nice to have your own little house with 3 floors. So enough privacy, one bedroom and bathroom is downstairs and on the first floor is the kitchen + living room and the second floor is another bedroom and bathroom with terrace. Very close to the metro, like 100M and 150M to the station of paddington
you can feel the underground passing under the house. The house must be built just above the station because you feel the metro slowing down and leaving. But it didn't really bother us. If you are a very light sleeper then maybe it will affect you. The bar opposite didn't bother us, the entrance is around the corner so no noise.
Quiet a good stay. Clean & and bedroom is spacious for 4 -5 persons to stay.
Need a password to access the hotel. No hotel staff to assist during check-in
Conveniently located near Paddington station for access to the west end. Clean, and well furnished. Welcome pack in the kitchen was a nice touch. Much better value than 3 seperate hotel rooms.
Located down an alleyway. I was with a group but wouldnt stay there if I was alone. As no key is provided (only a door entry pad) it doesnt feel very secure when you leave as you cant doble lock the door from the outside.
I loved the self check-in option.

The ventilation system from the pub across the street, was masing a lot of norce. But when the Windows were closed, it was ok. Cold water one morning, but when calling the service number, we got help to solve the problem.
Closeness to stations.freedom to come and go when we wanted.was warm and comfortable.
Was a four person apartment,but there wasn't enough kitchen stuff,glasses etc.also code I was given had been changed without telling me,had to ring to get new one.

Noisy from underground trains and smokers hanging out in the alley from next-door pub. Apartment was hot and stuffy if windows closed (due to alley noise)

Late check in especially when only visiting for the weekend. Apartment not ready on our arrival despite late check in. Dust bins directly outside of lower bedroom and as room just cleaned the window was left open to air room and numerous flies entered

The location was great. The unit was lovely, 3 levels one bedroom downstairs and upstairs and living in the middle. Excellent for a family or group
You can feel and hear the trains underneath which was not good for our 2 yr old who was in the downstairs bedroom but you are right near the station so what can you expect. Our power shorted out due to water from the upstairs shower leaking downstairs so we didn't have hot water or a fridge until lunchtime the next day. They will charge you to check out later than 11 however due to our power issues they waived the fee

Excellent location for transport links around London. Spacious and comfortable. Very helpful staff who helped us during our stay and later in recovering property we had left in the apartment!
Had a few problems with accessing the apartment due to wrong code being sent via email, and getting started with wifi. However the staff were quick to sort out our issues.
Shower bracket broken
Great set up and really suited us with a young family - brilliant as a base for sight seeing and very nice modern town house in a very handy location. Would book again but would probably sort slight glitches from the beginning of stay.
Couldn't sort the temperature out - downstairs bedroom was freezing, top floor bedroom boiling! No aircon instructions. Water wasn't that hot either but not a major problem. We were in number 20 - STILL broken coffee table (saw the multitude of reviews prior) and we never got our personal confirmation with the pin number so getting in required a phone call. But we were sorted quickly and staff very friendly and helpful. Sure we could have called about the temperature but were there one night so didn't bother.

Shower heads were faulty
I'm a regular traveller and often book apartments for city breaks however this is hands down my worst ever experience. They do not have staff readily available to speak to if you arrive after 6pm so if you have any problems during that time you are unlikely to get hold of anyone to resolve it. The postcode given does not bring you to the property. The postcode will actually take you to the adjacent road which was quite confusing and the mews is a little tucked away. Blink and you'll miss it.They will send you a pin code to access the property. They do not say which of the 4 properties is yours, the sequence of specific buttons that need to be pressed in order for the code to work and, in our case, the code didn't work at all. Thankfully one of the cleaning staff came visiting one of the other properties came to our rescue and after nearly a 2 hr delay (70 min spent in the freezing cold and rain) we got in. Inspite of a number of calls, no one got back to us. The property lacks basic provisions such as a cloths to clean the table, cleaning stuff or wine glasses. The boiler stopped working so we had no hot water. Again we called for help but no one got back to us. We managed to locate the boiler and reset it and thankfully that sorted the hot water issues. The final straw was the shower drain backing up in the downstairs shower room. I'm not sure what it is appropriate compensation for standing in somebody elses raw sewage. Inspite of a letter of complaint we've had no apology or compensation. Booking.Com have stepped in to try and resolve the issues but nearly 2 months on...nothing. Given the price I'd really expect better.
Was worried after reading previous comments, but need not have worried so much..Excellent location. Very central. Found apt clean. Spacious, kitchen well equipped. Lots of restaurants of all prices on the doorstep. Plenty of local shops for food.
Downstairs bedroom was a bit cold, I had to phone 3 times to get an extra blanket delivered. We were there for 6 nights. Wifi worked first night, then obviously account ran dry. It took several phone calls both from myself and my husband who was left at home to eventually get it working two days later. I expect a hefty phone bill which I'm not happy about.Could do with a few extra towels, bare minimum of 1 large and 1 small per person which get a bit grubby after 6 days.

No staff, no reception, no internet connection, have only 2 towels. I will not stay here and recommend this apartment to my friends.
