Price Location Shower
In need of renovation (plaster coming off the wall, dirty marks on the wall) Better breakfast facilities and space
Cushions were stained, bed throw was stained, tap was old and rusty. We were woken up by noise before 6 am. Heating was turned off which would not have been a problem if there were clean blankets but there were small curly hairs all over the blankets so we preferred not to use them.
Heating not turned on. No parking space. Very small room. Crowded kitchen.
friendly helpfull staff, very good location, small and simple room, underground and rental bikes very close.
simple breakfast, not too clean, narrow and heavily used bed with thin matress
If you are expecting the Ritz then move on, but for quality at a budget price then you really can have no complaints. This is a 2 minute walk to the tube in a central location. The room was clean with a good shower and the bed was satisfactory. Breakfast is basic but again, beyond toast, cereal, juice, coffee and eggs - what else do you want. I really do not understand how people can complain if you are paying budget prices in central london - this is a perfectly good hotel.
everything is perfect. the staffs are friendly and willing to help.
1. door should put back on a secure lock and the door needed to close really hard to ensure it is secure. 2. double bed expected to be a 4 x 6" bed instead of two single beds combined.
It was clean
The room was not like the photos we had three rooms one without a window and the shower was in the way of the shower. The other two rooms were basic but value for the money
Bed was comfortable
My room was cold, the main doors were attached to my wall so got no sleep due to door banging, shower door didn't close, bedding was poor, i had a cold shower as couldn't get it warm, breakfast very basic.
Very close to Earl's court tube station - a minute's walk
Room was so damp, paint on wall behind the bed was wet to touch. Mould on the bedroom walls and in shower room
close to where we wanted to be
very small room bathroom door could not open fully because of bed breakfast room was total chaos everything was in same place near door where you walk in .
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Everything else, bed was dirty and broken, would not recommend.
The receptionist when we check in and out was very good profesionalist!
Cleanliness, comfort, breakfast was very poor quality.
A quiet place close to the underground station, clean. A good breakfast.
small room, small bathroom,..
Everything inside my room was almost dismantled, mold and dangerous cracks in the ceiling, broken curtains, dust and dirtiness everywhere, shower drain completely blocked. This hotel must be closed, it's outlaw. This is an insult to all hotels that are really working hard to welcome their guests as best as possible. Bookkng.com should not publish hotels like this one.
The position was why i booked here and cant complain consideriing low price- the room was small but ok.
The fact that the hotel doesn't provide free wi-fi
Good location and nice services. The room I was given was a studio, which was completely acceptable and spacious.
You have to pay for WiFi, which is not that good. Not much space at breakfast.
Friendly staff, convenient location
Absolutely disgusting and tiny room and bathroom for 95£. Corrosion, dirty bed protectors, windows and bathroom. As it was last minute booking, didn't read previous reviews.
The staff and the service
comfy bed close to tube
rude staff poor breakfast queuing for table.
Location, location, location. The rooms are tiny, but clean, and very inexpensive. If you want s big room with lots of features, stay at a chain and spend twice as much.
A rainhead shower in a small stall is just dumb. A few shelves would have been nice.
Location seems the only advantage of this hotel, since it is just 2 minutes away from Earl's Court underground station.
1, We booked a double bed, but it turned out to be two single beds connected together, and it is very uneven, which is very uncomfortable. 2, there is no proper quilt. Only a very thin sheet, and a smelly blanket. When we ask the receptionist for a duvet, it is surprising that he did not know the word, and then he checked the dictionary. 3, we live in the Room G1. the window is nearly broken, so the wind can come inside during the night.
close to the tube
the room was extremely small, there was only space for one bed, it was at the ground floor with one large broken window at the back street, the bed was smelly, the bathroom was very small. Breakfast is the worst ever, in the basement. We were asked to prepay the hole amount when we arrive at the hotel. We had to pay for the internet, and the plugs, even if we wanted to leave our luggage for one hour!! The neighborhood is not very good.
