Excellent apartment in a very good location,close to men arena and city centre. Very clean and modern with lovely decoration. We stayed in the two bedroom standard apartment which was lovely. Very well equiped. Two large double beds which were very comfy, one en-suite shower room and a seperate bathroom. The secure rear parking is very reassuring and easy to use. All in all a lovely place to stay and we would definately stay there again.

The apartment was perfect. Very modern and chic. Beds were so comfortable, and the breakfast was an added bonus. Had everything we wanted and more. Had even thought about things like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets for us! Will find it difficult to go back to staying in hotels after the comfort and flexibililty that the apartment offered us. On our last day we were woken by drilling at 8am! Not ideal. This was still going on when we left at 11am.

We stayed here as we were going to the arena for a concert. The location was excellent a very short walk away as with the shopping areas. The apartments were amazing, very clean, modern and had all necessary amenities and some extra little touches which made all the difference. Would definitly recommend and will be using again!

Short walk to City/Shopping The rooms could have been a lot cleaner - very dusty under beds/sofa etc. There also seems to be a problem with drainage in both bathrooms. There is a strong smell coming from the drains - either blocked or smelling through drying out due to lack of use, either way it needs to be checked out.

Was a lovely apartment in a good location No hot water. Had to wait for an hour and then luckily we were given the keys to a separate apartment to have a shower. No heating on arrival...very cold. And the apartment needed a good clean.

Thanks to the staff in your local Pad office, who directed us on the phone to their office to collect the keys. They were friendly and helpful. The apartment was not in the best area, so we were especially pleased with the security. The proximity to the MEN arena was the main reason for booking, but we were very satisfied with the accomodation, and would certainly book with you again. Thankyou. The cleaning staff would not be aware, but the shower in the en suite leaked. This is certainly not a complaint, but just something you may need to know wabout so that repairs can be carried out.

We were sent to the wrong apartments initially as the confirmation had the wrong address on. The window in the front bedroom was broken and it was very noisy at night. When I complained the housekeeper came and said it had been like that for months and there was nothing he could do about it. The drain in the en suite bathroom smelt dreadful, and the kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking.
