location, parking, staff, cleanliness, warm room, lovely reception area, nice bar
Good price for London and easy access to underground/overground station. Also bus service just outside hotel. Fulham broadway is just around the corner.
poor pillows noisy rooms poor breakfast on SIDE PLATES ? 4 nights stay and the same dirty towels were refolded and reused!!
Good, clean hotel with excellent transport links.
Staff were very helpful, friendly and ready to help.
There was a smell of fresh paint on the floor where my room was, the smell came at 5.30a.m. I got allergic reaction. Luckily the staff investigated and switched my room the following night. I would have gotten a better night sleep if I wasn't awoken by the awful smell.
Bathrooms need upgrade
We were given a room on the top floor which was what I had requested and the view was wonderful ,from breakfast to dinner food really yummy.we will certainly be using the ibis again
You can park at the hotel
Rooms are a bit old
Hotel facilities ie:resteraunt ,bar.nice helpful and friendly staff.great value for money.
Nicely decorated, clean room with good facilities, and free WiFi.
Bed was quite hard and not the most comfortable.
Well located, lots of pubs/restaurants in close proximity as well as tube station.
Rooms are noisy - your neighbor snores or takes a shower - you live the same 1:1. WIFI did too often drop off.
The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Our room was in the 11th floor, so it was also pretty quiet, but the whole zone seems to be rather quiet, which is good if you need a good rest after a day walking around the city.
There's not much to see in that area, but it's close to West Brompton and Earl's Court underground stations, so it won't take you long to get to anywhere in the city.
Bed was suspect as I don't think sheets had been changed Breakfast far too expensive Food not turned over keeping it hot Cold food is not good and I did complain
As above the bed
Staff , hot water, wifi (although slow sometimes) and location
Check your heating before you move in the room
The room on the 8th floor was OK. A little tired in parts
Receptionist was difficult to understand Wi-Fi was so slow it was virtually unusable
Room very clean, decorated nicely. Was able to get early check in upon request.
Shower did not work, bath took a long time to fill. Hotel was great for Earls Court but not Central London.
The actual hotel is fine to stay in, we were on the 11th floor and our view was the majority of London, and lovely day or night! We dined in the hotel restaurant on one evening for a buffet meal and for £15 each it was gorgeous, lovely home cooked food after a day sightseeing! The hotel was a little busy but the staff could not do enough to help us with any issues! We ate at a little restaurant called the Tawain village about 2 mins walk to the left of the hotel as you come out of the door! Even on valentines day they still managed to get us a table!
The only bad point of the hotel is that the parking is £17 a day! This isn't really stated anywhere only in the very small print at the bottom! Maybe it should be more reduced for hotel guests as it is a public car park and non residents can park there.
Liked the pub
The restaurant wasn't nice. And the room smelt bad.
Friendly staff and allvery easy.
Good position, good price, rooms more than decent!
My room was small.
Everything was in good order, amazing view from the room of London, staff were very helpful and professional.
Pillows were to soft and there was a small hole in the sheet bur these were just minor things overall was a fantastic hotel and will be using again
