Great hotel. I have stayed here on numerous occasions. Ideally located for chelsea fc matches
Helpful polite staff great room on high floor, good bar. Did not use the restaurant, Convent parking. Handy for the ideal home exhibition at Earl's Court.
Price of breakfast and the lifts could be a problem at busy times.
The location was good, the breakfast was good as well as the food in the restaurant
The rooms are too small, the shower did not work correctly, the armoire was broken, there was miscommunication regarding our reservation and we had to check out early, the room was not clean and the bed was uncomfortable
efficient, neat, close to Underground and nearby restaurants and supermarket
Good parking facility with integral lifts to Hotel Floors. Clean room with clean en-suite. Furnishings in room basic but for business sleepover not important. George&Dragon Pub/Restaurant on first floor good with excellent menu and cosy atmosphere. Breakfast very good also on first floor.
Room furnishings a little tired but some refurbishment already in progress.
Helpful & friendly staff. Breakfast was good value. Clean and comfortable,
Friendly and helpful staff, evening buffet choices were excellent for the price,£15 per head.Location and cleanliness.
Breakfast expensive at £11.50 per head compared to evening buffet,Although children under 12 do not pay.
Nice place to stay.
Comfy bed. great location
Price of the breakfast extortionate
Clean comfortable rooms
Reception not always manned, which seemed odd for such a busy hotel.
On previous visits we have always had a disabled parking space, which was free of charge. This time the space was occupied by a van which had something to do with catering at the hotel & we were told we would have had to pay even if we did have that usual space! I complained, but was told it was never free of charge for disabled, yet we have stayed there at least three times & used it, showing the proof of badge to reception! We didn't ask for a room for 'disabled', but were given one, which means no drawer space in bedroom or shelves in bathroom. Staying for more than one night made this a nuisence. Staff we spoke to at reception sloke very poor english, which we haven't had on previous visits.
Close to Tube and bus stops. Good restaurant.
Fairly small room.
Staff were friendly and efficient. Location to earls court and west Brompton tube station were very close by and Earls Court itself is only 5 mins walk away- great! Good greasy spoon cafe across the road where we had an quick breakfast. We given a disabled access room - don't know why as i hadnt requested it but we were tired and it didn't bother us. Room was large clean and comfortable with free wifi which was very good.
If you're a light sleeper then don't book here . you can very easily hear People walking, talking in the corridor, doors shutting. The rooms are a little tired and the bath towels were old.
Location was very good
Dated and grubby feel to the corridors rooms and bathroom.
no room service but new takeaway from the buffet was great.
cheap...compared to other earls court hotel super near easy bus
Reasonably priced and near the underground
Good location with a lot happening a short walk away.
Nothing standa out as a specific dislike but a slightly morw spacious room would be nice
Location (for Earls Court) Helpful staff Late check out (12 noon) Luggage hold facility after check out Room was clean Speaker in the bathroom :-)
Breakfast - nothing amazing for the price and too over crowded. Bar in the Hotel, styled to be old fashioned but just seemed weird, tatty and a bit pricey.
Lovely clean hotel
Discusting attitude of the manager, would not stay there again due to how he treats his customers
price of breakfast Bed
Customer service in the reception. Only last day was nice but predominantly they weren't nicest people in the world.
It was reasonably cheap but nasty and unclean
Kindness of Staff members
Noise No mini bar No flat shower
Location is good, near to the station
sound insulation of the room is terrible.....too noisy
