Lovely historic building, we stayed in a 300 year old four poster bed. Easy walking distance to town centre. Plenty of local places to eat and drink. Ideally situated at the gates of Warwick Castle (well worth a visit). Lovely host, great breakfast Nothing to dislike

The location was good for visiting the castle. The food/breakfast was excellent, generous portions, well cooked, very tasty. The service and care shown to guests was very hospitable. The beds were not comfortable. The mattress was fine but both beds were on a downward slope and we all had 2 unsettled nights sleep. It really wouldn't take much to level the beds. didn't mind that the floor was s

It was a lovely period building in a great location next to Warwick Castle, and close to the town & racecourse. The room & ensuite were excellent, as was the cooked breakfast. We were made to feel most welcome and would certainly return for another visit. Nothing

Booked Park Cottage based on reviews posted and was not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and attention to the little things is spot on. Would recommend and stay again at the blink of an eye! Took the reviews on the food front too and we ate at The Vine across the road -superb!

Perfect location for Warwick and the surrounding area. Good variety and quality of eating places close to Park Cottage. Warm welcome, comfortable/quiet bedroom, beautiful bathroom/shower, spotlessly clean, great breakfasts and everything worked!! We love our short breaks and Park Cottage is up there with the best, probably THE best we've had. Leaving!!
