Staff made you feel welcome. The rooms are exceptional and beautifully thought out. Great view of sea and you can see St Micheals Mount in the near distance. Loads of parking! Great place to stay if you want to go to Lands End as well as St Micheals Mount.

Clean with friendly atmosphere and service. very helpful with inquiries. Great views from guest rooms.

Bed mattress could be better and cold surfaces in bedroom and bathroom.

Beautiful views from the lounge and dining room. Pretty rooms with lovely touches-such as fresh flowers. Parking was no problem -and there's a bus stop 50 yards from the B&B.

Walking up the hill -although it was very good exercise:)

Everything! This is our second visit to the Panaroma and when we return to Newlyn again next year we will stay again. Fantastic hosts, lovely comfortable rooms with all the extras you want and fantastic breakfasts. The views from the dining room, lounge and bedrooms of the bay are stunning! Highly recommend.

A delightful location overlooking Penzance, superb view. The proprietor couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, in general and also with local knowledge. Lovely freshly prepared breakfasts, served in a room with a stunning view. Easy parking. Room was compact but OK, clean and well presented.

Such a good experience staying there it seems unfair to record any negatives, however a mattress upgrade would increase the luxury of the stay.

The staff, the view, how clean it is, and how helpful everyone was. I have been traveling throughout Euorpe for 4 weeks when I arrived this was the best of the lot.

A truly great place to stay. Lynda and Rob provide a wonderful friendly welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Both have great people skills. The rooms are compact,but spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable. The breakfast is sensational and the owners are perfect hosts. The room rates are exceptional and absolutely great value for money. Scenic views from most , if not all rooms is an additional bonus. Great Place, Great Hosts. Great Value!!!

Guest are warned about the steep hill! Other than that there is nothing adverse to say about the Panorama. As most guests will probably have heir own transport, the hill is not an issue. Anyway, there is a regular bus service to Newlyn and Penzance as well as other locations. Parking is easy too.

Lovely friendly atmosphere with helpful tips from staff. Fantastic views from the dining room and lounge (books too). Healthy option breakfast very good.

Steep hill and taxi/bus needed to travel if we abandoned the car.

Everything. My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. The price per night is value for money. Panorama Guest House is placed in a location with a fantastic view of the sea.

The guest house was clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly. Lynda was particularly helpful and friendly we were made to feel very welcome. The lounge was lovely with fantastic views across Penzance and St. Micheals Mount.

An excellent guest house! We would definitely book there again. We received a very warm and very genuine welcome from all concerned. The room was spotlessly clean. It was furnished with care and attention to detail , as was the whole guest house. There was even a recycling bag! Tea and coffee provided in the room, along with biscuits and even chocolates. Lots is very small, yet important touches. The breakfasts were excellent! A Gluten free diet was no trouble to them! Excellent dining room, spotlessly clean with thoughtful decoration and views over the sea. Excellent lounge- well equipped and with a superb view over the bay. We even took advantage of lifts that were offered. We wish Linda and Rob well in the future!

Took too long for breakfast to be served. 30 minutes one day, 40 minutes the next

Nice location over Newlyn/Penzance, with parking for car. Great room with nice views. Heartly welcome by charming lady, who was very helpful, giving us very good hints for hikes and lending a useful map. Splendid breakfast, with views!
