The personnel of padhotels was very cooperative and friendly. Our flight was delayed and we arranged we could pick up the key at the concierge desk. The appartment was very stylish in design and had everything you need. A kitchen with the basic appliances (toaster, microwave, stove, a big oven, etc.), cutlery etc. Bathroom was crisp with a toilet, a small sink and a shower. Seperate bedroom and a huge 40" wide-screen television. To top it off household appliances like an ironing board + iron and a vacuum cleaner were present. In short, everything you need for a long weekend is there! Only two sets of towels were supplied, but this should not be a problem if you don't mind to wash it yourself in the superb wash/dry machine that was also available in the apartment (!) The bed tended to be on the softer side. |

The unique style of the apartment being new, clean and well equipped Much of the breakfast was missing such as milk and preserves and putting it right was too much hassle having had already waited 20 mins for the right key to the apartment |

The apartment was fantastic, due to not having any 1 bedroom available they gave us a two bedroom apartment. A corner room with two balconys. Very modern. Also location was great easy access into town with a 10 min walk up the road. The only problem occured during the stay was that we told them that we would be arriving at 2pm but the room wasn't ready, so we had to leave our luggage go for a walk and got some food by the time we returned at 4pm the room was spotless. That was the only problem as did not really want to leave our luggage whilst cleaning was taking place. |

The apartment was a good size & nicely decorated Was over-charged for the room and promised a refund which I have yet to receive. Breakfast was not adequate – given 2 small 30g Cereal boxes for 4 days stay! Had no milk & juice and promised so had to request this twice before getting Close to the road (and other derelict run down buildings) so quite noisy with cars & Trains – apartments got very hot but were unable to open the window due to the noise. Dirty plates & Cutlery so spent time washing everything before using – whole apartment was generally dusty & Dirty not luxurious Very loud cleaners and general other residents banging doors in the morning from about 7.30/8am when cleaning & people coming in and out at night from 11pm – 4am waking us up – again not what you want |

The comfort, design, layout, quiet, isolation. The welcome pack of milk, bread etc, and continental breakfast was a very pleasant surprise Having to take an expensive taxi, in a rush, to a different address, to collect the keys, keep the taxi waiting while registering, and then another trip to the Pad. Taxi fare £16.50 in the rush hour rain. Stressful as they had threatened to close the office, requiring phone calls to Booking.com to arrange for Pad reception to stay open at 5.30pm! |

Generally very well equipped, spacious and excellent beds. Good furniture. Bathrooms v good. Interesting view from windows. Security seemed good. Appartment I was in is next to railway line. This affected one bedroom mainly, but the other bedroom rain water was dripping down on window all night - Chinese water torture! Would have been OK if not raining! Stains on carpet. Nothing to drink a hot drink from - no cups mugs or bowls. |

We stayed in the Bloom Apts and they were just stunning. It was very central and very homely. I was surprised at the quality of the apartments considering what we paid for them. I would definitely recommend them. Genuinely, the only thing that i could complain about is that the water splashed to fast from the taps!!!! |

The room had excellent facilities, felt very homely. Decorated to a high standard. The shower is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. Just the noise from the train tracks, but I guess thats just unavoidable |

Great apartment Far too close to main road, incredibly noisy - but nothing compaired to the noise from the complex being full of very very very load groups of drunk students from 11pm until 3am all we heard was them. Will not be using this facility again. |

We loved the apartment. It was very comfortable & modern. We came to watch Pink in concert & were very happy with are stay. We definately want to come back again. We were there for 2 nights, & in this time we didnt hear any other people in their apartments. It was very quiet even tho the apartments were full. There is a store right outside the apartments, were you can grab anything you need. The only down side to the apartments was that they were right next to the train line, so you could hear the trains going past very frequently. But it wouldnt put us off going again. |

The location to the MEN Arena and Arndale Shopping Centre . Closeness to other Manchester places to visit. Ability to self cater when necessary but also numerous local restaurants. Breakfast left was useful and plentiful. A tea towel would have been useful. |

Modern, clean, spacious, handy for quick access to city centre on foot. Very useful to have welcome pack of food.Much more freedom than being in a hotel or b and b. Good value. We found the directions given to us were unclear. Unfortunately it took us some time to locate the actual appartments. We do not have a 'sat nav' - perhaps this would have helped! In spite of this, the member of staff we spoke to by phone was fantastic in his patience and he helped us find the way. He even came out on to the road to wave to us! Also, just a small point, we could not find any dish washer powder. |
