wyposażenie pokoju, jedzenie (śniadania), lokalizacja (dobrze skomunikowany z lotniskiem). Nie często w hotelu jest lodówka do dyspozycji gości nie mini bar, deska do krojenia, kuchenka mikrofalowa, sztućce, talerze, czajnik, filiżanki, herbaty do wyboru, owoce.

Nie podobało mi się to, że pokój był w budynku po drugiej stronie ulicy niż recepcja i bufet oraz to, że pokój był tak mały, że nigdy nie spałem w tak małej jedynce z początku pomyślałem, że się na recepcji panowie pomylili ale po naczyniach i sztućcach stwierdziłem, że nie. Drzwi do łazienki i lodówki nie można było otworzyć w pełni, bo i tak niewielkie dwuosobowe łóżko, w którym to z synem 10. letnim było nam bardzo ciasno, przeszkadzało. Łazienka miała 1metr na 80cm + prysznic 60na 60cm.

Spokój

Hotel położony w pierwszej strefie, bardzo blisko Hyde Park i stacji metra (bardzo łatwy dojazd z lotniska). Można dojść pieszo do głównych atrakcji turystycznych.

Pokój był bardzo mały i ogrzewany zimą tylko klimatyzatorem. Łazienka nie ogrzewana i nie działała cyrkulacja ciepłej wody (trzeba czekać rano na ciepłą wodę około 8 min). W hotelu jest bardzo głośna winda, która wzbudza drgania mebli w pokoju przy zatrzymywaniu na ostatnim piętrze. Budzenie rano gwarantowane jak goście hotelowi zjeżdżają na śniadanie. Okna są nieszczelne i jednoszybowe.

Not too far from an underground station and with restaurants in the area

we were in the ground floor and it was noisy (car, people living early in the morning ...)

The hotel was clean, the surrounding area is pleasant and only a short walk from Regents Park with good access to the underground network.

Some of the staff manning the reception desk were unhelpful and made no effort to be friendly or even polite. The room that I booked was a 'superior double', however was tiny and cluttered with barely enough room to navigate around the bed. No opportunity to eat in the restaurant in the evening... only bar food availaible which I find strange as this is the most likely time you would want to eat in a hotel.

The Shower door was approx 12 inches wide a bit tight for most people

The location is good and the room was newly furnished

The reception area was seriously understaffed. Problems encountered in the room were only fixed after several reminders. - The room we booked was a "junior suite", but it was a tiny place with the bed pushed into a corner, so one had to climb over the second person to get out of bed

Nothing

I did not like anything to do with my stay here. My window did not have a lock so it flipped open numerous times per night- terrifying, I had no electricity in my room or toilet so I showered in pitch darkness.Even though there was a room service menu with " Round the Clock" options, they claimed the kitchen was closed and that it was not possible to get any food. Reception staff never answered internal calls from guests and during my stay, there were a lot of upset customers

Very close to down town, metro station and to heetrow express.

Easy and near access to Tube Station

Rooms too small

Rooms were fitted to high standard, although the aircon was broken, and the quality of workmanship especially in the bathroom was very poor.

The 'Continental' breakfast was the same price as the 'Full English' even though the price quoted on my booking via you was otherwise... it was also not particularly good and therefore poor value.... I didn't bother after the first day. My room was in the basement at the end of a long narrow winding corridor.... it was also very cramped.
