Situated in Hounslow, The Master Robert Hotel is just a 15-minute drive of Heathrow Airport. The traditional hotel offers cooked breakfasts, free Wi-Fi in public areas, and a 24-hour front desk.

The hotel could do with a refurbishment. For example, the windows only had 'secondary' double glazing (on the flight path of Heathrow) and they didn't open.
Room a bit tatty
nothing at all
The bedroom we had was spotless.
The expense of the breakfast.
Very old decor and furniture wires hang of the wall. Carpets old and smelly and no water pressure at all
Bed and room, ok
Shower, lack of power Breakfast, not a lot if choice, lack of places to sit, tables not cleared fast enough
Really convenient for Heathrow Comfortable night's sleep. Convenient adjacent Indian restaurant. Quieter than expected. Staff pleasant and polite.
Facilities rather basic.
No air con, had to have windows open, planes overhead and then some men sat talking at full volume in a Van on the car park belie my window at 2 am in the morning for at least an hour, so had to shut window and roasted!! Why were they there ? Where was hotel security ? To challenge them. Couldn't ring reception as my phone in the room didn't work and I didn't have hot water in the sink and only when shower had run for five minutes did the water get hot!! Restaurant attached to hotel very poor, although the actual meal I ate was very nice!!
Clean and willing to helpno
Light burned out, Fridge in room not removed but "policy" was to not have them in rooms. Under B&B but not in building and not included in room rate.
On a busy road, but room was quiet.
Easy to access to public transport
Clean room. Spacious.
No water pressure for a showe
Badly decorated, internet is lousy. No proper facilities. Never again
The price and that it was close to a tube station.
Good value for money. Good location only 1km to tubę station
Staff were excellent
WIFI did not appear to work, though I may have got something wrong!
The room had a derelict odur, there was a long crack in the ceiling with dampness around it. The shower & sink had virtually NO water pressure. The bathroom window (slats) some were missing and the carpet was grubby with rickety floor boards & my bed sheet also had a patch of blood on it.... Avoid this dump.
STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
HOTEL IS EXTREMELY SHABBY - IN DESPERATE NEED OF UPDATE. BLANKETS ON BEDS. WIRING NOT SAFE - CRACKS/DAMP ON CEILINGS
The Night Porter was a great help. Got me checked in with ease. I was given a double room which was a request I put in even though I had booked a twin room. Great! When I checked out the following morning the Night Porter offered me his cold bottle of water. Way above and beyond!
The 'radiator' was a heated picture on the wall, which didnt have any instructions on it. Its not a bad thing but maybe as it was so warm outside and late at night i didn't appreciate the innovative nature of the picture.
My husband and I wanted a budget hotel near to Wimbledon so that he could catch the Tube instead of queuing in traffic. The reception area was a little tired looking but our room was tastefully furnished, clean and had a huge bed which was very comfortable. We had a 15 minute brisk walk to the Tube station so it was ideal for what we needed and very good value for money since we had free parking all day too.
The public areas were rather tired and shabby but the information book in our room explained that the hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment project so hopefully this will be addressed in time. The mini fridge in our room could have done with a bit of a clean!
The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast good. Not the Ritz, but good value for the money we paid.
Stayed for one night as near a venue, room was clean and comfortable. Very pleasant staff.
I liked the staff. The welcome was excellent. Person on reception very pleasant. Departure fine. The bed clean and comfortable, bathroom good. Liked fact iron and ironing board in the room. Tea and coffe in room also good. Liked the fact Gideon bible in drawer.
General need of refurbishment. Didn't like fact old mini bar left in room, when I opened it no drinks but worse the smell was awful. Better to remove this item as gives bad impression. Main criticism was that I was woken up by some male guests talking loudly at 4 in the morning and every other word was swearing. They may not have been guests, they were clearly from the NorthEast and the loud voices and swearing were disruptive
The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Large mugs with the tea/coffee/kettle which was great.
It was pretty sparse - not the most visually appealing of rooms - no extras for comfort. But we only needed a night's bed.
