The staff, breakfast, cleanliness, service, facilities & comfort of the bed are all bad, the lowest grading I should give. My 8 year old girl got bed bugs bitten alll over her body. Nails are protruding from the bed & toilet, my girl & hubby got cut on the back & hand. Toilet is very very tiny.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is only 5 minute from the bayswater station (cicle line). The room is very small, facilities are very simple and crude. The specific address is very hard to find. Because the road prince square is devided into two side. It is not value for money.

The location was the only good thing about your hotel Did not like - the hairs and blood on our sheets, the headboard was broken and fell on us, we had to make the bed ourselves, the mold growing in the bathroom, the left over washmitt in the shower, no lock on window, toilet handle was broken, overall cleanliness was zero. Vile place to stay, needs knocking down...dog kennel would have been better & cleaner

The location. Only the location. Breakfast was terrible, the bathroom sink was faulty, the rates were far to high to justify what we were offered concerning comfort, service and hospitality.

Only the price The staff was not friendly and the hotel very old. Nothing like the the pictures of the internet. Also, we were asked to pay the full price of the room for our stay from the first night! We had just arrived in the country, it was late in the evening and had no currency in pounds yet. The room denied to let us stay unless we payed the money there & then- even if we had already pre-paid the first evening.

I was staying at room number 408. It's a small room and I didn't mind but the only thing that disturbed me during my stay was a filthy odour that came out of the bathroom.

The location. The rooms are too poor and small. We had two singlerooms, Ida and Emma Berke. She, Emma, is not anonymous!!!! Ida Berke, who travelled to London with her granddaughter, Emma. (We are 73 and 16 years) We booked 2 single-rooms, and we got 107 and B01. Not next to each other!!!!!! I payed 89 pounds for each room per night! IB.

We stayed there for 2 nights and the place met our expectation. Just Bayswater standard for that price. Staff was friendly, room was ok. However breakfest was horrible. The location in basement, old damaged furniture on one site and poor continental choice on other site.Except of marmelade, nutella - just one cheese and that is it. I forgot - boiled eggs were there too. Poor :-(

Breakfast, if you can it such, if awful. No noise isolation. Stairs are old wooden and if someone attempting to climb with heavy luggage, the noise is huge. Get yourself a pair of good earplugs, if you want to sleep at night. Room size is a big problem - difficult to move around. Feels like living in a closet:) No space for luggage. No table to work on. Poor working sockets. Internet is only in the "hall" (2x2 small cold space with 1-2 old armchairs and coffee table). If you are there on business - there's a good Greek place no far, where you can work and eat something decent. Bad shower, barely working, quite dirty and the loo needs special techniques to use. Bed linen, pillows and duvets are old and stink. Overall this "hotel" looks more like an old hostel. Urgent need in multiple repairs and renovations.

Free wifi. Location so so. Room small. Bed very uncomfortable. Not recommended for family or those who are on honeymoons. Unless you are on budget. Do take notes, you got to pay full amount of the total stay upon check-in.

I liked the bed and the heating system. I didn't like the black sofa on my way up to the fourth floor as it was the haunted spot! I experienced paranormal activity around that area! Please do check as that may be a huge problem for your guests! Thank you.

It doesn't have lifts, therefore it is very hard to take your bags upstairs. In my case, I had two suitcases and my bedroom was on the highest floor. It was very difficult to take them to the room, because they were very heavy.
