Situació prop Hyde Park i les bones comunicacions. Personal podia fer un esforç i parlar altre llengua diferent de l'anglès. Crec que cal adaptar-se al client. No crec que a BCN hi hagi algun recepcionista que no sàpigue parlar com a mínim 2 idiomes estrangers. |

Convenient and pleasant location; efficient and welcoming staff; attractive decoration; modern and sparkling bathroom; good bed; up-to-date TV; free computer access in lobby. Room was small; bathroom was tiny; heating would have been a problem in cold weather (window did not close properly!); breakfast was not good value for money. |

The room was comfortable, the tv was very nice. Staff was a bit rude, room was small and the refrigerator did not work. |

Not too far from an underground station and with restaurants in the area we were in the ground floor and it was noisy (car, people living early in the morning ...) |

It was convenient to the centre and to shopping around Paddington. Close to public transport. Fine for sleeping in but wouldn't be encouraged to spend any more time there. Room very small. Very busy reception - not efficient. One terminal for internet access. Bar closed early. (I am not sure if I would stay there again, but would have no problem if I needed a base for a few days in London!) |

The hotel was clean, the surrounding area is pleasant and only a short walk from Regents Park with good access to the underground network. Some of the staff manning the reception desk were unhelpful and made no effort to be friendly or even polite. The room that I booked was a 'superior double', however was tiny and cluttered with barely enough room to navigate around the bed. No opportunity to eat in the restaurant in the evening... only bar food availaible which I find strange as this is the most likely time you would want to eat in a hotel. |

Small but comfortable rooms, with attentive staff in the bar and breakfast room. Well located for the West End and Hyde Park - Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stations nearby. Rooms very small but well equipped. Narrow coridoors to get to the rooms with fire doors every 5 meters or so. |

The studio room has a little kitchenet that was very usefull. The bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was nice & big as well. |

The location is good and the room was newly furnished The reception area was seriously understaffed. Problems encountered in the room were only fixed after several reminders. - The room we booked was a "junior suite", but it was a tiny place with the bed pushed into a corner, so one had to climb over the second person to get out of bed |

Nothing I did not like anything to do with my stay here. My window did not have a lock so it flipped open numerous times per night- terrifying, I had no electricity in my room or toilet so I showered in pitch darkness.Even though there was a room service menu with " Round the Clock" options, they claimed the kitchen was closed and that it was not possible to get any food. Reception staff never answered internal calls from guests and during my stay, there were a lot of upset customers |

Got free upgrade to Club class, sadly thats were the good points finish, room was next to Lift on 4th floor, room was freezing cold, when air con was turned up to 30 degrees only cold air came out! In the morning the condensation in our travel bag was so bad my socks were dripping wet! Wouldn't use again or reccomend to anyone. |

Cleanliness The room was extremely small and not very well lit - I had to get dressed for a black tie evening event - the question below do you thing the guest reviews reflect your experience - you should add a don't know as I have not reviewed them |

Rooms were fitted to high standard, although the aircon was broken, and the quality of workmanship especially in the bathroom was very poor. The 'Continental' breakfast was the same price as the 'Full English' even though the price quoted on my booking via you was otherwise... it was also not particularly good and therefore poor value.... I didn't bother after the first day. My room was in the basement at the end of a long narrow winding corridor.... it was also very cramped. |

Location The Room was TINY...on a ground floor which as a single female visitor I don't like, the window looked out onto a wall three feet away and was claustrophobic, small and noisy. |

The location. Nothing about the hotel! Unhelpful staff . Poor security of room - people entering other than cleaners.Extremly small room and TV a potential hazard. Itching when lying in bed - Bed bugs! Carpet not cleaned - items left from previous guests. En-suite floor mat taken by cleaners & not replaced.Waited ages for someone to take luggage to store prior to check in. Complained to reception about room key/security -master key left by cleaners in the room,they said they would speak to manager but nothing happened. |

Location, Cleaness of the room - waited 20mins for checking in, even I was the 2nd in queue. - Assigned very very small room even I booked delux sigle room. - too small desk for job - World clocks on the wall were totally incorrect. Probably my evaluation is too severe compared to its low price? But this is not Best Western standard. |

Decore in room was very shubby , wallpaper ripped in places , radiator cover broken . Missing wallpaper when themostat replaced . Staff took over the only lift with towels etc in morning .meaning i had to carry my luggage down two flights of stairs , not once offering to vacate lift for us . mentioned complaints to reception on leaving , he only showed a passing interest , and never noted anything down .Smallest room i have ever stayed in . |
