well equipped, warm, clean and good location lack of full length mirrors in bedrooms 2 bedrooms were very small and the patio door to one could not be opened

Beeping noise from Pelican crossing very disturbing.Very noisy at all times due to non existant double glazing.Just as well have the windows open 24 hours.'Wobbly dining table.Bathroom sink tap spun around.Not a very good shower.One armchair and a two seater settee for four people.Peddle bin wouldn,t open very easily.Wish I had stayed in a travelodge as I would have got more luxury and paid about a third of the cost.Calling these luxury appartments is breaking the trades discription act!!!

Locations of the property No one around when lift broke told to ring duty manager who eventually answered on 3rd call. The apartment was alot smaller than thought and the view from every room looked out onto brick walls.

The apartment was near deans gate station 100 m. The rooms were very nice and the kitchen have everything dishwasher, washing machine, fridge dear ,microwave, also Capetchino maker, also there was resturans and super market near the appartment.the scince muesuem was 20 m distance from the appratemt.

Filthy bathroom. Worst mattress ever slept on. Directly above building works so constant drilling - could not have a conversation in the room - had to go out.

It was central. Didn't like the door on the landing leading onto another landing although it was locked I was still unsettled by it because on the first night someone was banging on the door. There was no welcome pack which was mentioned we would receive on your web site and in the little kitchen you have a terrible problem with little black insects. It was a family trip to visit family and wanted to all be together so the idea of an apartment was great and have done this type of thing in numerous other cities and been more than satisfied.

Great location for us, close to where we had a trip to a spa, restaurants and Deansgate Lock bars. Lounge/dinning area great for group, 10 people fitting easily into the lounge of the 3 bed apartments (apartment 9) for pre going out drinks. Master room of apartment 9 was very large and comfortable. Welcome staff were very friendly. Two people were staying on a sofa bed in apartment 8 which was broken on arrival. They couldnt fix the sofa bed so we were given the use of an additional apartment, which was great. Very well equipped apartments. The third room in apartment 9 is tiny and probably too small to be comforable for two people staying more than one night.
