the location to wedding I was attending, the room size,

the drinks in the room were sparce and only for adults despite them knowing I had a 5 year old with me. The biscuits that were available had already been opened a one eaten

Hotel was easy to find, great for parking, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were first class, friendly and efficient. Food was very good with good range from bar snacks upwards, breakfast very good. Staff at golf Club friendly and helpful

Limited channels on TV in room, no WIFI in room - free in reception/bar but my trip coincided with a wedding reception in the same area

Nice comfortable rooms, good service within the bar and restaurant.

Sheets and blankets. Having to wait 10 minutes to check out, appeared to be very short staffed.

layout of hotel is good, food menu is excellent,

internet is very slow in rooms, empty shower/soap container over bath, second visit in 2 weeks and same thing on both occasions

Food was nice and staff friendly

felt the room was out dated and the overall look from the carpark to the ambience of the hotel was lacking, it looked like a building site.

I have stayed at the Padbrook several times and the staff there are exceptional. They always remember my family and myself and are very helpful. It is very much a home away from home.

No WiFi in rooms. Toilets are very difficult to flush, push button hard to operate.

Lovely Room, super shower and very clean. The receptionist was very helpful....Typing out my bill when printer broke. Sports Bar and Gym were super with very friendly staff.

Quiet location good for business plenty of facility's and up to date

Wanted to secure payment on my card which went out of my bank and took 3 days to come back to me although we paid cash on arrival

The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, good quality and all very fresh. We were not rushed to check out as the hotel was not too busy as were visiting our son in January. The shower was lovely and powerful and there was no noise at all during our stay. We were made very welcome and they even lent me an umbrella as I had forgotton my own.

My only small niggle was that although we booked a double room and our bed was huge there were two mattresses which met in the middle and we both slept very well but would have preferred one large mattress.

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff and good facilities.

Food was superb, as were the staff and cleanliness. Will definitely be going back, its local to us, but felt completely away from home. Excellent

Greeting at 17.15 on Monday 17th Dec. The lady on the reception was a delight.

Picture up side down near window in room 103. Still waiting for receipt as unable to get a printed version when checking out at 7 am on 18th Dec, despite the best efforts of the gentleman at the desk. Very small points but otherwise perfect for my requirements.

Right location on this occasion

Excellent value for money

It was a good location for me because of visiting family. It also gives you good access to the city of Exeter.

I think staffing maybe a little sparse at times. Therefore it is just like many hotels at breakfast they hurry and don't always listen to what you have ordered but that is pretty standard I think.

The food was excellent.......well done Chef

Bed was little uncomfortable...to be fair its a very subjective comment and might well be fine for some.

The location was good ie good motorway connection. The breakfast was very nice and good value for money.

The bed in the family room where my grandchildren slept smelt of vomit which was disgusting. The bar in the hotel was cold in the evening. The bar run out of vodka which was disappointing. The car park was badly lit - the front of the hotel was badly lit.

Quiet, relaxing, central location 5 mins from motorway

The TV in the room had a problem and they did not fix it

Comfortable modern Hotel in an excellentt location. Restuarant good and reasonably priced with good service.

Was expecting to play golf and would have thought I should have been informed that the course was closed and even if it had opened Buggies would not be available. Breakfast overpriced and because we only eat a very small amount decided it was better to eat breakfast in the town

The relaxed feeling ,god reception staff,

I know its stupid,but the noise from the hallway was very loud,did not sleep hardly,the noise went on until 4-5 in the morning, Breakfast bar could be thought/layed out better.
