Travelling on business so convenient location close to Victoria Station. Polite and expedite staff, clean and nice room. No noise, was on an upper floor.
Breakfast a bit limited but better than most budget hotels in this kind of central location in London
Basement rooms are claustrophobic but we asked to be moved and we were. Stairwell run down
Bad hotel staff are lazy rooms are tacky carpet was filthy unclean do not stay over priced
The location of this hotel is great,a short walk from Victoria station and set in a quiet street. Ideal for dropping your cases off if your early.
we were given the room in the basement which we didn't find out until later that night had an air conditioner unit outside the room.We could not get any sleep that night because of the noise it was making. We got moved the next morning upstairs to a more quieter room. My advice if you stay here ask for an upstairs room.
The size of the room was a bit small but it wasn't an issue for us but may be for others.
Perfectly pleasant room convenient for Victoria.
Very good staff, friendly and efficient. Breakfast sufficient, fast service, choice good and friendly greetings
The bed was too soft for my back
Good sized , clean room
Poor choice of breakfast and no lift to any of the floors making it difficult for baggage although receptionists do help if asked. Windows single glazed so quite noisy.
The bed was comfy
I had to hand then a letter at the end of my stay with 10 bulletpoints of issues we had including shower dirty amd broken toilet leaking and my email so the manager could contact me and they still havent i stayed in room 014
The girl at the breakfast bar was very friendly Good location
Wifi did not work in the room Breakfast was very rudimentary The two guys at reception made me feel like a criminal when there had been a misunderstanding about my luggage tag
Good and clean hotel.
No elevator so big luggage is not recommended unless you are strong. The breakfast was enough to not be hungry but not good enough to be happy.
nice friendly hotel. good value for money, excellent continental breakfast. staff very helpful this are first trip to London, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Quieteness of hotel and its surroundings. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was healthy. Essentials like coffee making equipment, TV, and hair dryer - good
Room was too small to fit a double bed, therefore was quite squashed
Night concierge said that the wifi did not work. Day receptionist then mentioned that we could have used another wifi within the hotel. Poor information services
Clean and central
Very small room and bathroom so tight you couldn't turn round, no where to put towels and toiletries. There was no cold water unless you flushed the toilet twice. The bed was so close to wardrobe could not get out in the night.,
location was great, walking distance from Victoria Station, clean room, nice stuff
the bed was too small for my tall husband and the bathroom tab did not have cold water
Location and friendly staff
very compact room
Staff Bed was comfortable Location convenient
Room was comfortable in an ideal location
Continental breakfast could have been better
Helpful staff. Very quiet room
Most staff were very helpful and the bed was comfortable.
Everything from the rooms being much less than 25 sq metres and in the basement, to the breakfasts of cheap cereal and tinned peaches, to the taxi booked by the hotel not knowing where the Strand was and stinking.
Poor wifi speed.
The wifi was poor, and I couldn't get any of my devises to connect
The location of the hotel is great!
Bathroom is very small and there is no place to leave your belongings. Also, the cupboard in the doubleroom is really too small. Breakfast could be way better (not a lot of choice!)
They help with the suitcases be ause there is no lift. At the check out they promised a discount for the next time...
Poor room Poor bed. Never had such a bad sleeping expereance. Poor shower Poor breakfast Poor location Very noisy from the works outside
