The location. Only the location. Breakfast was terrible, the bathroom sink was faulty, the rates were far to high to justify what we were offered concerning comfort, service and hospitality.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was rude. To get to third floor you have to climb 6 flights of steps exactly 72 steps!!! Carpet in room filthy! Tiny tv with only 4 channels!

Located on a quiet street. But 5 minutes walk and you are near to the metro, shopping, Hyde Park and the tourist bus stop. Room clean, towels changed every day. Breakfast is standard.

The hotel was really shabby, the room was pokey, mattress lumpy - actually, two single pushed together. Over priced at 107.00 per night. Don't want to waste my time recalling a bad experience. Won't be going there again.

Friendly staff, central London location and family room gave us all we needed for an overnight stay, not a massive room but if all you need is a base then it is good enough

We stayed there for 2 nights and the place met our expectation. Just Bayswater standard for that price. Staff was friendly, room was ok. However breakfest was horrible. The location in basement, old damaged furniture on one site and poor continental choice on other site.Except of marmelade, nutella - just one cheese and that is it. I forgot - boiled eggs were there too. Poor :-(

Breakfast, if you can it such, if awful. No noise isolation. Stairs are old wooden and if someone attempting to climb with heavy luggage, the noise is huge. Get yourself a pair of good earplugs, if you want to sleep at night. Room size is a big problem - difficult to move around. Feels like living in a closet:) No space for luggage. No table to work on. Poor working sockets. Internet is only in the "hall" (2x2 small cold space with 1-2 old armchairs and coffee table). If you are there on business - there's a good Greek place no far, where you can work and eat something decent. Bad shower, barely working, quite dirty and the loo needs special techniques to use. Bed linen, pillows and duvets are old and stink. Overall this "hotel" looks more like an old hostel. Urgent need in multiple repairs and renovations.

Free wifi. Location so so. Room small. Bed very uncomfortable. Not recommended for family or those who are on honeymoons. Unless you are on budget. Do take notes, you got to pay full amount of the total stay upon check-in.

I liked the bed and the heating system. I didn't like the black sofa on my way up to the fourth floor as it was the haunted spot! I experienced paranormal activity around that area! Please do check as that may be a huge problem for your guests! Thank you.

5 min. To Bayswater tube station. Size of the room. I am 186cm/100kg (big, not fat) with my pregnant wife we couldn't pass between wall and bed. But in this price level it is fair.
