The food and the service in the restaurant were very good and the staff overall very helpful. The bed and bedding left a lot to be desired . No remote control for the televsion was annoying too. There was a large piece of ceiling paper peeling away in the cornor of the restaurant showing that there was very established black mould underneath. |

The room was clean and the staff were quite friendly, the breakfast was also good value for money and although the hotel itself was a little dated, I cannot complain about the price. |

The breakfast was good and the waitress was nice. It whole place had an unpleasant smell. The non-smoking bedroom I had smelled of tobacco. The bathroom was filthy... The welcoming staff was cold and unfriendly. |

The location and parking facilities were very close secure and good value for money. Bathroom was almost bigger than the bedroom, not much room in the bedroom struggled to get through the door with position of bed. Kettle did not work and was no mini bar. |

The single room was larger compared to most hotels that I have stayed in over here. It was easy to find if you say on the road and don't walk through the shopping centre. I found the room a little cool even though I had the radiator turned up |

Location was great, staff were amazing and only happy to help, room was very clean and very comfortable This hotel is located right at the heart of all the pubs which was good for us, but not necessarily good for everyone, this should be noted in the description as it can be very noisy. |
