Convenient location for transport and proximity to city. This is not a three star hotel, it is a decent hostel for budget/backpacker or party group looking for somewhere to keep after a night out. I thought the website was misleading in that the double room shown was nothing like what we found, we got a quadrupal room with a mezzanine floor that could sleep 4 people. |

The hotel is in a very ideal location for what i wanted to do for my business. the room was between the 2 floors, with a glass wall up above so all the light from stairs shone through all night long ! it was as bad as trying to sleep with the light on all night !! |

The hotel is well located, 5 minutes walk and we have a subway station. The hotel needs some work. The furniture is very old, the bathroom shower is very small. The breakfast room is also very small. We had to wait for a table. They ask us to hurry with the breakfast because they were waiting for the tables were available for the others guests. |

The reception staff were always nice, they gave me a room on the 1st floor instead of the 3rd as I had heavy bags. I will tell people visiting to stay here, was great values for money and top location! Cheers Not really, it was pretty good for the money spent, can't complain. Maybe have a little more to offer at breakfast such as fruit and yoghurt. |

Clean and functional, bathroom was nice and shower excellent. For a budget hotel, en suite it was as expected. The staff were not friendly at all, in fact the lady waiting in the breakfast room was downright rude. They looked very miserable and like they wanted to be somewhere else. |

Ok, staff very pleasant and breakfast very good. needs remodernising a little. Bathtroom rather grubby. We got a discount price of 110£ But wouldn't have liked to pay more than that as rooms were very tatty, but clean. |

Location Desparate need of refurbishment, especially bathroom, windows look as it they haven't been changed for the last 30 years. Check health and safety, often things lying around on staircases |

Spacious room(actually it was a triple) and very recently renovated. Everything was new, but not all the room are like that. Fast internet connection but only in the small lobby. Clean in general. Close to two metro stations (Notting Hill gate and Queenway) Too dusty rooms, especially the renovated ones. Not so helpful personnel |

The staff wasnt very friendly and certainly didnt make u feel welcome, if they smiled i think their faces would have cracked! When we visit london again we wouldnt stop here. Also it stated that it had been fully refurbished well if thats refurbishment hate to see what it was like before, there was damp in the room and the toilet moved when flushed. |

It was much better then I have expected. The rooms were good in size, the bathroom was absolutely new. Good location, helpful staff. Poor breakfast, no elevator. |

The bed lining was not clean at all. My friend got itch the whole night but I was lucky because I didn't sleep on the bed but the floor. Also the bathroom basin was not cleaned well. There's some dirt left. |

Worst experience ever Evrything was awful, there was hole in the wall, plain light bull without any lamp covers, cold and windy as if outdoors...Waterpressure was existent, only a small trickle of very cold or very hot water. Room was in fifth floor and no elevator. Staff was very discorteous. So on, so on... |
