Affordable accommodation relatively close to the city-centre; nice building.... nice room... not sure - only stayed a night so I did not get to see many aspects of the establishment but I presume everything is of a similar standard.... |

Staff are very welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was easily accessible from the town centre. The room was nicely decorated, and had a flat screen TV, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was poorly ventilated, it was very hot in the night. The shower wasn't the most presentable. light switches and lamps were also in odd places, it took me a while to work out what switched on what! |

The room was of a far higher standard than I would have expected for the amount that I paid. The bathroom was a little dated but very clean and functional. |

The decor of the hall and stairs do not reflect the state of the rest of the hotel. However, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything was bad. rooms were tiny - even when we upgraded to the deluxe rooms. First room given had dirty towels all over the floor. no hot water, shower room was disgustingly dirty and a trickle for a shower. Hole in the sink. We had a room with a baby bed, and there was not enough space to even walk! |

Cool location, just next to the city centre, but in an area that looks like a deserted city. |

Just needed a clean reasonably priced comfortable overnight stay and it met my needs completely. A request to switch from double to twin was dealt with quietly and efficiently. Ideally a slightly bigger bathroom, but it surficed. |

good accommodation close to City Centre - 5 mins by taxi. Area is quite run down, but we found two OK local pubs within 5/10 mins nearby. Naylors Bar open until 12.30 was welcome - we were able to cathch up on converastion berfore going to bed. The service and accommodation was better than the Reviews posted on the web suggested. |
