Location

Maintenance questionable, TV did not operate in our room, they provided an alternate room which as we were in the midst of moving into, developed a water leak through the ceiling light fixture (sudden rain storm underway). We were immediately shifted to a suite on a lower level which was without problem. The manager on duty was very apologetic.

Nice and friendly staff and the location of this hotel is excellent right in the centre of Bath, however there is no lift and when your room is on the 3rd floor it is no fun having to keep climbing stairs, the rooms are very basic and not a chance are they worth the prices they charge and the shared showers,etc are not good but I didn't spend much time there asides from sleeping, so if you are not overly fussed about all that then certainly recommend this hotel otherwise.

I can't really say I liked anything about Parade Park, except for its location, which in proximity to the city highlights was great.

Very poor customer service. Extremely creaky and noisy rooms which allowed you to hear every step on staircases and every bang of every door. Severe lack of empathy from staff when an injury occurred, no real assistance given. Poor food. Severe lack of assistance. Rooms did not live up to price, very poor value for money.

Great location for the shopping area. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice english breakfast.

Your breakfast is so bad and not nice. All the plastic, not nice. Cann`t recoment to others because af the breakfast

The beds were quite comfortable and the room clean.

Poor facilities. Very basic and ceratinly not worth the money. Very expensive for what is offered. Noisy at night as other guests do not respect that families are already asleep. Very mediocre breakfast. A disappointing stay.

I booked this hotel utterly based on price. Once I reached the hotel, I noticed how perfectly located it was, 5 minute walk from the station, right in the centre of town with easy access to the local bars and restaurants. Next door there are two conveniently located restaurant/bars. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Map of the city was provided with plenty of suggestions to do in the evening and attractions to see during the day. Very recommended.

Continental buffet breakfast was included in the price of my 'double room with shared facilities', but did not have much of a choice taking into account the price of the room.

Clean, beautiful building, reasonable price

Location and sight seeing superb. Costings and Breakfast well worth the stay. Worthwhile seeing we came out from Perth, Australia.

Perfect location! Town centre, park, river, train station, bus station, pubs, restaurants - all within a few minutes walk. Friendly staff. Basic facilities - I really just wanted an affordable place to lay my head for the night, had a single room with ensuite, it was comfortable and ticked the boxes. Tea/coffee facilities in room was handy. It was nothing flash but it suited my purpose and definitely did the job! Friendly staff, who give you a bit of info about local eating spots when you arrive, and more than happy to help out with recommending the "must see" places in Bath.

The only negative was the ensuite - ventilation was really bad! And to be picky, the towels were really old, small & worn thin! But just for one night it wasn't a big deal. Other than this, it was good.

Staffs are very kind and nice. Room was clean and comfortable.Bar was also nice. Good location.

Price are a bit high.

Staff were so friendly. Hotel bar had a great atmosphere. Will return again.
