Nothing.. Will be sending a letter to the management and hoping to get a refund as we cut short our stay and came home early as it was so bad. On arrival were werent given a welcome pack or directions just a map with were the car park was and our room number, nothing to tell us what was on were to go nothing!! Outside our room was littered with cigerette buts broken glass and bottle tops? The fact it took two hours to get toilet roll for our room and then to be swore at by one member of staff and told to buy it myself as it wasnt there responsibility to provide it. .. half the resort was closed due to a organ convention. The food was extremely bad the cantering staff were un helpful and had bad attitudes the drinks machines were not working. The food options were very limited and several people other than us were complaining also.

Great value for money, the kids really loved it. So close to the beach a fine location. It would not be bad to pick up the litter around the place. no toilet roll in the room.

One of the smaller Pontins sites - but liked it because it seemed less hectic than the larger ones. Blue coats still gave 100% though!

I was reluctant about a uk holiday as havent had one in 20+ years (always gone abroad) but for a short family break/holiday it was very enjoyable and apart from being next to a boiler room I have no complaints, great location and plenty to do in the site and within a 30/40 min drive No real complaints apart from next to a boiler room so was a bit hot, we only realised this with a couple nights left so didnt bother to move

The only good thing I can say is that the location and access to the beach was lovely. The accommodation was small and dirty totally lost for words. Half board food was not edible I wa actually amazed they could get away with it, nowhere near enough staff and the dining hall was awash with dirty plates, and tables. This was truly the biggest waste of money ever. Do not go!

The price. Poor accomodation, nothing like the web site, the whole place is falling apart. Dirty, damp, swimming pool and changing rooms were filthy.

Nice setting and well maintained gardens. Friendly staff. Good parking close to chalet. Lovely beach; easily accessible. Lighthouse visit. Reasonable selection of food; which was generally of good quality. Too much noise with entertainment (just turn down the volume a bit PLEASE). Unsuitable / unnecessary music at breakfast (again obtrusive). Cooked vegetables looked uninviting.

We did not like anything at this place. Everything was really poor. We booked a room for 2 adults and two children because we have a 13 months boy so I could sleep in the double bed with him and my husbund could sleep in a single bed. However they reserved only a twin bed room for us and when I asked them how we were supposed to sleep they said it was not their fault and I could book a room with a double bed and a bed (which I originally booked) paying 30 pounds more. The rooms are dated, the carpets are dirty and needs replacement, the bathrooms need updating. The pictures on the booking website do not reflect reality at all. We couldn't stay there; when I saw the room, we decided to leave and look for a place somewhere else. They advertize it as a place for children, but we could aonly see senior people tehre and no children and all the facilities for children are dated and need a good cleaning.

It was perfect for us & our young family to have adjoining rooms so children had their own bathroom & tv. Beds were made up,very clean. Half board so a hearty dinner & breakfast were provided. Children loved going up to choose what they wanted to eat. 2 minute walk to beach which was lovely after such a large dinner & allowed the children to run around using up some energy before bedtime. Evening entertainment was great, kept adults & children amused. Lots of stuff going on during day to keep everyone occupied. Swimming pool was fun with a water flume that our girls loved. For the price & what was included we'd definitely go back :-)

The swimming pool is a good size for children...although at busy times it would be too small! There are other activities that could be on offer I expect in the summer season, but did not appear to be available during our stay! There is a crazy golf site, although very ancient,,,,but it's free! Tennis courts are available and giant chess. There is a great amusement arcade and large bar area where entertainment takes place. The canteen is clean and large and food ok!! Don't expect gourmet, but the children enjoyed it!! We were in a large challet thet slept 6 and it was comfortable enough...just in need of some updating...not everything worked. All staff friendly and infotmative. The whole place is a bit shabby and some things need repairing!! I think they need to forewarn guests if there are going to be large groups of football and rugby teams visiting as unfortunately a small minority do not know how to behave and spoil it for those who do not want to witness vandelism and bad language!! Especially with young children!! More security needed.

The evening entertainment was the only good thing about the place! Drinks were cheap and the shop wasn't over priced. The pool was dirty, hot and over crowded. No room in the changing rooms to get changed and very dirty. The play park was like a swamp of mud so the children couldn't play. The half board food was as expected, disgusting! Great place to go for a week to lose weight as you wouldn't eat! The rooms were very small but the main issue with them was the very old mattresses that were so uncomfortable. The entire place needs an update.

I liked watching all people at feeding time itvwas like a zoo Well , where do I begin !! For a start the place could do with a bloody good clean , the whole site looks run down it really is just a shit whole !! We found class a drugs in our room thank god my children did not find it !! The staff did deal with the situation very well but I still don't think they informed the police like they said they would !! Obviously we got moved and yes it smelt clean when we walked in and a sigh of relive !! The room it's self well it's well under being basic but servered it's purpose!! Now for dinner time or should I say "feeding time at the zoo " I'm not even sure what words to use to explain what we witnessed , it's school dinners but without the dinner ladies , it's like people haven't eaten in years , but I'll tell you what just sitting there watching the people around you it's breath taking it's proper carnage!! Food was tasteless , cheap and mainly deep fried!! I could go on and on and on but at the end of the day my kids had a good time , no I would never stay there again but the location was brilliant the staff were also very pleasant !! And most of all it was lovely to come home and have a bath and feel clean ..
