Very clean (overall: room, floors, bed, bathroom, linen and towels). Value for money: excellent. Old but well maintained hotel. No ac system. Cracking floorboards underneath the carpet -I suppose this might cause discomfort in the guests from the floor below.

I planned to go to my IELTS test,which is near the tube station of Acton Town.It's very convenience to go there from this hotel as it is close to the Osterley tube Station.Just Keeping going out of this station,and you won't miss this Hotel.

The staff were fantastic all the way! Booking.com did not send me an email to confirm my booking so I called the hotel on the night of my booking and the phone was answered very nicely by a male who confirmed my booking and reservation number. When I arrived I was helped with my room.by a very nice reception male beacuse there was a slight problem with the key. The same person also searched around for a light bulb for the reading lamp so I could do some work. Room service worked late to feed me and a very efficient male brough the foood All in all a very good stay The hotel is well used and a bit tired. There was an asian wedding reception going on whilst I was there and because ot the hotels location, car parking facilities and large meeting rooms I would think they get large number of guests for these types of events and Im sure that these gueats do not always take care of the hotel

It was the only hotel in this area with a car park and a room available Everything. All the negative comments on this site about this hotel are true. The room was cold. Only one blanket and a sheet on the bed. Showers were poor, half the lights didn't work in the room and bathroom, ok if you like Indian food as that's all they seemed to serve - suppose that's because its owned and run by Indians. Very poor and would rather sleep in my car if this was the only place available.

Good large clean room at an excellent price and less than a £10 taxi ride to Twickenham. Pub next door a bit rough but the curry was excellent (same chefs as the rather more expensive Indian restaurant next to the pub). All staff, hotel, pub etc were helpful and friendly. Will definitely book again.

Positioned conveniently for needs, relaxed atmosphere, very helpful and friendly staff, good Indian food, good parking, clean room. Recommendation comes with caveat. Room needs updating, decor tired, shower pipe damaged, basin cracked and sealant needs replacing. Shower dribbling water for 5-10 minutes before power kicked in. Bed covers ancient and lightweight, wouldn't like to sleep under the covers in winter.

Location The rooms look like they can be hired out by the hour. They are damp, dirty and have not been attended to since at least the mid seventies. The trees out side block all possible light. The walls were nicotine stained

Good location near heatrow aeroport, good and friendly staff, nice big comfortable room with tea and cookies :) You need walk 10-15 from tube (not so bad, but somtimes it may be hard if you have a lot of luggage)

The people in the pub next door made us unbelievably welcome. Although we nearly didn't get out of the car when we first pulled up, we were pleasantly surprised by the rooms and it was all it needed to be for a cheap overnight stop

Staff were horrible. Facility was run down. No hairdryer. Electrics on show. Hot water was scolding. Tv was from the '50'snot that it mattered i didnt want to b in he hotel. Onsite toilets were disguisting. Kettle didnt work. No douvet!!!! Never been. Four star. Was like a borstal. Shocking

It was close to the airport The room we book was a double, however all that means to the Osterly park is to push to separate single beds together. The Tv did not work properly, we asked for it to be fixed (which it was) The fridge in the room was dirty inside - we ask for it to be cleaned but Osterly park didnt do this - disgusting The room although was book as a double for 2 people to stay had four beds in it. It was too cramped for this which made it difficult to open the cutains or swirch the lights on or off

the bed was brooken so that you sank in and could not get out very uncomferteble. could not shower because the water was to hot but if you dint have a ketle you could always make coffee it was that hot, i would not wish to stay there again,

If you want 5 star luxury this is not for you. We were on a spontaneous last minute night out in London. Didn't expect much for £40 but was pleasantly surprised. Quiet room, comfy bed.
