everyone was friendly, It had a pool and was dog friendly
The food was average
Location good, next to river and town. Room clean, good size. Nice pool and spa. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.
The hotel bar was part of the Starbucks coffee outlet in the lounge so very little choice and not very cosy. Limited car parking at the venue.
Excelent location, courteous and very professional staff
The small elevator, only.
Ate in the bar area which was great fare and lots of it , free wi fi is always good to have and this was a good conection , beds were very comfy , room 001 beside stair but quiet all night . they will park your car and bring it back to you when you want . friendly helpfull staff always available
There was nothing to not like exept the shortness of our stay , it would have been good to stay a few nights in this luxury .
Location is amazing at the Ness bank.
Parking space small, very difficult to find an empty space to park. WiFi not assigning IP address and when it did it wouldn't last.
Room was a bit basic. One towel wasnt clean. Carpet was raised agaisnt the room door.
The room was large, the concierge did a great job of recommending a guide for a day trip to the Isle Of Skye. Great view from our room too. Breakfast was good.
The rooms were clean and the river views were beautiful.
The lift was rather small, only room for a couple and their luggage.
Parking was poor - very busy
Small lifts & service
We had a gorgeous, spacious, comfortable room overlooking the River Ness and Inverness Castle. The hotel is in an ideal location for tourists, like us. You can step out of the hotel and take a lovely walk along the river or into the heart of town. Outstanding value.
The facilities offered were fantastic with friendly staff.
Television in room was stuck on one channel. No info given on how to work it
The rooms were very tired and in urgent need of refurbishment - the bathroom joints between the walls and floors were dirty - generally needing attention
Wonderful stay! Will recommend to everyone/anyone traveling to search out Nessie.
The staff was great, the location was excellent, food was good and the spa was superb. I definitely wish I got to stay more than one night so I could fully enjoy the palace.
Liked the location Liked the river front room Staff was fine
Tiny cramped elevator (only used when toting bags). Breakfast was average The back rooms (we had one front and one back) did not have a good view of anything. I thought the main lounge could have a nicer atmosphere.
The beds- The whole hotel did not live up to the expectation created on website
Beneath the river. Centrally located.
Used sheets were placed on the floor outside the elevator.
A restful break on a long journey.
Some of the staff were a little stand offish.
Paying for my coffee in the morning The slow service at breakfast and that there were nothing left on the breakfast buffe if you came to late.
The location was great, good breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had stained towels in the bathroom, one day our towels were replaced but with one towel less!! The room was too warm at night, but we did get fan supplied. The pillows on the bed were too small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was not value for money at £12.95 each. The main complaint was that our room was not ready on arrival we did not occupy our room until 4.45 other people were getting into their rooms ok.The staff said it was because of guests checking out late that day being a Sunday, but that didnt help us!!
Large room, good location.
The spa facilities and location
Situation. Great for us, Food. And. Service. Very. Good. Will. Return. John. Mearns. Turriff
Hotel had a nice old world charm located on the River Ness. The hotel is directly across from Inverness Castle and is a short 5 minute walk to the castle and shopping. The bar in the hotel lobby offers Starbucks' coffee and pastries, in addition to adult beverages. The hotel also has a nice indoor pool and fitness center.
No air conditioning in rooms and no exhaust fan in bathroom.
