The room was clean and warm and very comfortable bed. High tea was delicious and excellent value for money. Room was basic with very old furniture. No welcome pack, no mini bar and no sky tv. |

The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the spa was excellent. I would highly recomend this hotel. The only only thing that spoilt my stay was a group of young males that decided it was a good idea to return 0300 hours and carry on the party that they had been at. The night porter tried his best but was met with abuse. This was not the hotels fault and it does not give the impression that this is a common occurance. |

good front desk assistance and convenience to transportation and the great walk to the island in the city with redwoods and anglers Well we also stayed in several quite excellent and posh guest houses in Inverness at about £100 ie £40 less than this good but functional hotel. |

The reception staff were unhelpful and breif, also the conceirge staff seemed too busy talking then to park my car. The room was great, and the morning breakfast staff were fabulous. |

proximity to city centre and good restaurants Very unwelcoming and poor attitude of receptionist told us our room had already been checked in and she would see if she could find something for us,this was at 1640and nothing to do with us luckily I had my email confirmation as a result we did not get room we had booked and no apology or offer of cheaper rate. we had booked king size bed but got twin bedded room. Her attitude was a disgrace and retraining in dealing with public is required. |

The position of the hotel sitting on the banks of the river yet only 5 minutes walk from the shopping centre was excellent. We were also very pleased to be able to take our dog with us on our stay!! Delivery lorries off-loading at 4am made for an early wake-up call. Our son's room backed onto the kitchen which meant a lot of noise travelled into his room too. |

pleasant room and friendly service unfortunately the aerobics class/fitness class('take that' sound track and quite a lot of shouting) could be heard very clearly from room 109! Would recommend the hotel but not rooms over the leisure facilities. |
