Set in spacious, landscaped gardens, Plas I Fan is an 18th-century converted chapel less than 10 minutes’ walk from Prestatyn’s bustling centre. It offers bright rooms with private bathrooms.

Location, nice staff
Run out of cooked breakfast items at 9.30 on a Sunday morning. Expensive for quality of room. Hotel in need of some refurbishment.
The food was amazing the hotel itself was lovely breakfast was the best I've ever had definitely go again
Breakfast was very good. Deluxe room very modern and spacious with super king-size bed.
Not within walking distance of the centre of St. Asaph.
Excellent food Well proportioned room
Friendly staff , nice room and good food
The staff were welcoming and friendly, food was fantastic and plentiful even for the biggest of eaters. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. Excellent value with friendly, professional service and superb food! Woukd highly recommend and looking forward to staying again...
The hotel in the evening (we stayed on a friday) lacked atmosphere as guests were mininmal and we found ourself to be the only guests that used the bar facilities after our meal.
Good gym and more than reasonable food.
The water pressure in the shower was very low.
Everything was better than I expected.
I could only stay one night.
Room and facilities.
Wedding and anniversay parties seemed to take over the whole days proceedings. Waited at the bar to order drinks and lunch for 10-15 minutes without anyone serving. Difficult to find a seated area to eat lunch as the aforementioned parties had taken over. Evening meal was a total disaster.....waited 40 minutes for food to arrive and when it did the quality was unacceptable. Admitedly the staff did respond to our complaints and dealt with it very well but by then the evening was beyond repair. Pity really because our previous stay was totally the opposite. Suggest the hotel look at their staffing arrangements for future events OR don't take in residents and make them feel second class during events.
The best features of this hotel are its bar, conservatory and gardens. My room was of a decent size, clean and comfortable. The food was good and staff very pleasant.
The room furniture looked a little dated.
Hotel in nice position for sightseeing. Nice dining/breakfast room and lovely garden and sitting rooms. Staff nice and helpful.
Although our room was Superior Room we felt it needed updating. It was nice and large but could do with brightening up. Otherwise everything was fine.
the size of the rooms
Hotel very noisy at night with traffic and car park, it needs some money spending on it, she is a beautiful old lady in need of some loving attention. Staff amazing and as helpful as they could be, on the whole not the best as have many functions and when you have a husband with brain damage all to busy and too much, not for a quite time
Stayed for a friend's wedding, received excellent customer service from the reception staff, my room was a little old fashioned but so comfortable all the same! Would definitely recommend and stay again
Room was a little old fashioned but still comfortable
General ambience excellent, staff very attentive large room at a very reasonable price. Food excellent, would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.
Cheap last minute rate Tasty and efficiently served breakfast Friendly staff Clean room, comfy bed
Room was spacious and clean and worth the premium paid. It was good to have the use of the leisure facilities.
The changing rooms attached to the pool were tired looking and not well maintained. Although the restaurant was quiet, the meal took 50 minutes to arrive: there was no explanation or apology.
The room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee and a good flat screen TV. The massage in the spa was very good, cost £31 per head bur worth it.
The drink was a bit pricey and they hadn't heard of stones ginger wine! They forgot our morning papers, which is no big deal except I look forward to having those over breakfast. The hotel clearly needs a facelift.
Friendly staff, quick and efficient. Hotel room spacious and cosy.
Not being able to check in till after 3pm, especially on a very busy wedding day, having to finish getting ready in the public toilets
The food was very good from a short but varied menu. the location very good for travelling around the area. sports facilities good Gym etc. with a small pool and small sauna,
Welcome was poor at reception, the room was very tired and needs redecorating bearing in mind supposed to be superior room quite poor. Service in bar poor and a general lack of interest from staff
Comfortable beds. Helpful staff.
No lift. Furniture in room 206 very worn. not enough disabled car parking. Breakfast below par.
Room was a good comfortable size with large king size bed. Breakfast choice was excellent. Reasonable gym here also.
Evening dinner menu limited.
We arrived had a few issues but these were rectified promptly
Decor of room very out dated. Paper coming off walls and holes in walls
