Osterley Park Hotel  

Good basic hotel.Clean room.Plenty of parking spaces.

The people in the pub next door made us unbelievably welcome. Although we nearly didn't get out of the car when we first pulled up, we were pleasantly surprised by the rooms and it was all it needed to be for a cheap overnight stop

The heating worked the beds were clean...Coffee was on tap.

The heating was on full blast upon arrival... Chernobyl had nothing on this place.

Location, price and staff

Is in need of an update and refurb, wanted to charge for WiFi which in these days is harsh so i did not pay.

the bed was brooken so that you sank in and could not get out very uncomferteble. could not shower because the water was to hot but if you dint have a ketle you could always make coffee it was that hot, i would not wish to stay there again,

i like location and price as well. It is nice and comfort.

i like to compalin one thing, room's heater was very hot. i tried to down tempreture. but i couldn't down it.

Everything, the place is in need of a total refurbishment the only good thing is they have a car park

Pleasant little hotel chosen because it was the nearest to Richmond which had spare rtooms at short notice. Breakfast was very good (although in a bit of a strange room).

The main building is looking a little "tired" and needs a redecoration. The breakfast room obviously doubles as a the main function room and you feel a bit out of place while eating breakfast. Strange to have to pay for your breakfast separately rather than simply settle up at the main desk upon departure. The bedroom was small but very clean but it was "hard" and a bit uncomfortable. The mini-bar was empty.

Staff were helpfull and friendly

My room (37) was in one of the old buildings at the back of the pub drastically in need of refurb, being above the pub it was very noisey with the usual football on all TV`s and people shouting. shower was grimy, the floors creaked with every movement and the walls were so thin that when the guest in the next room got up at 5.45 am then I was awake too as I could hear every movement. Went to the restaraunt at aprox 7.45 this was deserted, no customers, no staff around so rather than try and find some waiter and then sit in a deserted room I opted for a bar meal which in its self was quite good if you could put up with the football on TV`s all around. In general the whole hotel is looking very tired there are notes saying they are in the middle of a refurb, no signes of it and dont know how long these notes have been there, could be a good excuse for the condition.

It was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The room was falling apart. The bathroom in particular was in a terrible state. My partner cut himself on a broken soap dish. I did however receive a full refund.

Rooms desperate for a refurbishment. Bed was particuly uncomfortable, it wasn't even long enough. The shower only worked if you want a freezing cold or boiling hot shower. Jah bless.
