torn out towels poor replenishment of cosmetics and soap. 5 days worn out soap no extra. noisy stairway internet facility out of reach most of the time.

Excellent friendly and extremely helpful staff, super clean and comfortable, minor issues handled very quickly and efficiently, excellent breakfast offered daily in a three hour window, perfect location for sightseeing.

No ice or refrigeration. There is a market a block away open late but would be nice if hotel had ice machine at least. Shower failed one morning, but was fixed immediately and was only a minor inconvenience.

Helpful staff and nice bedroom well furnished and comfortable. Great location not far from Victoria station and Buckimgam Palace. Definitely a great place to stay !

Choice for breakfast might be diversified beside a friendly staff.

Towels were very thin. Shower didn't drain so only 1 of us could use it. Breakfast was poor.

My wife and I are elderly people and we found the staff very helpful and friendly during our stay there. Hotel clean and well maintained.

We were allocated the top floor which was ok, but not having a lift made it difficult especially having to carry our luggage.

It is a very small and cute hotel in the hart of the Belgrevia, it is very close to Victoria station, but in the same time in a very relax area. The stuff is nice, and the breakfast was very nice. We enjoy the location.

The rooms are very small....and bath room are smaller.... regular basic TV channels, no refrigerators in the room, no twin rooms.....

Location and character

Totally unclean bathrooms, this is simply not professionally undertaken

the location was conveniently within walking distance of Victoria station with access to the gatwick express. the room was bright clean and modern. taxis were readily available nearby could walk to some tourist sites eg buckingham palace or harrods.

there was no lift which meant climbing narrow stairs. there was no bar or restaurant there was no sitting room the floor of the room sloped

VERY good location, centre of London yet on a quiet street. Lovely bed absolutely amazing nights sleep. Staff are happy to help and lovely and welcoming, rooms are decent size. very happy with my stay

shower door didn't close properly so we had to put a towel down but that was it really- that one tiny thing. Don't be put off- it really is a lovely hotel!

Bed is very comfortable, room is very clean, small, but enough for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast had not enough options. In the morning thee was a lot of light coming true the courtains and door.

Ideally location for theatre and sightseeing. Quiet area and hotel was tastefully furnished and staff were very helpful.

Matress was far too soft which made sleeping very difficult.

i liked where it is situated near coach and train station close to theatres really enjoyed everything about it would def book again

The location.

Not clean enough. Uninterested staff, especially at the breakfast. To small rooms, no space to put stuff. To small breakfast room. No high chairs. No cots. Some pillows didn't even have pillow cases and there were no protection mattress in between the sheet and the big mattress. This hotel only seems to get four star rating because of the good location.

Location

Awful. Basement room that was freezing. An electric storage heater for the bedroom and no heat in bathroom. Consistent noise from dining area right above our room from 5.30am. Cannot describe how awful this hotel is. I don't usually write reviews as everyone has their own opinion but I stay in London a good few times a year and I won't set foot within 100 yards of this place. Totally overpriced and staff of no help, a member of staff stopped and watched my wife trying to carry to large bags up a steep flight of stairs from the basement and didn't offer to help. Also, the stairs are totally illegal down to the basement, so dangerous. I really can't believe we paid money to stay here.

In my humble opinion the best thing in this hotel is the excellent location.

Looking to other four star hotels this stays far behind, however I didn't found anything that will stop me from re-schedule at this hotel.

Decent location.

This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star one. Clean but extremely basic. I moved to a real 4 star hotel after one night. They begrudgingly refunded me one night's stay and tried to tell me that it was a 4 star 'style' hotel and that it didn't claim to be anything else. Their website is certainly misleading.

Very clean. Comfortable bed, and breakfast included. Friendly staff and good location.

It was very small, but for the money it was great.
