when opening the door, I thought I was in the 'broomcot'...but it was my room ;o(. Hardly space around the bed, bathroom was too small for 2, hairdryer was not working and too noisy airco. Luckily the room was clean ! Don't recommend anymore or lower the price by 30%. Also, give fair description of the rooms. |

It was convenient to paddington. Staff were helpful and friendly. Although I booked a superior double room it was very small ( you could not walk around the bed without bending - no room for ironing board so leaning up against wall - no room for suitcases.) By comparison with many rooms I have stayed in, it was below standard. |

Didn't use any of the facilities outside the hotel room. I expected a better room for the normal price we would have paid. Room was quite small, only one chair. Only one bar of soap made available during stay, used my own on the third morning. Two lights were not working when we arrived, one was fixed during our stay - the other one was still out when we left. |

Very close to Paddington station so didn't have to struggle with luggage for long. Staff were friendly, polite and accomodating. Would easily stay there again. I didn't realise that if you book directly through them, you are entitled to a free room upgrade if there is a better room available upon your arrival. This is something that wasn't applicable to myself as I didn't book directly through Best Western's website. |

well located, near the underground, bus stop and a lot of restaurants the rooms are very very tillte, there is not space in the closet, in the bathroom is impossible for a 100 kg men enter to the shower |

Checking in was easy and it was in a good location. When we had issues with the first room we were offered a second but it was so small you had to move a chair and table to get in the room and it was impossible to walk around the bed. The bathroom was clean in this room but there was a risk of injury due to low ceilings and cramped conditions. We are not big people - Im 5ft3 and my partner 5ft7. we were in the hotel for less than 10 mins. The room we were given was filthy and mouldy in the bathroom with tile grout off the wall. The floor was on a slope which meant the bed was on an incline so the foot of the bed was higher than the head of the bed. a fridge was supplied in the room which was hot and the door couldnt be closed. we had specifically asked for a non smoking room and the sofa. |

walking through the exit door early sunday morning. 1 broken window latch which meant we could not close the window making the room very cold. mold was growing on the wall near the bed giving off a noxious smell. shower was pathetically slow and as it was so small it was no use wotsoever to a larger person |
