The rooms were clean and spacious

The receptionist didnt explain to me anything, were i was aloud to go and were i wasnt i didnt know were i was going for brekfast or how theyd no i had it included in my bill, there was a wedding on at the same time as us and would of been nice if she'd explained were we were aloud to go and were not..

The hotel located in the suburb: calm and quiet enviroment. The bed was very confortable, the stuff were polite and helpful. Briefly everything was perfect. :)

this was the second time in four weeks we have stayed at the Paddington, staff friendly, handy for motor way but far enough for decent nights sleep book for breakfast its well worth it

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food we ate for our evening meal and the full english breakfast was excellent.

The staff were excellent ....pleasant and made you feel welcome. The room was very clean and had tea/coffee making,TV,Trouser press. The shower room was fairly new,clean and well fitted out. A very good price for the room,especially as we only booked 2 Days before our stay.

The carpet in the room was clean but it needs to be replaced.

I was misled on the location. The info on the map indicated it was much nearer to Grappenhall. There was some confusion about the room when we arrived (booked a twin and it was a double and then the next offered one was unmade and the other not refurbished but the lovely staff then offered us a choice of two others which were fine) Very lovely staff and a pleasant hotel for its stars.

Good,friendly staff.Nice bar,open fire and reasonable food.Breakfast good.

Very "tired"hotel which is reflected in the price but clean non the less. Hard,uncomforable bed with equally uncofortable pillows.

I liked the price, great value for money, clean with bath and shower, (not just shower), great breakfast served at the table by a very nice and friendly lady. Free WiFi and free parking, (plenty). I would recommend it, and go back. Overall a pleasent stay.

The WiFi in my room did not work, I was given a cable, (£10 deposit refunded on return), but I still could not get it to work. It worked fine in the reception area and bar, where I could also plug in my laptop to the mains.

Clean, basic, good value for moneyand excellent breakfast.

We arrived when a wedding reception was being held at the hotel. Did expect this as it had been mentioned in reviews. Hotel staff advised that the music would finish at 12 - it did, don't go to sleep much before that time. A clean bedroom and bathroom with a good hot shower and enough towels was welcome after a long journey. A relaxed self-service breakfast with a member of staff in attendance for any problems was ideal following morning.

I have put poor for room cleanliness only because the first room we were put in, the toilet was dirty, we were moved to a different room straight away a d this was clean.have stayed here before and have never had this problem,and will stay again.the hotel has a comfortable feel about which I like.
