The only thing that was positive was that it was close to the tube station. The breakfast was adequate as buffets go.
The room was small for a double and very dated. The air conditioning unit control was broken so we couldn't control the temperature, this was reported but nothing was done, the room was very warm so we had to open the window and put up with traffic noise. A lot of money for a run down place. Stayed at a premier on Fri night which felt like a 5*compared to the ibis
Good central location breakfast good although mainly self service and table clearing
Other people staying were drying their washing by hanging out or their room window giving a feeling of long term residence
A moderately good hotel. Nice staff with guiding facilities for tourists. Comfortable to stay and good wifi connectivity.
Simple hotel that does the job. Suitable for someone who wants somewhere basic but comfortable to sleep. Not for anyone who wants to impress or be impressed.
There is nothing that disappointed me about this hotel. The staff were dutiful. Place was clean. There was a conference going on when I stayed there. This was managed fantastically and every one was very helpful. The food was great too. Highly recommend. thank you for your great service
there was nothing that I did not like.
No fridge in the room
Handy location, room size & price OK for London
No iron in room; in house restaurant expensive
Location. Reasonably priced.
Noisy. Breakfast wasn't great.
King George pub inside Ibis has very good meals. Ensuite had recently been completely refitted and renovated. Location conveniently close to Earls court and West Bromption underground, and in particular on the Piccadily line that links Heathrow to London. well
Would be nice to have cheese available with the continental breakfast . Some guests from a coach group were pinching pressed meats and other foodstuffs and hiding it in their handbags. Consequently, these items often ran out and we had to wait for staff to bring out more platters. Coach tour guides should be informing their passengers its an offence to take food from hotel dining rooms.
broken tile in bathroom
The room was very clean and well airconditioned the staff was very helpful and the beds where the best we ever slept into . Best value for money
The view wasn't much but it wasn't what I went there for apart from that everything was excellent
comfortable beds, tea and coffee and good location. we arrived early on a very rainy day, we were pleased we were allowed to check in early
one of the rooms had a cracked sink,tv wasnt working properly, but the other room was excellent
We were in room 655 the whole stay we had a faulty lock that would only open on occasion the staff did not care less and did not apologise or offer new room. We had to have a member of staff let us in 3 times. So disappointed with the attitude of the staff.
The staff were very rude
Good position near the tube, comfortable, and very clean...
The price of the parking...too expensive!!
Real good handy location for a visit to London. Priced well and has a lot of nearby cafes / pubs available for a good meal. Tube stop just up the road and buses out the front. Good restaurant in the hotel and staff were helpful. Would use it again.
Price location pets
The staff were friendly The bed was comfy
The shower hose was leaking The wifi did not work The plug in the bath did not keep the water from draining
Air con didn't work
We had a lovely room on the 11th floor, lots of space, very comfortable bed.
I couldn't figure out our air-conditioning unit so we ended up having the window open which was very noisy to us country-dwellers, even 11 floors up.
We asked for an extra bed for my child upon arrival. The staff were very helpful to facilitate our request.
The water tap is not fixed properly.
TV was quirky
The Ibis is in the perfect location, there are tube stations very close by, and it is a stones throw away from the Earl's Court Convention Center. The rooms are spacy and very comfortable, and the employees are helpful and polite. Also, i love the breakfast they serve, and the café on the first floor is the perfect place to have a meal, or watch sports.
Quick and easy access, nice staff. Very clean rooms.
For the price free WiFi wouldn't hurt.
