Very basic . Food poor and not value for money. At half the cost i would have said good but at these rates, even at this location, poor

Good central location from airport and for tube into central London.

None suited our needs.

The room was well equipped, very comfortable with an unrestricted view over the London skyline. It also had a bath as well as a shower - an unexpected luxury often these days. It was well placed on the bus route we used regularly. It was good value for London, and as good an Ibis as we have stayed in.

The few lifts were quite inadequate at busy times. When we checked in there was only one member of staff on duty, and, since he had to deal with an awkward query we were left unattended for an unacceptable time.

the location

The location is excellent, handy to the Underground. Also plenty of pubs, bars, restaurants in the vicinity.

I have no complaints.

nothing springs to mind

We really liked our room it was very comfortable, the bathroom was great and we loved the music in the bathroom. the pub downstairs was convenient and we had a good meal there. altogether a very pleasant experience.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk to the West Brompton tube station. Were able to leave our luggage in a secure room on the last day of our visit in London. Had a nice lunch at the pub when we arrived.

Great place to hang. Get the full English breakfast.

It was a very good standard hotel, ideal for an overnight stay. Facilities for eating we're very good, both dinner and breakfast. There was no need to look elsewhere. Ideal for our departure to Gatwick asthe EasyJet bus stop was right out the front. It bath sheets were great, and there was heating control within the room to adjust to one's liking.

the temperature of the bedrooms was a bit on the low side, unless I was not operating the heating system correctly, and was also bit loud during the night - (but not loud enough to stop me sleeping really well)

The helpfulness of the check in staff, they were extremely helpful to me.

The bed was very comfortable as per the advert.

I came back from the theatre and wanted a nice long soak in the bath before bed. No chance! the hot water ran for 5 minutes and then went cold. i decided to have a shower in the morning. I put the non slip bath mat into the bath. it was black with mould. The room cost me £80 and i am not going to stay there again.

Ideal place to stay for visiting Chelsea football club. Nice hotel, reasonably priced and with good rooms and facilities. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways in close proximity.

Located close to Earls Court and Chelsea football ground. Great value for the location. Comfortable room with a good bed. I can't comment on the bar or restaurant facilities as I have never used them.

My room on this occasion was close to the staff lift. A little noisy with people movement. Not typical. Have enjoyed quieter rooms at this hotel.

Location within 200 yards of the nearest tube station with easy access to central London. Bus route outside the main door. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent with quick easy check in and efficient service in the evening. The buffet Breakfast was excellent. In all very good value.

The staff where very friendly and helpful. Great location and great price. Lovely clean rooms with plenty of space.

The room was quite cold even with the heating on full.

The hotel is really good. And very clean! Breakfast is sufficient, though not cheap. One of the nice things - the easybus stop right near the hotel. When travelling from Gatwick it is an advantage.

The rooms are not soundproof. There are gaps between doors and walls. My sleep was interrupted by sudden loud noises like crashes of the doors or anything else.

Comfortable room with good outlook at the rear of the hotel. FREE internet a bonus. Great value in London and a good location for Earls Court and Chelsea

No fridge in the room

Good value - no frills but perfect as a base to come back to eat, wash and sleep. Breakfast not included in standard rate - keeps the price down for those who prefer to eat later in the day. Courteous and efficient service. Handy location. Option to pay on arrival.

Sometimes long waits for the lifts, especially after arrival of a large coach party. High dependency on lifts as the hotel has 12 storeys. Not made clear if there was an alternative stair access for non-emergency use - I didn't see any !
