The room was a 'under~stairs box room with a double bed squeezed into a long thin room so had to struggle past it to get to the table unit. The Wales needed painting and the carpet needed a deep clean. No surprise to tell you we handed the keys back straight way and drove home on a 5 hour drive through the night. Ruined our otherwise brilliant time in London.

Very close proximity to Earl's Court tube station. Friendly staff. Adequate facility without busting the budget. The free "Continental " breakfast seemed weak. Maybe add fruit and/or something other than sliced bread to toast.

Nothing The attitude of the breakfast staff was lousy. They advertise that their hotel has been refurbished to a high standard, but we found it to be of a standard below a third world country.

Convenience to station Location Rabbit warren style accommodation and cramped conditions in bedroom and ensuite. The breakfast was a schmoozle with no accommodation for the guest numbers there.

Just the cost Size & condition of bedrooms. Layout of breakfast room. All the different corridors without any apparent fire instructions or maps. If they were there we missed them. It felt like a hotel version of airport arrivals & departures.

The only good thing was it's location Room too small don't even know how you can fit two people in them. Toilet is so small that you cant even turn around. The pictures on booking were really deceiving. My stay was a nightmare I really regret staying there specially with the amount I paid.

Really...almost nothing !! Beds were not so bad and the shower was ok. We wanted to change the reservation 10minutes after doing it , one month begore the trip, because I made a mistake with the dates and the hotel did not accepted. We were obliged to chande our schedule in order no to loose all the reservations..and four days begore the trip, the hotel called us via "booking" to tell us that they accepted the cancelation. I find that inacceptable. The hotel just did it to see if they could double book our rooms. I must say that People of the hotel were not very friendly (except the woman in the reception) Rooms were not cleaned and breakfast was poor and messy. Very poor et very messy. Too many people for the space for the meal. Just eggs, bread, cheese and jam. I have had much more better in a simple bed and breakfast. Five minutes before 9h30pm waitress were already taking out coffee and everything even if the place was full of peolpe still having breakfast. The room old, quite dirty and with holes in the wall. It was cold even with the windows closed.

The room was very tirrd with the radiator hanging off the wall many cracks and old ex travel lodge furniture. bed cover and curtains. All this at a cost of £100,70. robbery.

Staff is helpful and responding. The location is excellent, close to underground station and bus stop. The carpet was dirty, the size of the room is definitely not an American standard, but normal for Europe. WiFi was extra charge, and not cheap. The breakfast was so packed that there was no room to sit or even stand, and not worth waiting. We asked for an extra bed (additional $25) and it split in the middle, so my friend had to sleep on a mattress.

Convenient location but in quiet street. The bed was comfortable. Oh dear, where to start? 1. Key card to room didn't work at the first two attempts. Had to get repeated help from reception staff to let me into my room. 2. When I tried to leave the room I got trapped between the room door (which closed and locked itself behind me) and the fire door giving access to the corridor (which had to be pulled towards me). I think the fire door is absolutely in the wrong position. 3. Shaver point didn't work. I got no apology from the night porter, only a rambling explanation which I did not understand. 4. Couldn't get main British channels on the TV. 5. Had to leave before 0700, so no early breakfast and, again, no apology. 6. Décor in room is in a fairly sad state, bare plaster visible on walls, bathroom door couldn't be closed, bottom of bathroom door badly chewed up (possibly by vermin although I didn't see any).

1) the staff has been impolite and did not care about the wellbeing of clients at all 2) the room was tiny and very uncomfortable. Besides, it was all dirty 3) we had mice in our room (yes, mice!!) 4) the fridge and hairdryer did not work. They never came to change them 5) breakfast was absolutely disgusting: the room was always packed full with no place to sit down. The coffee was awful, so it was the bread and cheese, for there was nothing else to eat. Disgusting!!!!! Conclusion: the Oxford Hotel has been the worst hotel I have ever been. Do not go!!

Excellent location for Earls Court. Bed was comfortable.Good places to eat just up the road from the hotel. Our room was a bit scruffy, lots of marks on the wall, carpet looked dirty. Light didn't work above mirror in bathroom and shower cubicle handle was loose. Really cheap milk for the tea/coffee facilities in room made the drinks taste horrible. Breakfast was poor with hardly any choice and completely chaotic.

The room was tiny, but adequate. It had everything I needed and a safe for valuables such as passport! The wi-fi system. It didn't help that I was on the third floor and the signal strength was low or non-existent.
