Close to BIC, comfy bed and great breakfast
The room size The welcome The restaurant & bar The location
Small bathroom, lack of shelves, plastic shower curtain (come on - this was a lovely room. You could have done a little more with the bathroom).
Nice hotel, staffs are helpful. Would stay again.
Location good for The Pavillion, lovely breakfast, very clean.
Room quite small and no onsite parking
The location is ideal for both beach and town. Food first class. Breakfast cooked to order, hot and superb better than the usual buffet offerings at other hotels, staff excellent
Bathroom a little cramped, this was a classic room, other rooms are better as we have stayed at Parc Central before and the rooms and bathrooms have always been spacious
The Breakfast was lovely, & such friendly staff. We arrived early & left our luggage at the hotel with no problems, Within half hour they rang to say our room was ready. Seriously great Customer service. Would highly recommend to friends & Family.
Every one was great
Front staff pleasant friendly with information if asked and helpful . The breafast staff attentive and service was prompt and friendly.
walking distance to town
the same menu on both days
Size and comfort of room Staff Breakfast
Car parking not being on site.
Well what can i say about Park Central Hotel. From the moment we checked in i had a feeling this was going to be a good choice. The staff at reception were the best i have ever seen in a hotel, very professional and we even got our rooms upgraded at no extra cost. I can honestly say i will staying there agin. The location was perfect and parking our cars was hassle free. Breakfast had a great choice to choose from and everything was cooked beautifully
The staff on reception were excellent, very helpful could not fault any of them. The location of the hotel is great for a walk through the park into town and for the buses and beach.
The staff in the restaurant did not seem to get their act together. We were always missing things on the table, glasses, knives, butter etc. The staff were not quick in filling up the breakfast buffet most times it appeared to be quite empty. The room we were allocated was quite dark, we needed to have a light on during the day.
The staff were really helpful and the restaurant was excellent. Best dinner we have had for some time. Waiters and waitresses very polite and helpful.
Small basin in bathroom, more suitable for cloakroom than bathroom. Needed hooks ot rails to hang bath towels. Also hand grips on wall over bath, as quite slippery.
Our suite was lovely & big & well worth the extra paid.
restaurant was very good and the staff were attentive
poor lighting in the room
Location, friendly helpful staff, nice bar, although we did elsewhere as limited menu for a 12 year old.
The friendly staff and excellent all round condition of the hotel.I have no complaints at all.
Very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Lovely food, excellent breakfast freshly cooked and hot. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and bar for dinner. Such a good location, five minutes from the Pavilion and British International Centre. Very economical car parking scheme. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, gardens ... and very tame squirrels. Will be going again next month.
Hotel is great for easy access to the town and beach. Rooms are of a good size with usual mod cons. Parking was easy and only over the road in the bic
Walls are paper thin so got woken up at 5am by other guests. Would have liked beans served with breakfast, felt dry.
Staff were excellent and very helpful
room 308 we stayed in had a pinch point at the end of the bed and we caught our legs on the bed base, it would have been better to have had a divan bed in this room.
Hard to criticise anything
On entering reception we were greeted with professionalism and a smile, made to feel very welcome. There was a card and chocolates in our room for our anniversary. Walking into town through the park was less than 10. minutes. We ate in the hotel restaurant lovely food and staff professional but not intrusive. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel.
Perfect location for graduation, right opposite the BIC. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
In room toiletries adequate but a little sparse.
The Crab restaurant is first class no request was too much trouble. Our daughter was graduating at Bournemouth International Center right across the road so the location was ideal for us.
We found the room and the shower were quite small and the lighting was inadequate. No shelves in the shower room for our toiletries.
