Friendly efficient staff both at reception and at bar. Excellent location. Late night concierge might be useful. Some street noise (not hotel's fault) |

Very clean. Reasonable value. Polite and friendly staff. Very noisy and intrusive sports TV in the bar. Not possible to change this. No lift - a lot of stairs to my room. Public parking an additional expense. |

Was a nice, clean hotel. Pub located downstairs but the rooms were far enough that couldnt hear anything. We used shared facilities room. The shared bathroom option worked well and we never had any delays in waiting to use and was always clean. However we did pay alot to have rooms with seperate facilities. |

Location right into the city, close to railway station. The room is ok, but no other place. Reasonable price, but certainly can find one better The hotel look really old, and smelly in the hotel. Shared Shower and toliet, no lift, better to request lower letter. In addition, there is no air condition, in summer is not a good idea to study there. |

It was a convenient location for the event we were attending in Bath, and the hotel was able to accomodate us for the one night. We found the room had no hair drier which was inconvenient, as we were dressing to go to a grand ball |

It was central and the beds wereclean! did not appreciate the receptionist calling me by my christian name. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment - all very tired. Filthy windows covered in bird crap, curtains at least 30 years old, blind in bathroom broken, peeling paintwork, rotting windowsills - the list is endless! Not one to recommend to anyone. |

Excellent position for sight seeing Bath,Our room had a lovely view overlooking the park and river Avon weir and the rugby stadium The mattress did not fit the bed, there was no bath mat in the bathroom, the bathroom taps did not work properly,the kettle in the room did not work, there was no telephone to contact reception to report faults etc,the lights on the stair well had bulbs missing the whole hotel needed some TLC, The continental breakfast was fine but 5 members of staff were stood in the kitchen area,other guests did... |

Staff made effort to allow us to check in slightly early so that we could change for a wedding. Location couldn't be better, next to the centre. Bed was very comfortable. For the price of the room (esp. as it had a comunal shower), it needed renovation. More like a boarding house room than a hotel room. |

Parade Park is very close to the railway station and the town centre which makes it ideal for travelling to Bath by train. The hotel itself was quiet but there is a club or late bar near by and we were woken up continually during the night by noise outside the hotel. We also had to leave early in the morning before the stated time for breakfast and although the room price included breakfast they neither provided a cold breakfast for us or reduced the price of the room to compensate. |
