In general, all was very good and the croissants were tasty. 1.There was the air conditioning in the room, but it worked only in one night. On other nights it was quite stuffy. 2. There was a strange sound from outside, which made it difficult to sleep, as if a huge engine started and stopped constantly, all night long, every night.

I started to compose my comments the first day --- Nothing to complain at all. The collegues are so nice, helpful, rooms are so clean and the washrooms are not crowded at all! 100% recommend! If possible, I hope they can set up a big sign on the front door...

I stayed in a double room with private bathroom, the room was great: clean, well decorated, nice features (coffee machine, tv, hair drier), the bathroom was also good! Great staff, cheap and good restaurant! I would deffinetely recommend this hostel. It was a bit far from the main attractions, we have to take a 10 mimute walk to get to the closest underground station and we have to change to different lines in order to reach the main attractions. Also, the hostel has thin walls, it was possible to hear people talking, doors knocking, baggage being cared, sometimes it was hard to sleep because of that. The shower was too strong and whenever we took a shower it would wet the entire bathroom. However, I still strongly recommend this hostel to any traveller !

We liked the breakfast, the friendly atmostphere and staff, and the freedom. We didn't like the noise at the evenings, and the thin walls.

The hotel is more suitable for backpackers looking for a cheap budget stay. Since I am bringing a one-year old with me, I don't feel really comfortable but like I said, this hotel can be an excellent choice for backpackers.

I was popping up to london for 2 days for college interviews, and after looking at the price of some hotels it seemed stupid paying near enough £200! I choose a room in a female only dorm,I'd never stayed in a group room before but it was fine, my expectations were majorly exceeded! The bed was really comfy, clean and although I was sharing a room with other people it wasnt a problem at all, the other girls were lovely, and the shower facilities were handy each morning. I don't think ill ever bother with a hotel again in london, it really was that good :) the restaurant and outside seating was nice as well, and id imagine even nicer in summer. It was nice and quiet but a quick walk to the underground. Gated so you felt safe. Really helpful and welcoming staff. Looking forward to my next stay!

The space of bed is warm and big as well as the room is quite big so don't worry if it's too clouded to put your luggage inside. The shower room and toilet are clean too. They provide free WiFi and breakfast so that it's reasonable price for backpack who prefer clean and comfortable place to stay. It's important who stay in the dormitory with you cause on first day I stay with a group of high-school girls, they are noise and dirty. When they leave at pretty early time, the close the door so loudly that awake me.

This hostel is suitable for backpacker. Near to London tube station and it is within zone 2. Free water as water dispenser provided in the kitchen. Breakfast is provided as well from 7.30am until 10.30am. Plus there are many visitors there and the wifi device may not able to cope with the load. Nearby there are many convenience stores and the best thing is that the there is a bus stop in front of the hostel where you can take bus direct to Oxford Circus (bus no 98). And the bus is operated 24 hours. So you will have transport option after the tube operating hours which terminates around 12.00am daily The hostel seems crowded during breakfast as they seems to cater for many school functions. The wifi however is only moderate as the signal is not that strong and weak signal in the room.

The bar is very nice. Most of staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good atmosfere there. I had a horrible experience with the fact that the cleaners do not change the duvet covers. I checked-out one morning but because was forced to stay longer in town I went back to the hostel early in the evening on the same day. Then, by coincidence they put me on the same room and bed with the same girls that were staying there with me before. Then, I realised they did not change my duvet cover because the night before I had droped some chocolate crumbles and made a small stain on the duvet. That's how I, to my horror, could see duvet covers are not changed when a guest checks out as I had the old duvet I used the night before. Second thing: we don't have wifi in most of rooms, it's terrible, especially if you're there on business.

It was my first experience staying at a hostel and I was very pleased with a very high standard of this facility. Very comfy, warm, clean and welcoming place. The bar/ restaurant located downstairs is a plus. Definitely coming back soon. :) Apparently, there was a spring break going on throughout Europe; therefore, there the lodge was packed with young students who were pretty noisy. However, it's not the hostel's fault and responsibility.

The noicelevel were a bit over the top on the terrace after 10.30 in the evening. The doors to the rooms slammed loudly.

The staff were polite & helpful. The lodge is appropriate if you are under 25 & backpacking, but not for families. Very noisy all through the night with screaming German teens. My 10 year old son & I hardly slept. Would not recomend for families or single people!

They speak spanish, the toilets and showers were very clean. The breakfast wasn't really diverse, but it was a nice breakfast. It's well conected by bus during the day and the night, even it's very close to willesden green station in jubilee line. Best price-quality relation ever. The man in the below bed has very stinky feet, but actually it's not hostel's fault. The bed was quite small, but for this price is the best you can get.
