The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is situated in an upmarket area which is also perfect if you are seeing a show at the appollo theatre, close to some great restaurants too! The bed was comfy and there was underfloor heating in the bathroom which my partner was especially fascinated by :D
The room was quite small and there was quite a lot of noise outside but to be expected I suppose
Helpfulness of the staff
Room was so tiny it was difficult to move around
Staff are very helpful and the location is good.
Location is good.
This Hotel is not a 4* Standard. We had numerous problems and the fact that this hotels website uses a photo of another property in Ebury Road to sell itself speaks volumes. Do not Book here
Helpful staff. The shower was amazing!!
Stairs to downstairs rooms a bit steep with a door at the top.
professional and positive, helpful staff. nicely decorated and well maintained.
tiny room, but it was clearly advertised as such and good value for central London one-night
Close to Victoria Station. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, rooms are very clean and the area is quiet.
Close to London Victoria Station, Wi-Fi included, convenient bathroom, excellent hairdryer, comfortable (though too narrow) bed, friendly day-time receptionists.
Cold water was usually unavailable from the sink, the only fruits/vegetables available for breakfast were canned peaches, I found the night-time staff unfriendly.
Close to travel (Victoria) and areas I wnated to visit, Sloane Square & Kings Road. Breakfast Clean
small double bed, good job was alone no lift, good job only had small case and not like normal travel or rating would be much down on this.
Location was a perfect base for our needs. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The cost was very reasonable, particularly as included breakfast
Lovely comfortable bed Great shower Good breakfast
Room was in the basement and right next to a boiler which was very noisy and did wake me up a couple of times but other than that the room was very nice.
The short walk to the tube station, nice facilities, breakfast and hospitality.
There was not conditioner or face clothes available in the room or offered by the hotel in general. Both are essentials in my opinion to a hotel service.
Only the location
Very small room, even no place to put your luggage..No lift, very tight stairs ...It is not 4 star hotel, even it is not a hotel.Maybe a host. Not worth to this money, give 30 pounds more and go to a real hotel !
The friendly staff and the great location, the room was clean and very comfortable I definitely would stay here again
Tidy comfortable rooms. Lovely helpful and welcoming staff. Good location.
Couldn't seem to find a wifi password but didnt ask for it either so my fault really.
The hotel was just a short walk from the station and underground making it a good location for getting around London. The room was clean and well presented. Very nice bathroom with excellent shower. The staff were polite and everything worked as v it should.
The only negative was the bed was only a standard double, although still very comfortable. There is no lift so not suitable for people with mobility problems
The best location in all the hotels i've been to in London
Parking is hard to find, guess i need to be lucky at all times
Lovely little room very clean
Everything i didnt like. For the priced charged i expected a decent sized room and bath. Toilet and sink were so close that u had to meanger about to get the small standing shower
The place was very quiet and comfortable with friendly staff.
Really lovely room for the price.
Wifi was very slow.
Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are adequate in terms of space. Good bathroom, excellent shower. Clean. Good neighbourhood. Quiet.
Room/room noise (depending on who occupies the room nextdoor).
clean, fairly spacious room close to Victoria and thus city centre
breakfast very basic reception helpful but a bit slow
Convenient to Victoria and surrounding areas room was clean and complimentary tea and coffee was a nice addition
We were situated next to a boiler type room and the pipes were noisy all night long . The web site shows walk-in showers but ours was in a bath with only half a screen !
Our club room was booked but was in the basement. I would have expected the basement room to be less expensive than the upper floors. They very quickly changed and gave us a standard double on the second floor.
No lift and very narrow stairs.
