We had a new room which was lovely. The bathroom was clean with walk in shower. The staff were really helpful. They told us breakfast was 8-10am. Went to breakfast Mon am at 9.30am to be told it finishes earlier during the week. They should have told us that. |

the receptionist was nice and friendly. The breaKfast was good. The readiator in my rrom would not turn off and it was excessively hot. When I complained about it in the morning, the receiptionist just said "oh dear". I thought a partial refund was in order. I qwould have complained earlier but by the time I realized that the radiator was not turning off, I was already undressed and unpacked. |

the location was good as there were bus stops just outside that took you into the centre of london. When we arrived the man on reception i can only persume that he was the owner was quite rude and seemed disinterested in his customers also we were told that breakfast was served 8am - 10am as we went for breakfast at 9.20am we were told nothing was left. |

I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. |

currently getting refurbished - after staying in the old part of the hotel i can see why!! £80 per night to stay in a 1970's b&b is ridiculus - 2nd nights stay cancelled - found better hotel 500yds away for £50 per night dirty rooms - damaged and very old and smelly bathroom - poor selection of breakfasts |
