Breakfast staff were very hard working and attentive. Bed was located next to window, freezing cold. Reception staff were not as friendly and attentive as those who served breakfast. No manners. |

The breakfast was quite nice, very simple but a nice start to the day. When we arrived we were told we had to pay for our second night there and then. I was shocked at this, as it had not been made clear, on the internet. Please note that when paying by card over the internet. The hotel only takes for one night and not 2! Also there are alot of stairs in this hotel we had to walk 82 each time. |

Breakfast OK.Beds OK 1)When you book a room for 3 persons you expect that all 3 can sit down at the same time. There were only 2 stools! No chairs at all.2)We missed a wastepaper basket in the room. There was only a small toiletbin in the bathroom.3) No lamps by the beds.4) The internet could only be used in the tiny lobby where there was room for 2 persons. 5) Access to the internet could only be given by the staff. We couldn't get a password, but had to let the staff write it at our computer.. |

The location was upscale and centrally located. It was very old and internally rundown. The staff was rude. The room was on the fourth floor with no elevator and no bell boy. The shower had low power and no toiletries were included. |

The location was great I booked a double room, on arrival I was given a room with 3 single beds and told I may have to change rooms if needed. The shower was cold and worked poorly. Too many stairs!! (I was right at the top). Huge queue for breakfast which was in a tiny basement room. Finally got seated and the lady kicked us out! I literally seen her clear plates from people who were still eating! Hotel mentions it was recently refurbished... It's not. A little grubby. |

The location, low price and clean bathroom. A bit difficult to find the actual address. No elevator! Horrible stairs! Instead of the promised "full English breakfast" there was only continental. No safe place to leave luggage on the check-out day; anyone could have taken it from the small "lobby". |

Location The bedroom a double converted to a duplex, over 5ft 2in and you are unable to sleep in the double bed. Toilet did not flush, staff showed no concern and very sullen, had to resolve it myself. Reception staff very rude and non-responsive. |

The split-level room proved a big hit with our 8 and 6 year olds and enabled all four of us to share one room. All in all we were pleased with the actual hotel and staff. We were very unlucky to have been situated in a room on the same floor as a group of very noisy young men. However there is a hostel next door to this hotel, therefore I believe the noise from outside of our window is something that is a regular problem. I think I got a couple of hours sleep…but that was all. Due to the hostel being next door I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to sleep before 3am. |

Difficult to find the hotel from the nearest station but I found many restaurants in the area. Easy access to the center of city. The room was so small for the value and stuff was not friendly. Breakfast is OK. |

Convenient location for transport and proximity to city. This is not a three star hotel, it is a decent hostel for budget/backpacker or party group looking for somewhere to keep after a night out. I thought the website was misleading in that the double room shown was nothing like what we found, we got a quadrupal room with a mezzanine floor that could sleep 4 people. |

The hotel is in a very ideal location for what i wanted to do for my business. the room was between the 2 floors, with a glass wall up above so all the light from stairs shone through all night long ! it was as bad as trying to sleep with the light on all night !! |
