Nothing, the only good point of staying at this hotet was the location to Paddington Station and the Heathrow express Plenty, having checked in I was told I was being upgraded to a double. After what seemed like a '5 mile hike' and climbing many stairs - no lift served this area - I found my dingy room via the threadbare carpet. I complained and was moved downstairs, just as well I was not travelling with my rather tall husband as his feet would have ended up inside the t.v as the room was narrow and the bed just fitted in the gap |

The room was very well laid out, large (by European standards), there was one queen bed (not 2 singles pushed together) and it was quiet in the room. It was also in a great location, close to Hyde Park, two train stations and great pubs. |

nothing....the quality of the rooms and cleanliness very poor indeed we booked superior double bedrooms and the rooms in which we were allocated were so small to 2 couples within the group were changed rooms but they were not not much either. The hotel bar was only open until 11pm and because there was 10 of each we had to have room service in 1 room |

We stayed in a superior double room and the size and standard of the room was excellent! Our friends stayed in a deluxe double room and it was tiny, no room to walk around the bed and the room was like a sauna. The food was also below standard in the restaurant, myself and my friend had spaghetti bolagnese and it was just tomato with a bit of spaghetti. |

The heating system was broken and January in London is not the best season to stay without heater.. They first (i stayed there the weekend) have supposedly sent someone to repair the system but the thing did not work. No more room available and no ability to solve the trouble obliged me to have an electric heater in the room but only for the last shower in sunday morning.. By the way, i was in the basement in what was supposed to be a deluxe double room.. Not really nice.. |

Location is Good. 5 - 10 mins walk from Paddington train & underground station. Rooms are very small. No electricity supply since 1:30am as I was told the hotel was being affected by a power failure in the local area, could not use Internet, how shower, etc. |

Very central and close to the heathrow express. It was certainly not as bad as the reviews, but certainly not a 4 star hotel. Service was shocking, and the breakfast was a complete rip off at £11.95. For 3 pounds a little walk to star bucks sufficed. The bathroom was very very small. |

Initially when i booked the room we had requested a baby cot to be in the room for 3 days we were staying there. However when we got there the room was so small that we could hardly fit our luggage in there but when i explained the situation to the staff at the reception they were very hellpful in organising another bigger room at no extra cost. |

The hotel is in an excellent location. close to shops, cafes and Hyde Park. The area feels safe. Pleasant surroundings and good value for the special internet price. We found the room very very small. No room to put our suitcase. Also a small point but the basin in the bathroom is located a quite a high height. I couldn't get over the top of it. Meant when I washed my face the water ran down my arms and over the floor. |

The location was good, 5 mins walk to the nearest tube. The room I booked was called a superior deluxe, which it wasn't. The room was in the basement so had no natural light. The room was tiny and in tatty repair i.e one of the shower doors was missing! |

The room was well appointed and clean. Staff altered the room layout from double to twin on request. The room was very small. The ill-fitting window caused an uncomfortable draft. There was no hot water in the shower. |

The bedroom was very large and comfortable. They orginally put us next to the lift shaft but moved us as soon as we asked. Great TV and the robes were a nice touch. I wasn't keen on all the fly/bugs in the bathroom. I don't know where they kept coming from. Also there was no way we were paying so much for a breakfast and the communal areas needed updating. |
