The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was not especially nice, however, the hotel was clean. |

It is located near the bus stops which is very convenient. It can be quite noisy if there is a party in the pub downstairs. |

Really comfy bed! A bit scruffy, and I couldn't shut the window in my room so got some traffic noise. No lift. |

Easy to find and on excellent routes into the city centre, staff were friendly, room was clean and the breakfast was lovely too. It is slightly rough around some of the edges and could do with updating in some areas but overall an enjoyable experience. |

Availability of clean towels everyday. The whole place should be condemned. All fittings were broken, dead lightbulbs, threadbare carpets, filthy unbleached loos, curtains off their tracks - I could go on. Utterly dreadful and nothing like the website. |

The effort put in by Irish under Manager and the Chef Dirty linen was left on the landing but removed when we pointed this out |

10 bus stop is just outside Sheets were dirty, room was dusty, bed-cover was greasy, no lift, breakfast coffee was not good. When I asked for a change of bed linen I was told that the housekeeper was not available until the next day. To be fair, they did change the linen the next day. Took a long time for the receptionist to figure out whether or not payment was still required for myself and colleagues and to take payment |

Hotel staff need to be more customer focussed. The hotel could do with a deep clean and decor looking very tired. |

Hotel was a nice size not too big,therefore more personal and it was nice to have the bar at night.The public transport was very good saved using the car and finding parking spaces in the town centre. The hotel needs a good refurbishment,it has obviously not been decorated for a long time and the paintwork is yellow and paint peeling everywhere.I would even pay more to stay there if the decor was better. |
