The heating and Air con needs to be looked into.

Yes, I did not like that I was taken to a Hotel 3 blocks away from the one I had booked 2 weeks previous. Under the assumption that we would accept without question....this room. We did phone reception and had this error on the hotels part corrected immediately.

The location was good.

The bathroom in 653 needs sorting out the plaster had fallen off in places and did not look great. Also the TV only had 2 channels.

The room was very well presented with an enormous, comfortable bed. It was clean and the bathroom was immaculate. Complimentary fruit, soft drinks and a mini bottle of wine were provided along with bath robes and slippers. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were busy but friendly. The location was quiet and convenient, only 5mins from Paddington station and Hyde Park. Overall, very good value for money - especially for London.

My only criticisms are that the air conditioning in the room did not work, although as we stayed in March, this was not a problem for us. Also, the shower pressure was a bit weak and the room was a bit on the small side but that's normal for London.

The room was small but reasonable size considering the location and that you have to pay alot for large rroms in London. The room was recently refurbished, very clean with excelent modern stylish bathroom + we opted for the 'studio room' - it had simple food preparation facilities (microwave, crockery, cutlery & fridge) well designed into corner unit - good for snacks prior to going out and lazy breakfast...Nearby to Hyde Park for refreshing walk to ease headache from night before.

I asked the hotel to book a mini-cab to take us to the Grosvenor Place hotel (1.4 miles away) at 7pm. He charged us £12 :o (it was a minibus sized Car I suppose) On return we hailed black cab at 02:30am, fantastic driver with all the stories and patter etc... cost - only £7..... Paddington Court should change the mini-cab firm as £12 is totally excessive!

The interior and comfort in the hotel are something that I would go back for a stay in London.

The service from the hotel staffs can be more friendly and professional in handling the guests' request.

on 2 occcasions we could not get into our room as card key was deactivated and being on top floor this was a pain. When we arrived our room smelt of sewage and did the whole stay.

As others have stated, the room was quite small; but this is true of most hotels in London. I had a twin bed which was comfortable and I slept quite well although the bed is getting somewhat worn and should be replaced. The teakettle worked very well and the biscuits provided were quite good. The hotel was fairly quiet and the bathroom and room were very clean. These are the things that were most important to me: I needed a clean, safe, quiet room with a good bathroom and bed near Paddington Station and this hotel provided all that.

The bed mattress should be replaced soon but was not too bad.

First had to Change Rooms, as the first room was the Smalest Roome I Ever had to Stay in .After the Staff changed us to the Club Roomes over the Road, We Settled in to a good Confort Room with all the Mod Cons.

A part from be Given the Smalest Roome in the Hotel, After we changed Roomes Every thing Was Fine. The Roome Was Clean and Had plenty of Confort

It is only a short walk to Padddinton station (6 minutes approx) Room was very clean

I had to pay on arrival.
