It was dreadful, the room was shabby and the noise was disturbing. I cannot say that I liked anything about the room, it was not what I expected at all. Low class and tacky, shabby, poor state of repair, didnt smell at all fresh. I was extrememley dissapointed. Even at the reduced rate it was not value for money. The only thing that I liked was the staff, they were all friendly and helpful. The bathroom floor was badly cracked, and so very unhygienic and there was a leaky pipe. We could not drink the water, and was charged £4 for a bottle of water, which is disgraceful. The music was far too loud for a party that was being held, we complained at middnight and we were told it would be turned down and they did not do that. Infact we had to wait until almost 1am for the music to go off. It was a monday night and we stayed at your hotel because we believed that it would be nice and relaxing and stress free, as my partner had her driving test the following morning. She failed her test and I am sure that part of the reason was that she was totally stressed and what should have been a relaxing stress free night away to make her relax for the test, actually did the total opposite and she was not only exhausted from being up too late, but stressed from the whole experience. Totally unacceptable and I did make a complaint and was given a 50% refund. That was ok, but it does not compensate for the fact that she failed her driving test, apart from the cost of resitting the test, you have no idea how upset she was that she failed. I would never stay in that hotel again, I would never recommend it other than to backpackers for a budget room. |

I was not able to check in until after 11pm, which was no problem to the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. English breakfast was not available. It was a very hot and humid night and, as the window did not open, sleep was a little difficult. |

It was local for what I wanted .I was on a course and it saved me driving. A band was playing loudly during the afternoon.the first room I was given smelled of smoke .I had asked for a non smoking room. When I entered this room someone had left a stanley knife blade and wire fragments where a tv cable had been repaired . this stuff was on a table in the room. |

Room was clean and local towns accessible, also the fact it has a car park is important when staying in London! |

proximity to M4, lots of parking spaces and only a short walk to the underground saving the hassle of driving into central london. Rooms were a good size, and the pub next door allowed one to have a drink or snack at low cost. |

Cleanliness, closeness to our visiting location and getting a ground floor room as requested was perfect with our toddler! It was also great that even though there were several weddings during the week we only once heard noise, which was as a result of merry attendees! outside could do with a spruce up as the old part of the buidling is quite beautiful. |

The Hotel didn't look nice, the room was freezing, the heating didn't work and the receptionist said that she'll bring us a portable heater but didn't turn up! |

For the price the room was good value. I would recommend purely on this basis room ok but bathroom needs refurbished. hotel bar wouldnt serve my party after normal closing times. main building and bar very down-at heel, badly needs a facelift. |

Plenty of hot water available for bath. Drafty room, bathroom window boarded up, inner door did not close, cold, outside door loose causing draft, soap and shampoo combined, bar unfriendly, not relaxing due to volume of TV's in bar, bar food took 30 minutes to prepare, then left on bar and not served to me - got it myself! |

3rd time here. Location perfect for me. Security improved. TV worked for the 1st time! Very cheap for a room near Heathrow. The hotel needs a litte TLC. Fittings/fixtures loose everywhere. No lock on window (ground floor) was a worry. All things condidered, for the price, can't complain. |

The rooms were clean, reception staff were very nice and helpful. In the morning we tried to check out, but there was no-one on the reception desk and we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come. We tried to find someone and called the hotel phone, but still had to wait. |

Conveniently located close to underground (10 min walk away). Staff was very friendly After housekeeping cleaned the room, door was left ajar for 1 whole day until we returned late at night! Not a very safe feeling. Also rooms are in desperate need of an overhaul. |
