P&J Hotel  

Friendly staff. No problems getting in the room early. Clean rooms, good breakfasts and excellent value for money

Very friendly, room was nice although cracked paint that took away fron the feel of the room but overall very nice.

The hotel staff should make the bar an lounge look like it is there to be used in te evening (lights on etc)

An alternative vegetarian breakfast would have been nice.

The room was too small for the amount of furniture, the shower room was too small, the mattress needed replacing, springs could be felt through the sheets. Fried break fast was poor- mushrooms dried up, bacon dried up - I said I did not want sausage but it was still delivered. A very disappointing stay which will not be repeated.

Location, being near to the University and city centre. Great bus service with stops in either direction only a few yards or metres away. Having stayed there before I have always found the staff friendly and the brekkies good

Only one fruit juice at breakfast, would have preferred a choice (grapefruit or pineapple)

Represents excellent value for money. Ideally located on main bus routes and close to town. Breakfast is very good. Lounge area with large screen tv and pool table also available. Free parking at rear for around 6 cars. Decorated to a good standard and generous supply of tea/coffee beverages.in bedroom. Front door key provided so full access 24/7. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Family kind of atmosphere. You feel you are living in a house.

They dumped my luggage including lot of my food stuff out of the room at 10:20 whereas the checkout time was 10:30. I came back at 10:20 after some outside work and found all my stuff dumped in a garbage bag ! They simply said we thought you have checked out whereas I had not even returned the keys. On top of this they did not show any remorse. Very disappointing.

Locationel ag close to university was our reason for choosing this hotel. It was friendly and comfortable, good value for money. I suspect we will be needed for taxi service to the university again and will be happy to stay at p & j again. Thanks For the stay.

I received a very friendly welcome and efficient check-in service which I particularly appreciated as I arrived late at night. My room was nice and thankfully very quiet, so had a good night sleep.

Shower - it was easy to use but could not set the temperature so either too cold or hot.

The hotel was very nice, we only stayed in our room to sleep, but it was all clean and nicely laid out. The breakfast very very nice too!

The bed was very hard and so were the 2 pillows, not that comfortable a nights sleep, would take my own pillows next time!
