Staff was very friendly and very knowledgable about nearby towns It was on the main road without double-glazed windows so it was very noisy with traffic passing by. |

Graham and Judith were very helpful to us, as we were not familiar with the area. Gave us excellent directions and super service at the hotel. I would rate this as a 4-star hotel |

Right in the town center, friendly and helpful owners and good value for money. Also has a couple of parking lots if you have a car. The bathroom was a bit old. |

The rooms were very clean and well laid out. Flat screen tv and a complimentary tray were nice touches. The staff were a lovely couple who really made us welcome and clearly did the same for all the other guests there whilst we stayed. I won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone its excellent. Also parking is available at the rear of the hotel free of charge which is handy. |

The freedom to come and go. The privacy, and the fridge in the room. Parking could be a problem in busier seasons. |

Friendliness of hotelier. Could do with double glazing to front of property. It is situated on a main road and has a lot of traffic noise with you can hear. |

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The Palms Hotel appeared to have an issue with hot water supply. The room was quite small for what we paid, the internet description was a little misleading. |

Judith and Graham Ward are absolutly fantastic very plesent and kind people The way the hotel is plummed means your can hear when other people are using the shower or flushing the toilet but its not anything you can't get over. |

Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the harbour. Friendly and helpful owners and a lovely cooked breakfast. We stayed in the four poster room and the bed was really comfortable. Had no problem with parking but you can get a permit for car park just up the road if no spaces available. |
