The character of the hotel and its lovely grounds. It gave me the restful break I needed and, whilst being near to the centre of Peterborough, I felt I was in the countryside. |

Proximity to company visiting with work, attractive location and pleasant area to go for an evening walk in. Felt the carpet in the room was not as fresh as I would have liked. |

Good size rooms, comfortable at a fair price. Friendly staff. Asked for a paper both days, but was not delivered. Breakfast is overpriced and of a poor quality compared to many other hotels I have stayed at. Pastries were stale and flakey. |

Quiet of the grounds and sense of privacy. Confusing to find my way back to reception, signs would have helped. |
