location was very good
hotel ok but very small bedroom and also breakfast rooms too small also would have liked a more secure area to leave your luggage
Is comfortable, and perfectly located on the metro line that connects the airport with the center of the city at a good price.
i can't think of something.
Position is perfect and nice staff
Breakfast is served is a really small room and you must eat with Other people in the sane table, Rooms are really small and not perfectly cleaned. I found lot of hair in the sheets and blankets.
Location Breakfast TV Ensuite Room
Good location. Close to tube station.
Only thin blanket. No duvet
Rooms too small Bathroom too small Smelly
Loved the hotel it was perfect for my stay in London. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
Wifi was expensive for amount of time
The location and the look of the hotel. The photo's on the website make the hotel appealing. The room although compact did have all we needed as we did not intend staying in it only for sleeping.
The bed runner was stained and wool blankets had dark stains or burns on them. There was also a blob of chewing gum stuck to the side of the wardrobe which was right next to one side of the bed. The architrave in the bathroom was splintered near the base and I actually caught a towel on it which could have been my leg if I had stepped back against it. The breakfast room was cramped and was like a free for all with people pushing and shoving to try and serve themselves their own breakfast. One toaster out of the two provided only toasted on one side, we only had the breakfast once because of this. We got a deal on our stay which reduced the price down to just over a third of what it should be - that price was all it was worth! If we had paid the full price we would have been constantly complaining at their reception.
Stayed overnight and it was a last minute booking. I had a good sleep and it was indeed worth every penny!
+ Perfect location + Nice staff + Breakfast included + Own bathroom + I was lucky to get a quiet room +/- The room was a bit small and quite clean.
- Internet wasn't offered for free, you would have to pay for adaptor.
I was in London with my husband for 7 nights, the location was great but the room was too small we did not change the hotel because we were out after breakfast until late in the evening, breakfast was poor shower room was ok and were never short from tea & coffee in the room
Dirty pillow cases
Broken shower door. Window couldn't be locked. Room was very warm and radiator was difficult to access.
All the basics were fine (hot shower, beds, cleanliness, elevators, ...) Location is right on the district and circle lines. Great for both getting into the centre with direct connections to Knightsbridge, Green Park, South Kensington etc, as well as to Heathrow.
Narrow long hallways, stairs to entrance.
Excellent location and very reasonable price
Brown dampness marks in ceiling. Curtain rail broken. Shower head broken and poor flow of water. Very crowded breakfast room, poorly laid out and slow toaster causing queues
Pretty well located - in Earls Court and close to the tube but a bit of a basic hotel. Suitable for cheaper accomodation near the centre but otherwise only ok
Limited breakfast, pretty cramped
Perfect hotel for a short stay when you're going to be spending most of your time outside the hotel. Great location, staff were nice.
This is no luxury hotel- probably wouldn't stay a week!!
Great location Cheap Friendly receptionist OK for short stay, but only if you are not fussy about cleanliness and noise.
Dirty toilet in the quadruple bedroom In general, the bathroom is bad. Very noisy because the room is next to the shared bathroom and breakfast area - no soundproofing Broken window Mini fridge wasn't working No free WiFi (!) - that's just really in bad taste, considering we live in the 21st century...
location good, breakfast good
Tight squeeze to get in the bathroom as was very close to the bed.
nice staff good location
Location really good, 100 m away from metro station, facilities in the room were ok
Staff very unfriendly, continental breakfast includes extremely small variety of food ( eggs or bread with cheese or jam and coffee), beds were not very stable nor comfortable.
The double bed was basically two single beds pushed together, very uncomfortable. The towels, "duvets" and every other item was littered with someone else's hair ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The design of the bathroom was a complete joke and stank of the drains because of the way it was designed.
Localization is good!
Breakfast is very poor and no space for so many people!
The bad was very confirtable and the tee/coffee in the room
the door of bathroom was very closed to the bed.. In the nigth i see mouse coming to my bad was horible, the price was 49£ and i expect good breakfast letter i go in hosta and pay 24£ and the diference in the breakfast was only juice for 25£more
Location. I am from London so know it well having worked there until retirement.
Room too small, bathroom ok but couldn't close door as bed in the way.Did not have breakfast having a lack of confidence in it being any good. Preferred going outside to a cafe.Coouldn't open window for air and turned off radiators because too hot for such a small room.
