Nice size room although a little on the dark side as we were on the ground floor. Nice and clean with good bath and powerful shower. Location is great. Easy walking distance to beach and town centre. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. We also ate in the Hotel restaurant 'The Crab' which serves good quality fish dishes and definitely worth a try. Would recommend paying to park in the car park opposite as parking is very limited in Bournemouth. All in all we had a lovely weekend and would definitely recommend this hotel and return when we come back.
Room was lovely - staff very helpful and Crab restaurant excellent. Great locaton
Comfy bed and clean room. Good location for the beach and international centre.
Parking was limited. Our room was small.
location was very good and the Crab restaurant, although a little pricey, served delicious food. The breakfasts were very good and varied. The service was very good too and all the staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed in a "signature" room. It was large and comfortable and the coffee machine was a great "extra". Will happily stay there again.
bed was a little soft but that's down to personal taste.
It's a nice hotel perfectly located right across the road from the BIC which is what we wanted. We had a lovely sea view room, although the bathroom was tiny and they could've made it bigger by reducing the size of a seating area. Nice restaurant attached, advised to book in advance.
No on site parking, although you can park across the road in the BIC in reserved hotel places. I'd rather park at the hotel I'm staying at. A lot of staff on duty in the restaurant for breakfast but the service was really slow.
Excellent staff and location, great breakfast, my partner and I had a lovely couple of days
Quite noisy and bathroom quite small
The attention given by the staff & the cleanliness of the hotel.
We were in room 312 the room felt very hot although we had a fan on all the time & a lot of noise from the road outside on Sat night .
The friendliness and professionalism of staff enhanced what was a very relaxed, comfortable stay.
Great location and room very spacious!
Disappointing that it a was too hot in the room with the heating the noise from the street made it difficult to get to sleep. Also breakfast was good but the staff got all the orders wrong and a number of guests were complaining about waiting times and wrong orders etc
The lighting in the bathroom was too dark. It didnt pose a problem for me(being a woman) but I think a man would find it difficult to shave.
Location was great, very close to the sea front and walking distance from bars/restaurants etc. Hotel was clean and very good value for money.
Wasn't made aware that we would not be able to check in until 3pm when we had made the hotel aware that we were arriving at 12pm.
Stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary. Warm welcome on arrival, checked we had table booked, upgraded our room. Card and chocs in room was a lovely touch. Our room overlooked the sea everything was perfect.
Great staff, lovely restaurant, clean spacious rooms.
No lounge area for the children to be in the evening other than the restaurant.
was a gorgeous room, very friendly and helpful staff, such thoughful things in room as it was our first wedding anniversary, fantastic location close to everything. Sad to leave! Breakfast YUM!!
The staff were extremely welcoming. We had a lovely large, comfortable room with bath and sea view. Can't fault it.
Staff very friendly and helpful lovely location good food.
Sloping ceiling made it difficult to walk past bed. Unable to have a shower in bath as sloping ceiling.
knew we were in the right place when we checked in. Reception staff were friendly efficient and helpful. This applies to all the other staff we met during our visit. hotel was spotless and room big and very comfortable. Good variety for breakfast.Excellent location. We look forward to returning.
The helpfulness of the staff & attention to detail throughout our stay there! Made us feel special & appreciated! We wld def go back but not to the same room hopefully as re my negative below!!!!
Not being able to have a stand up shower in our room! As we were in the attic room 501 the rooms were slanted so only had a bath with a lower attached shower head to use only whilst taking a bath! I also bumped my head a few times on the slanted walls as i was trying to walk around the end of the bed! Ouch!!!!
