Location - great, 3 minutes from Earl's Court Tube Station, lots of eateries around, lively and safe neighbourhood. Clean room. Good and clean shower. Friendly staff. But this hotel is all about location really. :)
Extremely tiny room (about 2.2 x 3m), with only a bed and small night table (30cm x 30cm), no chair. No wardrobe (small space with 4 hangers is not a proper wardrobe), so most of our stuff was either on the floor, in suitaces, or hanging in weird palces like doors, TV wallmount, etc. No AC, only small window and a cooling fan, so the room was very hot and airless. One can get away with all that, but the final nail in the coffin was the bed. The bed was damaged, not flat, but concave - very hard for two people to sleep comfortably in it.
The cleanliness especially in the shower, hand basin and the floor
Black mold on walls, smelly bathroom shower drain, ultra thin walls etc etc
location and helpfulness re storing luggage, close to the tube and shops
Rooms small and very noisy as travellers seem to arrive all hours of night.Breakfast average at best.
Air con in the room Very comfy bed Very clean
Room a tad small
Actually locating lobby before hotel. Unfriendly staff Room decor lacked even a chair
Location was decent. Not a far walk to several areas of interest. Underground to everywhere around the corner.
Breakfast dismal...bread, cheese, coffee/tea. Very crowded space. NO PARKING near by and very expensive. NO FREE WI FI. No chair in room. Shower on the lukewarm side.
The hotel was very clean , nice comfy bed and the showers were nice! Excellent location aswell. Would defo stay there again!
Location Cleanliness Tea and coffee making facilities comfortable bed
Very unhelpful reception staff Queues at breakfast, if breakfast started at 7am, it would help stagger the queues.
the room is not clean. The bathroom is the worst, too small and unclean. Very thin door so you can hear anything even people talk in front of the room
No service, rooms under the street level, cold, dust, really unconfortable, not recommended at all. We canpay a night at this honky tonk a maximum of Euro 40,00/ night!! Really disappointed!!
Truly awful. No room to sit down or get food. Food choice very limited. Either get a bigger room or stop doing breakfast
Very close to Earls court tube station and handy for getting around
Room was very small breakfast was very bad
The location and wet room. The tea and coffee making in the room.
The poor facilities for breakfast. A very cramped bedroom. Rusty and broken soap rack in the wet room. The wall shower head support was broken. Areas of the hotel a little worse for wear.
The location was good i was very upset i ordered a double room but we got a very small room with just two single beds stuck together ! the bed was very un cumphy ,no duevet just a itchy blanket and a sheet we wasnt very walm and the man on reception wasnt much help all i got well thats what all hotels are like. Not really the way i wanted to spend my boyfriends birthday i wont ever stay again
great location for underground. lots of places to eat & drink. clean towels everyday. fridge in room
nothing to not like
Closeness to the Tube Cleanliness Breakfast was OK.
No free wifi and when we paid for it, poor connection - waste of money. The room was pokey and rough around the edges - disappointing..
Staff dealt with housekeeping issues in a timely manner. This is a good property for student groups.
Poor value for money. Small room and poor ventilation. Breakfast rooms were too crowded.
The location, close to event at Earl's Court Comfortable mattress Fan in room to cool it down Small fridge in room
Breakfast - toaster was rubbish, selection poor, urns not marked so no clue which was coffee, hot water or milk. Not a continental breakfast, just a waste of time. Entrance to our building smelt of gas. Room very small, barely any room for suitcases. Toilet shower room like a tiny wet cupboard rather than pleasant facilities. Very cramped. After shower used whole floor soaked for any use of toilet for hours. Sheets not great, just a cotton sheet to sleep in and some blankets to put on top. Shower kept going from very hot to very cold the whole time, impossible to get it right to comfortably use. Breakfast room in the other building to the one we were staying in, this wasn't clear as a possibility when booking.
Three minute walk from Earl's Court underground station.
Breakfast could have been more substantial
The location, close to Earl's Court station, is very good.
We have stayed in larger quarters on small boats. Our basement room (called "lower ground" was miniscule. The shower encroached on the toilet. There was salt on the dining tables but I asked for pepper. They didn't supply pepper.
Was clean and great location
Was not a proper bed, camp bed if that, was not a standard single size my 12yr old son would not of fit on it? It wobbled when I moved which made me feel seasick, room was so small. Pictures are totally deceiving on hotel page. Breakfast was disgusting and had to wait to even sit down? Not big enough for 10people let alone the amount of guests. Warm bread and stone cold boiled eggs? Processed sliced not real cheese, Off milk is not breakfast let alone continental? False advertised extremely disappointed will never return or recommend. Do not know how it is a 3star? Shower was a slow drizzle. Hair dryer did not work? Need I go on?
The room was clean. The 2 single beds were very comfortable and the bedding was ironed and crisp.
There were lots of stains on the walls and ceiling. The 3rd bed was a fold out camp bed. The other two single beds were separated, meaning the bathroom door could not open fully. The table was terribly marked and the tea cups were chipped and different sizes. The whole building was extremely hot and the noise outside made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom also had a smell of drains which was unpleasant.
Being located so close to a tube station. Repairs to room done quickly once reported. Bed comfortable. Good to have fridge and a safe in the room.
Breakfast staff really unfriendly. Breakfast was too basic. I had to report that my TV, telephone and fridge were not working. The towel rail in the bathroom was on the floor.
dirty, unfriendly staff.
