This seafront hotel overlooks Weston Bay and the North Devon and South Wales coasts. It serves fine food in its sea-view restaurant and offers free Wi-Fi access.

The friendly staff and the comfort. l felt At home and was comfortable.
Very pleasant and helpful. Extremely clean No rules to dampen the weekend. Could come and go as we wanted. Very quiet, no loud unruly guests
Room a little small but what do you expect at the bargain price.
Very friendly staff, the room was really sweet and comfortable, breakfast very good.
Parking was a little difficult but the owner said we could park in the garage at the back which was great.
Oh my word it was the perfect break I needed and more. Julie couldn't do enough for me and her breakfast was delish. The room was excellent and I slept like a baby. I will definately be back. In fact I tried to book again this morning but the room was already booked out that day.
I have to admit I can't stand a ticking clock so I took it down from the wall and carefully put it in the drawer. But that's no fault on the guest house its just me.
Good Wifi and room OK for one night.
Very 'fussy' room - all black and white. Odd shower - water not very warm - although we were told to run it to get it hot. Being asked to come down to early breakfast sitting.
the owner was very friendly and helpful. The waitress at breakfast time was very friendly too .
The room I stayed in with my son, wasn't up to good standards, the room was packed with furniture, the toilet pipes on the floor was covered with a cloth which I later found was hiding mould around the pipes. an extension lead around our heads where you put your pillows to sit up in bed , all wires exposed very dangerous really, what would happen a sparke came off the plugs looked alittle over loaded. another extension lead balanced against the fridge to hold it in place. lead hanging down the fridge. bed uncomfortable, the quilt had some marks on it, had been washed, as the marks were faded never the less this isn't what you want to see when sleeping next to it . The room itself was a hazard.
The room that I booked on line descibed it as a refurbished modern double bedroom 2nd floor, but we were put in to a ground floor bedroom not as described and a little noisy first thing in the morning while breakfast was being prepared next to our room.
Very friendly welcome, great little room very comfy bed.
Very low roof so not so good if you're tall.
The breakfast was great although the breakfast room was small and couldn't accommodate all residents. It was hot and nicely prepared. The refreshments in the room were great.
The bedroom was quite small and the shower was either boiling hot or very cold.
The comfort and location was very good.
The shower was somewhat temperamental
The owners were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean. The fridge was handy. Breakfast was delicious. Not far to walk to the town centre.
Location was great with just a short walk to sea front or town centre. Plenty of free nearby parking. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful
The only drawbacks with this guest house was that we were on the third floor and it was quite a hike up all those stairs. The room was just a tad on the small side and the free wifi router was located on the ground floor and the signal bearly reached our room. Relocating router to middle floor would accommodate the whole building
Location especially good
Lovely and friendly welcome. Very informative introduction to room and house rules. Room and bathroom clean Fabulous breakfast.
Mirror in bathroom was too high on wall, could not see yourself. Expected a power shower, water flow was very weak. Towels not great quality but okay. Odd floor towels in bathroom. Light not good enough for putting on makeup or appropriate mirror.
lovely room and breakfast. staff were welcoming and only to pleased to help
could not pull blinds up and down and curtain on left side not attached properly and had to tuck curtain behind mirror to block out light.
Friendly owners Close to the seafront Very nice breakfast
Small room Small bed
Loved the personal touch . And consideration from the owners
I was contacted by Paul the owner on our journey down to the guest house to say that they had double booked and would we mind changing rooms to a ground floor room at the rear of the property, he would give us a discount for the inconvenience which he did. I must say the breakfast is one of the best I have had in any guest house.
As the room was situated on the ground floor we were unable to have the windows open this made the room very stuffy and uncomfortable during the night there was also no access to the main house, so this meant we had to walk down a gully and up the road to enter the house to have breakfast in the dining room this was okay as the weather was good but would have been a nightmare if it was raining. My only other gripe is that there was no wardrobe so no where to hang our clothes
comfort and cleanliness with good parking and great host
The owners were very friendly helpful the food was excellent
The stairs but at my age why would I?
Good food Good reserved parking area We were provided with the family room which was a large room with plenty of space and a bathroom of moderate size with a good shower. Made to feel welcome
A very clean and well equipped B&B Lovely room Great Breakfast Great location
Best b&b I have ever stayed in and I had travelled the last 6years.
