The facility of ironing cloth for oneself and tea making facility within the room. The room had a nice big flat screen TV.

I have nothing to say negative about the hotel as my stay went very smoothly.

the indian resterant and the bar both open until late for food.

Large spacious room, close proximity to Twickenham Stadium, friendly staff, we were able to store opur bags prior to checking in and after checking out. Value for money. There is a pub and Indian restaurant on site. Though we did not need it there is a free large car park. Our room had two showers.

No fridge in room, there aren't many shops or activities in the immediate area, largely suburban area.

Shower water pressure was non existant mould all over the tiles & really bad smell of damp in the bathroom, towels looked dirty

room was too hot and was very uncomfortable as too noisy when window was opened

The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable.

The en suite wasn't the poshest!

free wi-fi in rooms, Hotel attached to decent bar serving a good pint / food and sport events on multi screen tv's. People very friendly. Would def stay again.

can be noisy depending on room during parties in function rooms. Prices for extra nights vary depending on who you ask at reception.

Condition of room, door entry card didn't work.

Broken tap,fridge not working,WIFi not free as advertised,stained towel.

The location was ideal.

The bathtub was not very clean The heater could not be turned down or off

Great location close to Osterley Station on the Piccadilly Line. The beds were clean and comfortable. Very affordable accommodation.

The bathroom needed updating, the shower was very basic and the water pressure not great. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money.

Crazy price for breakfast

Staff where very helpful, lovely wedding reception I see was there for newlyweds

Rooms weren't bad on the whole but low water pressure generally and silly bits and pieces broken. Whole accommodation block is a bit scruffy and 70s motel type in appearance.

The stay was cheap (£95 for 2 nights) The room was basic, but clean. The reception staff were welcoming. The parking was free, and we could see the car from our window.

The breakfast was overpriced - £7 for toast and croissants! The waiting staff were unhelpful, and it took 20 minutes to get the change for our breakfast (Which you had to pay at the table). The onsite pub was nice, but it took 20 minutes for the jacket potatoes which we ordered to come - and they were cold inside.

Close to where I needed to be and was assigned a ground floor room when I asked at the reception.tra and coffee with biscuits. Car park open plan and close to the rooms.

Shower , pressure is poor cracks all around the tub, the shower is useless , mini bar empty! I know they are under refurb!

Facilities was what I expected

No hot water in the shower despite advising the hotel of the problem.
