I mentioned this.
Ideal location for a short break stay (we only had 3 days) and visit the castles of Kent as there are at least 8 locations within a 20 mile radius of Orchard Way and half of which you could spend a whole day at This is an excellent B&B.
We did not find anything to dislike. Apart from the condition of the local roads but this has nothing to with Orchard Way.
Very friendly welcome and willingness to help/advise. Lovely room and bed with excellent breakfast.
Nothing no to like.
Steve and Debbie gave us a very warm welcome and were very helpful. The breakfasts were of a high quality and their garden was a delightful, restful place for a weary traveller
We stayed three nights and we loved it! The house, room and breakfast was all excellent! The owners were very friendly and helpful! We strongly recommend a stay at Orchard Way b&b and wish to come back one day! The b&b is located close to many beautiful gardens, castles and other sights. There is a great restaurant (The Great House) just a couple of minutes walk from the b&b with superb food!
Very pleasant staff, eager to please and properly businesslike. Nice breakfasts and lovely garden if needed.
Debbie and Steve looked after us very well. Beautiful house and garden in a leafy lane full of elegant houses. Delicious homemade biscuits in the room with tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely breakfast with Debbie's freshly made jam using home grown ingredients. Peaceful, stress free stay allowing us to enjoy Sissinghurst Castle at our leisure. Thank you.
The welcome and accommodation at this B&B. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. A beautiful garden to relax in, great location for visiting Kent and surrounds and a warm atmosphere make this an excellent B&B.
There was nothing at all to dislike.
Very comfortable B&B, pleasant and accommodating owners, excellent room, lovely property. Outside of town so best to have a car although a very nice restaurant close by.
Friendliness and welcome; an excellent breakfast; crisp sheets and napkins; free and easy wi-fi; immaculately clean and a very beautiful garden.
Although it did not matter over one night, a possible shortage of bedroom storage; nowhere to hang more than a coat or to put an open suitcase.
Good welcome, efficient service, charming garden and delicious breakfast.
Key fob to room too small, nearly took it away by mistake.
Warm welcome with the offer of tea. Very elegant comfortable room with everything you would require. Quiet. Lovely sitting room for guests. Superb breakfast, delicious homemade preserves. Attentive hosts, we were made very welcome. Very attractive room in which to eat breakfast, with the option of sitting out on the patio, lovely sitting area outside by pond. Altogether excellent, can not fault it and would recommend it highly. A great location for visiting Great Dixter, Sissinghurst and other National Trust properties in the area, also Rye.
How can you fault something so good!!!!!!
