The hotel was really centrally located in Guernsey’s St Peter Port. To me it felt more like a 4-star hotel rather than 3-star. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the food and breakfast selection were really decent and the rooms were clean and tidy.

We only stayed one night in this lovely hotel the ferry service was cancelled for the 27/10 because of bad weather so returned home one day earlier.

The check in process was smooth. The included breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. I also liked the location, just outside of town but an easy walk. I liked that there was a bar and restaurant onsite. There's a beautiful garden in the back that I wish I had more time to explore and relax in.

Whilst the hotel was rated as 2*, it should be 3* as there was little to criticise. The staff were superb , the breakfast excellent and the evening meals delicious. The room was quite adequate and comfortable - perhaps a fridge would be an advantage. The only negative was the poor shower water pressure.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast which was included with the price of the room. We also enjoyed the dinners which were superb. Fantastic location, halfway up a hill but so close to the main bus terminus so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. I have a medical condition causing me to have a vegan/GF diet which was very well catered for. The hotel is not far from the main access to town although there is a bit of a hill to get to it. Beautiful gardens to sit in, lovely public seating areas. The rooms are varied and spread over 3 floors. Will definitely book the Pandora the next time we plan a trip to Guernsey.

Brilliant staff, friendly, welcoming, professional and composed toward all guests, even the ones who were unkind to a staff member at breakfast!! I liked the hotel and found the room functional and comfortable for a one night stay, breakfast was good with a cold buffet and cooked breakfast menu. I overheard other guests saying the cooked breakfast was that of a 4 star hotel! I had the croissant with ham, cheese and tomato. The garden is a gorgeous place to walk and relax after a meal or on arrival after a long journey. There's a nice little menu and I enjoyed the pasta with mushroom sauce and a side salad followed by G and T. There's a good selection of refreshing drinks at the bar.
