Staff very efficient and friendly, good food and excellent location.

Nothing superior about the 'superior' double allocated. Peeling wallpaper, broken shower fitting and bathroom hot water tap that is not secure. Certainly does not merit the adjective superior.

The hotel is in a great location and close to the local shops and facilities. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are comfortable and individually designed. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The bar is good and has a cosy atmosphere.

I would have liked tissues in my room. The kettle was broken in my sister's room (room 5) and my tv had to be tuned in every time I used it.

Loved the feel of the place - cosy decor, brilliantly decorated and the restaurant served a wonderful breakfast. Staff were always eager to help and approachable and value for money was very good overall.

Good room (No 11), very pleasant staff and good location. Good B&B rate.

Evening bar menu prices high (went to another pub..monkies). Parking is a def issue if you don't want to leave before 9am

Loved this hotel. The Christmas decor was fabulous. Very atmospheric. Great mulled wine to add to the mood. The decor in the room was lovely. Great location in the centre of beautiful Tetbury. Would definitely stay here again.

Just the parking because we had to go out in the morning and move the car to the long stay car park. It's not that far but might inconvenience some people.

Always a great laid back service with friendly staff and a great pub used by the locals with reasonable food. Breakfast is good value too!!

Dangerous lighting. Pitch black in corridors we alerted staff twice to no avail. £120 for tiny room with tiny bed Also tepid breakfast. Extremely poor and no value for money. Travel lodges much better value.

Car parking and unloading awkward.

The hotel wasso relaxed and the staff were just lovely - nothing was too much trouble . Room was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty

It was great but the heating went off early which was a bit sad in November

Comfortable beds. Steyed after wedding in Westonbirt House. Too much money for B&B facilities. Breakfast just fair.

On arrival at The Ormond we were greeted by a friendly lady who informed us that our 'standard' room had been upgraded to the 'four poster' room for no extra cost! Fantastic! The room was lovely, food delicious, ambience perfect-not too noisy but good atmosphere and lovely roaring fire, making it a very cosy environment . Would come again ..

IRoom a little cold but then we found the heater!

When we arrived the gentleman on reception went out of his way to upgrade our room so we were very comfortable for our 2 day stay. We also ate in the evening in the hotel restaurant which had a good varied menu and was well priced.

The food was of a very high standard. The room we stayed in was excellent. The staff were all very helpfull.

On arrival the hotel looks drab and not very appealing, On entering the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. No car park and only one hour waiting on the street.

Breakfast was good. Room was warm, clean and comfortable.

Was offered a coffee at breakfast but it never arrived had to ask twice and had nearly finished breakfast when it arrived. Very tight on the toast and wasn't offered any further drinks. Tv in the room signal was very weak and did not find any channels, it worked fine in the morning when others tvs were not on. We was in a top floor room and was glad I had a few beers to help me sleep as there is a very noisy pump in the plant from next door.
