Helpfully and friendly staffs at the main reception. Good location which os within walking distance to main attractions. Shared bathroom was a little inconvenient. Room was small. Breakfast was quite simply.

I liked that the rooms were comfortable. The bed was comfortable and I had my own sink. I also liked that I got a free continental breakfast. Wifi needs improving.

Fantastic location. Fair sized room Loved the Four Poster Bed, gave the room a special quality Breakfast was served until 9.30 which was a little too early to finish serving on a weekend. If it had been served until 10 or room service available, we would have had some breakfast. The shower wasn't very powerful The cold water pressure was low

Parade Park staff were the best feature of the Hotel. The gentlemen who checked us in at 2000hrs was efficient and helpful. He provided an iron and board very quickly and pointed us to the more charming bars around town. A very good job. The room was clean, well appointed and great value for money. Thank you. CJ

Ideal Central location. Good for shops and plenty of excellent restaurants within short walking distance. Room clean and staff friendly and efficient. Bed comfortable, bathroom basic but efficient, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Room pretty warm didn't need the radiator on. Excellent view. Sixty six steps up to room, five more than our age! No lifts, carried own luggage. I can't remember the last time I slept so close to planet Jupiter. TV has freeview but poor reception restricting the number of channels available. Parking only available in public car parks, fairly close by and charge at expensive city rates. Free parking between 20.00 and 0800. The warden was around early morning. No secondary glazing in room. 'Saturday' night noise went on until 0230. Luckily it was winter so we had the windows shut, which cut some of it down. In summer the noise would be unbearable with open windows- no air conditioning. A second bedside reading light would be useful. It was also nice to see that electrical power points and a mirror were set at a level suitable for wheelchair users. However, just how you get a wheelchair up sixty six steps! If the owners spent a few bob upgrading glazing and air-con to a standard expected in a hotel that charges over three figures per night, then they would be on to a winner, even with the parking.

Was great - thanks! Close to station and to the sightseeing spots. Staff happily put us in a room on a lower floor, as we had big suitcases - with no problem. In passing (as I noticed a plumber in reception) - I mentioned that the shower was a bit 'squirty' - and found that the problem had already been sorted out - Staff seem to be on top of everything. On our last day - we wanted to leave on the early bus and the lady in the kitchen ran from the station to enable us to have an early coffee and quick breakfast. But as it was- Bath being so beautiful, we decided to take a later bus. So she ran for nothing... We felt a bit bad for her efforts, but this showed that they care about guests.

The location is good, quite close to Bath Abbey and the train station. Staffs are friendly. The price is not cheap. There are some other B&Bs that are comparably cheap, but they are not on Booking.com

Location is perfect.Staff is friendly.The room and bathroom were spotless.We shared the bathroom,it's not the ideal situation the bathroom was clean and it didn't suppose any problem.The room(budget double room)is small but is clean and bed is comfortable,enought to stay one weekend visting the city Maybe room is slight overprice,but the location is perfect and Bath is really expensive,so comparing prices with different b&b price was fair enough.

I loved the location. Centre of town, park view and easy access to pretty much everything in Bath. The hotel room was okay. Enough for a city scape and warn at night. Although we had a window with a beautiful view, the windows are not double glazed and the room is very noisy at night (and at all times). I got woken up about three times by ambulances and people walking and being loud outside. Also, breakfast was below expectations, serving hard boiled eggs instead of fried or scrabbled eggs is pretty disappointing, not even fresh coffee or chocolate, just an instant coffee/chocolate sachet on the table. Summarising, nothing is cooked, everything is pre- packed and for £89 pounds a night, I was expecting more.

The location is very good, very close to the Roman spa, cathedral and Sally Lunn. Rooms are small but clean and has enough facilities. Breakfast also pretty nice though not fancy. I think the price could be some 5 to 10 pounds cheaper after we compare it to other places we stayed in during our stay in the UK.

Location. Two minutes walk into the pump rooms. People talking outside the night club below hotel & traffic are noisy if you have a front room as there is no double glazing. Apart from this the room was large and comfortable but basic.

Good location.Walking distance to all tourist destinations. Staff helped to bring our heavy luggages up and down because there were no lifts. Noise from pub users directly below kept us awake. Carpet appears not cleaned for a long time.

The location is right in town. The hotel is right next to a local bar that college age groups gather at to drink. We were there on a Friday night and it was very loud outside of the hotel until 3 am.
