Centrally located and the staff couldn't do enough for you and in a genuine way, wished we could have stayed another night will stay again
The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming.
The day was cold and on entering our room for the 1st time, the heating was not on in our room until we asked.
Restaurant did not open for breakfast at 7am as stated - staff were late and unprofessional - we had to leave without breakfast at 8am - staff said they were late getting up! Hotel comfort was great, as were staff and cleanliness - restaurant let the hotel down both in the evening meal and in the breakfast! Hotel 10:10 restaurant 0/10 :-(
Cleanliness of room and space, location.
Wifi was poor found it difficult to connect for our stay.
Had a grotty bathroom and couldn't book into the crab resturant even though we stayed at the hotel
Location Good breakfast Very friendly staff
Bar closed at 11pm
Greeted by friendly and efficient staff. Easy access to sea front, BIC and short walk to the shops. Room was clean and warm and hairdryer, iron and ironing board were provided.
Having to pay to park at the BIC instead of onsite.
The best breakfast either of us have ever had in a hotel. I was concerned that the bed wasn't as firm as I like but a fantastic sleep later my fears were unjustified. It's clean and the staff very helpful
There was nothing at all I didn't like
Location, style, service and quality
Location, right opposite BIC
The location is perfect and the parking is easy. The staff are excellent and the room 408 looks out over the pier and the sea. The rooms are plenty big enough and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was very nice too.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
Location excellent for show at International Centre. Rooms a good size and clean
Breakfast served small teapots for two. Full English breakfast had undercooked bacon and cremated black pudding. Can not comment on evening meal as not available due to Christmas Party
Central location and views from room
Cost of parking
Staff that just want to go above and beyond. Katrina moved us when we had a fault with the shower, the help whilst we stayed was a real pleasure
I was running late and staff were wonderful, taking my luggage so I could go out again!
No food available in hotel after event at BIC which surprised us as I would have thought they would have catered for the BIC clientiele. Also, although they catered for disabled providing ramp up to the door on either side, but the big heavy door had to be opened manually! They need an automatic door or button for disabled to open it.
We like having the BIC across the road. the rooms are nice and comfortable. breakfast very good. car park o.k. but could be included.
the bar are not very good, to small and not enough seating. also closes at 11.00. shame after a good day out a nice end of evening drink should be enjoyed.
The restaurant with its lovely outlook.
Not there long enough to find out.
Upgrade, sea view, white bedding, thick pure white towls and dressing gowns, gret coffee machine too , breakfast amazing , with friendly staff
Everything was very nice and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Car parking was very reasonable and sorted for us by the hotel.
Nothing really but I never ate there in the evening as I don't really like fish and the restaurant is mainly sea food orientated.
Great location for the Bournemouth International Centre and close to shops.
Being disabled i found this a very friendly hotel. The staff were always polite and very helpful. It was nice they remembered your name. Its location is good for the BIC and Pavillion also the town with a nice walk through the park.
I find the restaurant a bit pricey for what i can eat. But the food is great.
The staff were absolutely excellent. The breakfast was fab and service great. Apart from the location this hotels biggest asset is their staff, couldn't fault them.
Pillows not good quality a bit hard.
Location - close to town, International Centre and seafront. Restaurant - quality of food. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Location and arrangements regarding parking. Value for money.
