Palace Court Hotel

Rappuset ylimpään kerrokseen kapeat ja hankalat, etenkin matkalaukun kanssa. Aamiainen suppea (tee, kahvi, paahtoleipä, voi, marmeladi, juusto, murot, appelsiinimehu ei muuta). Suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä. Parisängyn yhteinen peite ei ollut sopiva kahdelle hengelle. Erilliset peitot parempi.

Rauhallisella alueella ,kuitenkin lähellä metro asemaa ,kauppoja ja ravintolaa .Hintaan nähden hyvin varusteltu sekä hyvä aamiainen .

talvella varmasti kylmä ,yhden lasin ikkunat eikä tiivistetyt .

Hyvä sijainti. Asiallinen ja kohtelias henkilökunta.

Viereisen hostellin asiakkaat pitivät erittäin äänekkäitä grillijuhlia viikonlopun iltoina myöhään yöhön asti: korvatulpat olivat välttämättömät. Muina iltoina oli rauhallista. Huoneen yleisilme oli nuhjuinen, mutta lakanat ja pyyhkeet olivat puhtaat.

Hotelli oli kohtuuhintainen laatuun nähden. Huoneesta oli mukavat puistonäkymät ja hotelli sijaitsi rauhallisella alueella lähellä metroasemaa. Puhtaat lakanat ja pyyhkeet.

Huone oli erittäin pieni, laskutilaa oli vain pieni yöpöytä, matkalaukku ei mahtunut auki kuin sängylle, ei minkäänlaista naulakkoa(vain pieni kaappi jossa 4 rikkinäistä henkaria), ei lukuvaloa sängyn vieressä, kattolamppu=hehkulamppu roikkui johdosta, lämmintä vettä ei tullut joka päivä ja veden paine olematon. Aamiaishuone oli ahdas ja joinakin aamuina täytyi odottaa vapaata pöytää.

It was cheap and cheerful - and breakfast was well organised and good. Good central location.

A little bit hard to find

Location is very good, price quality rate is good too, rooms are clean, basic but fine for what you pay.

1)When you book a room for 3 persons you expect that all 3 can sit down at the same time.There were only 2 stools! No chairs at all.2)We missed a wastepaper basket in the room. There was only a small toiletbin in the bathroom.3) No lamps by the beds.4) The internet could only be used in the tiny lobby where there was room for 2 persons. 5) Access to the internet could only be given by the staff. We couldn't get a password, but had to let the staff write it at our computer..

they don't even give you a shampoo.

it had 24 hour reception and internet in public places

It was tiny and not nice or worth the money at all!! it was about the size of a small closet! the pictures look nothing like it actually is!

Location

The bedroom a double converted to a duplex, over 5ft 2in and you are unable to sleep in the double bed. Toilet did not flush, staff showed no concern and very sullen, had to resolve it myself. Reception staff very rude and non-responsive.

close to city centre and underground, not expensive

narrow stairs and bad windows, just 1 little soap for 3 adults.

The split-level room proved a big hit with our 8 and 6 year olds and enabled all four of us to share one room. All in all we were pleased with the actual hotel and staff.

We were very unlucky to have been situated in a room on the same floor as a group of very noisy young men. However there is a hostel next door to this hotel, therefore I believe the noise from outside of our window is something that is a regular problem. I think I got a couple of hours sleep…but that was all. Due to the hostel being next door I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to sleep before 3am.
