Great hotel and good location if you are around earls court. Room was comfortable and clear. Bar staff friendly.
The shower head kept spinning round so having a proper shower was a challenge. When I reported it to reception, there was no apology or indication that they were going to do anything about it.
The location is very good, conveniently located between two tube stops. It is a dated facility that is undergoing upgrades however, the rooms are huge ( by London standards) and that makes up for a lot. We have stayed in many hotels in this area of the city and the Ibis is very good value for your money. We will definitely stay here again.
Room was good bed very comfy great location for tube stations and Easybus from Gatwick
Breakfast was a bit expensive considering you could get a huge breakfast just down the road for £6
Close to the Eventime Odeon if you are attending a concert. Convenient to the Underground Station. Short walk to Victoria & Albert Museum etc. Reasonably good pubs and cafes in the vicinity. A typical London high street is close by. Chelsea Football Club are nearby if football's your thing.
convenient location quiet room comfortable
Comfortable. Great breakfast. Close to underground station
Not a lot
Booking . Com didn't book us in!!!!!!!
Room and facilities
Lack of a swimming pool
Not a lot - typical over-priced tired London hotel with poor service focus.
Room smelled of smoke Lift being upgraded 1970s decor No feeling of welcome. Poor customer service
Proximity to Earls Court Exhibition Centre. Parking under the Hotel
Very long wait in the restaurant on the second night
Was at a show in earls court. Hotel a 5 min walk. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only issue is walls abit thin but didnt impact too much. Breakfast excellent. Hotel kept our luggage during day after checkout which was a great help as it meant we didnt have to drag it round with us all day. Definitely recommend this hotel, especially if going to earls court. Also with 5min walk of nearest tube station. Would stay again
Walls too thin
1. It is a budget hotel, offering value for money. When one selects an ibis hotel, he/she usually knows what to expect. It is a standard hotel for just a sleep, nothing else, in my opinion.
1. Their porter service is unacceptable; we arrived late at night, myself and my daughter, having with us 3 quite heavy luggages, and although my daughter seeked their assistance in putting the luggages on the trolley, no-one came. Very indifferent and not adequately motivated personnel. 2. The neighborhood around IBIS EARL's COURT is not the best one. I would not walk on my own late at night.
room was all good and comfortable clean etc.
too warm , had to sleep with windows open which was very noisy
staff attitude, this would have reflected management attitude. If I owned the Ibis management would be looking for new employment
the location was very good. there is an underground, overground and rail station a block away from the hotel (west brom) . A day transit pass is 9 pound ,unlimited travel or it's 5.70 pounds one way ticket .and you can get the train to windsor from there. there is a main street a block the other way for supermarket or mc donalds. if you're in shape ,we walked to Harrods or Hyde park and back but it takes about an hour each way.
air conditioning wasn't good but we could open the windows and the noise wasn't that bad
Good location. Helpful staff. Good restaurant/pub.
It was close to Earls Court.
Food in the bar was not value for money, and we was constantly disturbed through the night with drunk and noisy guests, certainly not value for money... Will look for a premier inn next time.
In-house bar and restaurant Felt very safe Nice view from 10th floor!
Too noisy Hard beds Too few beverages in room Cost of breakfast
the pub inside the view free wifi the pub food rooms have air con good location for going to the earls court building (rip)
the restaurant (food prices and selection, not a fan of heat lamped food for my dinner) the pub on the same floor has much better food. lifts need repairing
Everything was super. V friendly and efficient staff. Nice bed linen. Stayed here 4 times now. Great value for money and an amazing Taiwanese restaurant 200 metres up the road.
On the booking site I choose roomn rate but after depature in the hotel, they charge to me extra..so check with them before before booking!!!
Superb location close to tube station.
Location relating to the venue of the seminar!
Advice to go to Aberdeen Angus Steak House in Leicester Square which was booked via private hire cab at £24. We aborted the ride and found a much better option in Knightsbridge which was a lot closer!
Breakfast for good, staff was helpful.
Location Quiet room Good wifi. I made Skype calls
Over priced breakfast was kind of crummy Curtains broken in my room No tissues No shampoo TV speaker in the bathroom!? Directions & lifts confused & not well thought out or efficient Lots of excuses in the form of signs
