The only advantage of this apartment - its perfect location. Near metro station and park. I will not stop myself in this apartment and I would not recommend it to friends. Dirty, cramped, cold and very small apartment. Pictures do not reflect the actual type apartments. I had to go out ahead of time with my friends.

Nothing. Cheap apartments from cheap owners. They charge you a 3% commission if you pay with a credit card and then don't even provide shampoo or bath gel. The older receptionist was just rude, everything that didn't work was my fault and everything he forgot to do was my fault. The apartment itself was spacious but old. It looks like nothing has been changed since the apartments were first built and that seemed like it was 20 years ago. No central heating. The bathroom was freezing. The kitchen was freezing. The bed mattress felt like it was as old as the apartment. No bath gel, no shampoo and the first night I had to ask for towels, because there weren't any in the apartment. The kitchen appliances barely worked and were old and partially broken.

Location but nothing else. Worst hotel/apartment I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Moved around to 3 different rooms for the following issues. Room 1 (first night) in top floor after light rain woke to find puddle of water on floor inside the room. Roof leaking and from review it obviously had been leaking for some time. Next day moved to second room. Bathroom handbasin leaks over bathroom floor. Can't close front door properly, security risk. Can't open cupboard unless moving all other furniture in the room, didn't use cupboard. Hot and cold water reversed in bathroom. Daughter scolded hand. Next day moved 3rd time, their best room, their words not mine. Tiles lifting off floor in bathroom, no grout. Hot and cold water reversed again. Mould growing in bathroom. This is not a 3 star apartment, 1 at best. Reception staff could not care less. More interested in money and advised I would lose money if I left. Put in a dispute with my bank and was compensated. Would not have been if I had not escalated. Also internet WiFi does not work. Either drops off after a couple of minutes or cannot connect at all. Better off going to McDonalds 200 metres down the road. Would strongly recommend consider a hostel before Palace Court Apartments.

Good location. Generally cleaned but only on first day. The place has more of a hostel feel rather than a hotel. Our mattress was terrible but it was changed when we complained although I don't know why it wasn't changed before. The lift was broken on our last day so had to lug heavy bags down four flights of stairs. The water pressure was awful and impossible to wash your hair. Plus there were hardly anything in the kitchen.

The rooms were really clean and the beds were comfortable! Kitchen had everything you will possibly need. Building has an elevator which is a great plus after staying at a hostel. Overall it was a really nice place to stay as long as you don't have to deal with the employees. Heater in the room wasn't warm. Elevator and hallway smelled really, really bad (mix of body odor and cigarettes). Cleaning ladies don't knock and come right into the room around 10 something every morning. Wifi on the top floor was really unstable--when I called in the first time to report the problem the guy said he'll send someone to fix it but he didn't; second time he fixed it; third time when it disconnected again he just said "sorry there's nothing I can do for you."

It is a nie place with a very good location in a quite but enough central place. Food store, tube stations and restaurants/cafes are around in 2-3 min walking time. Apartments are not big, but all necessary in there. The real problem was a hot water. The house has no central hot water supply and our room had it's own water heater, which was a noisy and strange working thing. To get hot water in the shower you need you practice in adjusting temperature from real ice to almost boiling water. Howerer at the kitchen everything was allright.

The apartment I was given was clean, with anything you may need for daily life. The bedroom is bigger than what a budget hotel in London can offer and the kitchen was just what I needed to save up some money on food. The supermarket isn't too far away and, in any case, there's a nice choice of places to go to in Notting Hill, if you prefer to eat out. The location is good as well, as there are a couple of metro stations nearby. A little bit noisy as it's right on Bayswater Rd.

PCHA are located about less than 10 minutes walk from Noting Hill Underground station, giving you quick access to most sights of London. The towels in our apartment were changed daily and our bedding changed twice in our 1 week stay. The staff were friendly and helpful to myself and my children. Free WiFi was utilised by all of us. The kitchen was basic but had everything needed for daily breakfasts and lunch preparations. The apartment we stayed at was showing signs of age. The curtains should be thicker to block out the street lights. The lights in our room were basic and reading lamps would have been useful. The wall heater wasn't working and we had to be careful not to walk into the free standing replacement.

The location is great on bayswater road with easy access to London underground & buses. The room size & cleanliness were OK. Toileteries as well as tea & coffee were not replenished everyday. The carpet at the enterance of the building was dated and smelly, better to change it with wooden floors like the one in the rooms.

Very central, only a 3 minute walk from Queensway tube station. Lots of nice restaurants nearby if you didn't want to stray too far away from apartment. Apartment itself was clean, beds were comfortable and excellent value for money The outside and the hallways were a little bit shabby and the bathroom is tiny but for a short city break, it's perfect as you wouldn't be spending too much time in the room anyway

The location is perfectly nearby to 3 tube stations (Queensway, Bayswater & Notting Hill). Plenty of restaurant and the famous Chinese Dim Sum in London (Royal China) is just few minutes walk. The Hyde Park is just accross the street. 10 mins walk to famous flea market - Portobello. Basic kitchen utilities with full set of utensils to use. Microwave oven to heat up our take away and kettle to boil our drinking water. There is a cooking stove but didn't try whether it works or not. There is a room heater to warm the room during cold days. No porter service and I have to carry my heavy luggage from the main reception to another apartment (2nd apartment after the main) up and down the staircase. The noise from the main road but bearable. The lady receptionist could have been more friendly and cheerful.
