Great location and facilities. Perfect for family visit, 2 very nice double rooms, 2 bathrooms and great living and kitchen area. The checks that City Marque carry out on potential clients are very reassuring so you should not have problems with the apartments being let to stag or hen party groups. The system for collecting keys is first class. All in all, a brilliant place to stay. Highly recommended

Beds are too small for coulpes. For family stay, one room should be two samll beds and anther should be for couple. No cooling system during hot season. Main get security was out of service suring oir stay.

Quite small, poor storage in the bathroom. No wardrobe in second bedroom. Flat had poor ventilation - couldn open the balcony and windows only opened a small way due to their design. Also, quite noisy due to lots if local construction, despite being 8 floors up.
Excellent layout, very spacious.

the toilet was lacking hand rails for elderly family member to get in and out of the bath.
I didn't like -the material of the bath tab -the water of the shower was too hot and we couldn't find the way to cool it down - I would prefer for the apartment to be cleaned without a noticed from us
No air conditioner!! Hot water shower very unstable. I lived this apartment twice but noting improvement.
The apartment was comfortable, pretty big and nice. Also it has a great location.
The first day, when we arrived, we did the check in with the code that they sent us and we got a key that opened an occupied apartment, it was awful because we saw all the personal stuff of some unknown people. We called the agency, they gave me once more a wrong code and after an hour later we could solve the problem. It would be really useful to have at least one person as a receptionist. The oven was very dirty.

Toilet's sinks very small . Master room's door should have a lock from inside . Free House keeper services is important for a stay less than 2 weeks .temporery storage for luggage (6-8 hours ),for late flights .
Nice efficient space and facilities. Quick response to the lack of a full compliment of cutlery and dishes. Access process worked well. Location is great.
No towel bar in bath without shower. No clothes hooks in either bath. Since we used the pull-out bed in living room, it would be nice to have a curtain on the main window (to control light as much as privacy). Being able to call out for local calls on the phone would be helpful since our Canadian cell didn't work without huge roaming fees.
The penthouse was lovely and quiet. Plenty of space for a couple with two teenaged kids. Wi-Fi was excellent. Wonderful location -- convenient to grocery stores and excellent restaurants. Just a moment's walk to Goodge St tube and buses. I will definitely book this apt again.
The apt needs more silverware. There needs to be a blind in the living room. The sunlight is very harsh. Blinds are located everywhere in the apt except for the living room where they are needed the most. Trash chute backed up but this was a minor inconvenience.
Only issue was a lot of rubbish in the shoot for a few days - notified on site cleaning staff and they resolved. G
Room size , it was not mentioned clearly that thrice is no cleaning services and no free changing for sheets requested charges is over priced ,hot water system is difficult to handle as water became too hot for every one and non adjustable
The modern styling and comfort
The place was dirty and needs to be cleaned properly. No pressure in taps in bathrooms. The lift is disgusting and needs to be cleaned.
Apartment newly renovated, spacious, AMAZING location, lovely neighborhood, clean, excellent for a family with kids (washing machine came in handy). Will be returning and telling friends.
A few little things: Curtains do not keep out the light in the morning. No reading light by the side of the bed. No hangers for towels in the bathroom. There is plenty of closet space but mainly hanging - not enough shelves. You need to call the service center for the Internet password (it's not provided otherwise).

Clean and comfortable
We arrived in pouring rain thinking that the booking of the apartment was OK, to find our booking had not gone through correctly despite receiving a confirmation email with the pin number to open the key cabinet 10 days before departure! The first thing we found out was our pin number would not open the cabinet.. The phone on the wall did put me in direct contact with the company and I explained that we were unable to open cabinet door! They said that there was a problem with the booking and that they had not received a copy of agreement and passport as requested and how did we get into the main entrance? It turned out that the main door was broken or we would have been talking to them via mobile phone in the pouring rain. Then they could not take payment via three credit cards that the bank had assured us were 100% OK. After over a hour of sending them via mobile phone a copy of my passport they finally agreed to let us stay after they managed to take payment via one of the cards ( these cards were used with no problem for our four day stay for everything we did after this nonsense! NO PROBLEM But that's not the end of the story, the new pin number that was given over the phone would not open the key cabinet, this took another 30 Minutes to reset the codes. Total time spent in the main entrance 2 Hours 20 Minutes This stay was to give a blind and disabled person a holiday by taking them to a couple of shows in London, what a great start setting in a passage way for two hours plus. I have noted from my credit card statement that the apartment we were given number 14 at Oxford House was classed as a standard apartment on all websites not a superior one as shown and paid for, would you please look into this matter.
