The Hotel was suitably placed for commuting into the city, and nicely out of the way from the its noise and turmoil.The staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay.

stayed in a triple and was very impressed by the size ans style of the hotel Room was airconditioned and quiet despite proximity to the busy Hendon Way. only draw back was that there is no tube station in the immediate vicinity.

The cleanliness and warmth of the room was just so perfect. The lightening was also amazing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, that I would definitely love to visit again. Has to be one of my favourite hotels so far, would recommend it to anyone, makes you feel like royalty, and for a decent price. The absence of a bath in my room was quite a little bit of a discomfort, however the showers were great and complimented for my missing bath:).

Hotel staff :Very kind to show where to go by printed copies. Breakfast was excellent,too. I enjoyed not only continental but English during my three nights stay. I liked the easy bus access to Baker Street Tube.

Location was great for us being close to Brent Cross. The room was large, comfortable and modern, and the choice of channels on the flat- screen tv was abundant. We only stayed one very short night, but it was an enjoyable one. Parking was a bit hit and miss. Only a few parking slots available in front of the hotel and some side streets. However, the construction at the rear of the hotel looks set to provide better park in the future...they just need to get on with it and finish it asap.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. The day we checked out I asked if I we could leave our car in the car park while we went into London by tube. They said this was not a problem. We would certainly stay there again.

The comfort and room were very good. We had a couple of minor problems with the room which were resolved within the day of reporting them Very efficient. Staff very amenable Having to pay extra for breakfast - felt it was expensive continental £10 English £15

The hotel was very fine, nice, new, clean. Staff was helpfull, and friendly. The perfect location, to the Marble Arch by bus 113, takes just 25min. I guess better to use buses than tube, because tube station Golders Green is far, like 25min.walk from the hotel....taxi from the hotel to the tube station cost 6pounds. During us stay was in the hotel´s restaurant some celebration, and It was horrible, very loud music, lot of people, we cant sleep all night, and hotel do not want no revenge about this.It was a big disappointment.

The hotel was value for money, and the location was good for where I was working There were building works going on at the hotel which limited the parking but nothing else The bathroom appeared clean, but there was a slight smell of damp

Hotel and room was clean, well maintained and modern in decoration and facilities. Food in restaurant was poor, quality was similar to food found in cheap supermarkets! Traffic noise was really bad. The hotel cannot do much about this as it is just the location of the hotel, but light sleepers beware it is noisy. Room was great and comfortable, but problem with noisy electrical buzzing and TV wasn't tuned correctly.

I like the warm welcome and the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful and considerate. Nothing was to much trouble from providing a pot of tea after our journey on the worst weather this winter to calling a cab and providing an umbrella for the rain. Our party was very impressed with the hotel. We would certainly recommend it and we would book to stay again when next we come down to london. The room was cool and we could not turn the air conditioning down and the heating up but perrhaps this was oiur own fault, we should have asked for help but as we were only stopping overnight.
