Pokoj byl bardzo malutki 3 pietro,ale to typowe w centrum Londynu.ladny i z klimatyzacja. lazienka z prysznicem naprawde czysta.dostep do internetu w pokoju. obsluga byla bardzo mila i pomocna.lokalizacja naprawde swietna, bliziutko do Hyde Parku, metra i do sklepow. kupujac dzienny bilet na metro moglismy zwiedzic cala 1zone, naprawde bylo warto. Dzielnica jest czysta. lozko bylo "double bed", lecz niestety bardzo male |

The location is perfect - few minutes from Paddington station (national railway/underground station). Close to Hyde park, Notting Hill, Marble Arch/Oxford st. There were many meals to choose at the breakfast (continental/english). Club double room had enough space. Some TV channels from the menu were not functional. |

Free internet connection. Location. When we arrived the room was not ready although we came 2 hours after the check in time. The room was extremely small. The bathroom is also very small and so hard to move in. |

it was clost to where i needed to be, and it was relatively quiet with the windows shut Hair in the bathroom (not cleaned from previous person), airconditioner was very poor, room was very small and the shower room appaulingly small, sink was blocked for the 3 days i was there, no hot water 2 of the mornings, bedding i.e. thin blancket was too short for the bed |

At check in we were upgraded to a club room which was a lovely touch and after we checked out i discovered that i had left my passport in the room. This meant we had to return to the hotel to look for it. The staff were very helpfull in helping me to retrieve it from the room.Before we booked we looked at the reviews and after our stay we thought that a lot of them were unjustified. No. It is close to paddington so great for the heathrow express |
