Nothing Leaving the room key at Royal Court, very inconvenient. Breakfast was not goot, temp was 30degrees plus and they served hot juice. Bathroom is too small. The place stunk on arrival and not very clean on the landing. |

The room was nicely furnished and decorated and the bathroom looked brand new. The location was very convenient - very close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. Perfect for a short trip to the city, great value for money. The room was pretty small and I guess the corridor leading to it was being redecorated as the walls and floor were stripped bare. But for a short stay this didn't cause any problems. |

The room was very clean and the shower was an excellent size - I was even able to control the temperature of the water! There was no hairdryer but the hotel details did not specify that there would be. So my mistake, but it seems such a staple that I had assumed there would be one. |

The location is very good for access to Paddington Station, Hyde Park and for the city via the Central Line We were not advised that there were no lifts in the hotel. This was not a problem for us - but it would be a serious problem if either of us suffered a physical disability or had heavy bags to carry. It would have been appropriate for the website to mention this and/or for the reception staff to discuss. |

Quite peaceful (the road was up meaning no cars passing) near all the facilities and park. The room was on the 5th floor at the top of a very spirally staircase. Thankfully I was travelling light and am pretty fit - but it would have been a challenge otherwise! |

It was very close to Hyde Park, down a fairly quiet street which is good when staying in the middle of the city. Was in the very last room up the four flights of stairs with no lift which wasn't great after walking around London all day. |

Our request for ground floor was honored; the room was spacious, decor nice, water hot, the evening staff accommodating, and the breakfast fine. Convenient location for public transportation. The daytime staff less accommodating; The office and lobby separate from room a little inconvenient in inclement weather. |

Staff were friendly and helpful, Breakfast was better than we expected and the rooms were clean. As there was no elevator we were glad that our rooms were on the 1st floor and not the 4th. There were no chairs or coffee making facilities. |

The room was surprisingly larger than postage stamp and very clean (not a beg-bug in sight) and the staff were all friendly. The location was good, being in easy walking distance of 2 tube stations even with heavy luggage. It's around the corner from Hyde park giving a great walk through to Buckingham palace (passing Peter Pan on the way) and the houses of parliment. |

The hotel is inexpensive and you definitely get what you pay for. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up many flights of stairs. The staff was helpful, but gave some misinformation. If you are looking for cheap lodging...it is at The Paddington Hotel. However, if you want comfort and a nice room, look elsewhere! |

I have already sent an email to you complaining about the poor considtion of the hotel and asking for a full refund. We did not stay at the hotel but paid to stay an another one nearly. I have yet to receive any response to my email. Everything! The room was dirty, especially the bedclothes, it was dark and absolutely tiny. The rooms are not even in the same bulding as the reception and the receptionist would not let us see the room before we paid (of course now I know why!). |
