Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Very good prompt bar service. Helpful friendly reception staff. Meals not as good as had previously and service quite slow. Some people in our party had finished their sweets long before others had been served theirs.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms spacy and tidy. Restaurant serves perfect cooked meal from a menu with many choices. Can't think of anything.

Location, bar, food, entertainment The bouncer, I was in full conversation with my friends ( 2 lads, 1 woman) one lad wasn't stayin in the hotel, 3 of us where stayin here but I had paid for both rooms- 2 per room, as my couple friends was heading to their rooms to use the toilet my old workmate friend wanted the toilet to so I said "am going up stairs to grab more cigarettes use my room toilet" as we walked up stairs the four of us the bouncer started swearing, shouting aboot who's in what room with who, 2 minutes late, I went down to clear the air as I didn't see a problem with my friend peeing in my toilet for the whole 2 minutes we was in there for, but he was having no of it and as we tryed toget into the main bar he through my pal out, spoiled our night out, £160 for 2 Rooms and I get that hassle, I have stayed her a few times now, and wouldn't mind your points of view on this, Ashmorrison1@aol.com

for a double room to have just one set of towels my partner had to go to her work to get a shower as there was no towels even asked for more and never got them
