The hotel was in a quiet location but local amenities were close by. The air conditioning was much appreciated and the room was comfortable and clean. The hair dryer did not work, I reported this to reception but at the point of leaving as I'd only just discovered this. The room I stayed in was quite dark. |

Staff were not helpful. I asked to have something put in the safe and when I returned late in the day, my package was still sitting at the check-in desk! |

had a club room at very good internet rate ...despite having read negative reviews ...room was good , with extras as advertised , very comfortable bed , especially pillows ...admitedly bathroom was very small with no bath , but hey you dont live in the bath room and the fittings were of a high standard as were all the toileteries..good buffet breakfast all included...would stay again ! |

Great location within a few steps from Hyde park and tube station. I appreciated free wired internet option. The room was clean. At check-in I was just informed that I have to pay the full amount at that moment, which I have never experienced before. There was no explanation given. The room was very small I can´t imagine it being any smaller (espec. for 2 people). There was an AC generator or st. close behind the window creating constant noise, though not terribly loud. |

Easy access paddington station and rest of london, irons in the rooms. 3 flights of stairs - no lift - however not a real issue |

Nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It was very close to Paddington Station which was why I chose it. The rooms are very small but considering the price and the fact that its London, it's maybe not that surprising. |

Close to the tube station and hyde park, there are a few shops around the hotel. the room was far too small, we can hear the tube (or train) go pass, there are also strange noice in the room every so offen. |

Hotel is five minutes walk from Paddington/Heathrow Express.Rooms are well equiped although small (usual for London hotels). Staff are courteous and professional). Rooms were attended to daily. A mix up in assigning me a double room instead of a twin was made up for by upgrading us to a suite, nice touch. Will stay here again. |

Very Poor Experience,,Air Conditional not working well,,very hot and humid in a small basement room without air-conditional .. i have told the receptionist after check in but she didnt sort out the problem .. not worth for money for a 4star hotel .. the bath room in good design but the stuff walking and talking outside the bathroom window when i was taking bath .. the air conditonal not working ,, fully book coudnt change a room .. receptionists didnt take a note for my complaint and even dont know how to satisfy the hotel guest .. i wont go back again if go london again .. Unhappy ,, Disappointed and waste of money .. even worst than b&b .. |

Its location The location map of the rooms should be produced. It is very confusing for first time visitors. The first floor rooms are not recommended for people who have a lot of luggage and those who are claustrophobic. |

Very convenient for Paddington, close to Hyde Park. Space at the end of the bed was very tight, anybody larger than average would struggle to get by. Lift was extremely small. |

It was quite convenient for Paddington and Lancaster Gate Underground stations. The evening staff were totally unhelpful. Only some of the rooms were accessable by lift - unbelievable for a supposedly 3 star hotel!!! None of the rooms were double glazed and were therefore noisy if you were in a room facing the street. The other alternative was to have a room adjacent to the lift!!! Booking.com's web site did not mention any of this. |
